The place is very clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is good and is also served pretty fast. I think the price is OK even though it’s not the cheapest it also is not the most expensive and the food portions are proportionate to the price.

And call a head of time to put them on hold cause they go quick, especially at night. Omg u can’t even find a how to make Panera Bread brownies online. So tight closed under wraps. Ahhh all I want is this whole thing of brownies!

Usually stop by on my way from work or to grab something real quick. I have yet to sit down and enjoy my food at this panera, I always get take out when I get there. probably cause it’s closer to my house and my food still stays hot by the time I get home(15 mins away). Anyways, there usually pretty quick with bringing out your order, even when there super packed. If you want good quality and yummy healthy food I would suggest this place as your next lunch/dinner spot to try. A little pricy though, but well worth it !!

I used to order their soba noodles before and I guess they don’t offer it anymore. Tried their Asian Wonton Soup … it was a RIPOFF. $ 9.95 for half order. See my photo together with half order Asian chicken salad for $ 3.99.

I like Panera, usually. The only problem i have is their kids menu. We just ordered a turkey sandwich thinking it would be a nice turkey breast on good Panera bread, kids size. We got it and it was plain white bread with a slice of processed cheese and a slice of processed deli meat. You would think a restaurant who advertises healthy options would also have healthy options for the little ones. Staff is nice as always and the restaurant was very clean, just very disappointed in their kids menu.

Really nice service and flavor is good. Brocoli chedar soup is great. Paninis are full of flavor. And you don’t need to leave any tip.

I just stopped by with my fiancé I was craving a smoothie from Panera bread and I saw that they have their power smoothies. I got supper excited because I always like power smoothies so I decided to get the green passion power and wow!!! It was so delicious!!! Best smoothie compared to other smoothie places that claim to have good smoothies. Panera never lets me down when it comes to their drinks sooo delicious!!!

Get my order right. Only then will I give you more stars. When I pay extra for something, I expect it to be included. Quit ripping me off.

Decided to eat Panera takeout in Santa Clarita and was provided an apple that had obvious damage that was beginning to rot. Instead of briefly inspecting the apple(it was late in the day on a Sunday), they must have grabbed and bagged an inedible pc of fruit to complete the meal.

I’m starting to get angry. I love Panera even despite their pricey menu items but my last couple experiences at this location have been terrible. First, they put barely any chicken in my chicken salad sandwich. I literally took one bite and it was gone.(My bite is tiny, btw). Second, they took my order wrong after I repeated clarified it. Third, they actually got my to go order wrong. If I hadn’t checked every item in my bag, I would have paid 10+ dollars for a small half salad. Please check your work, people. Why do I have to check my receipt and check your bagged items every time? It’s exhausting.

Every time I go into the Panera in Valencia off of Baywood my order is incorrect. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other food stops in the area.

My visit was during the breakfast hours. — — — Great flash service, super clean, food served promptly. The menu is a wide range and lunch is served in morning hours, as well. Prices within reason. Plenty of parking. The Power oatmeal, quinoa, and almonds was perfect. Absolutely delicious, just exactly as it comes. We also tried the broccoli soup, it was perfect. A cinnamon roll, perfect. 100%, perfect. We’ve tried other soups, bakery goods, sandwiches, and it’s all geared towards balanced meals. You can get a points card. We’ve received free items with it. Also, made easy by ordering online before arriving. This will be one of my top preferred choices on my list. Entirely recommend that anyone try it, at the least once. I’m a fan of supporting small business, but, I do love this restaurant and Soup Plantation.

They ran out of avocado and didn’t say anything when I ordered. I took the food back and said«can I get avocado on my chicken avocado cobb salad?» And they said«sorry we are out… We can give you something else»… Couldn’t I have just had a warning before I ordered and paid? :(

Figure it out people … You need more than one person at the register … Over 13 minutes to take my order … Waitress didn’t know the shape of the pasta I was asking about … Try cleaning the restaurant … Always a struggle to find some place clean to sit. And try stocking your condiment bar. No butter? Really? On an upside, the food was all served hot! That can be a challenge at Panera since much is served right from the bakery case. Sorry folks… not a great visit this time! Hope the manager reads this and works on restaurant standards!

Five stars for service. Order at the counter with a good amount of registers open. Food arrived quickly on patio, very spacious with no crowding of tables. A bargain 99 cents for a pastry for someone with a sweet tooth, when ordering a meal. The Cobb salad with avocado and chicken and a vinaigrette type dressing was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband. I chose the soba chicken bowl soup, which I tried very hard to be objective and not compare it with an Asian version. I failed. It had slivers of carrots, cabbage, spinach(too little) and sesame seeds, which would’ve worked better if toasted. I’m not sure what kind of mushrooms were in it. In my opinion, the broth, the essence of the dish, was very bland. But, with an incredible menu to select from, I will be going back to Panera, especially when I still have my free birthday treat coming to me.

I’ve visited this location six times for dinner, and every single time I’ve been unable to order what I actually want because they’re always out of everything. No flatbreads, no bread bowls, no sourdough, etc etc. They’re also so woefully understaffed and the line gets so absurdly long and slow that people just get frustrated and leave. The cash register remains unmanned for an eternity with dozens of customers waiting in line to order while the cashier is away preparing coffee drinks. Shouldn’t somebody else be taking care of that so that the order line continues to move? I like Panera, but I’m afraid this location never fails to be a frustrating experience. *UPDATE* I ordered take-out this time, and as soon as I got home and opened the bag, I noticed that one of my items was missing(even though I paid for it and it appeared on my receipt). I drove to Panera to correct it, but frustratingly enough, they close early on Sundays.(They close at 8:00, and I arrived at 8:02 to a locked door). I ended up going next door to Chili’s to get my wife something to eat. Getting takeout orders wrong and closing inexplicably early on Sundays are just two more reasons why Panera continues to be a frustrating experience.

My sister and I came here for lunch the other day. We ordered from the«You Pick Two» options. The food to me was blah. For the price, I expect better food. The Chipotle Chicken panini I ordered had chewy stale/soggy tasting bread, maybe because it was drenched in sauce… I don’t know. I just did not like it at all. I’m not one that returns food, but this time I just could not eat it. I decided to let the manager know and she was nice about it. I exchanged it for another half sandwich. I ordered a Chicken BLT w/avocado(on a baguette, because you can’t really go wrong with a baguette!) Anyway, the baguette was mediocre and the lettuce looked really old. The edges were really browned and I completely lost my appetite. Ordered:(You Pick 2) — Chipotle Chicken Panini(half). $ 4.99 Did not enjoy this panini. I exchanged it for another sandwich. — Macaroni & Cheese. $ 4.89 — Napa almond chicken sandwich on croissant(half). $ 4.99 — BBQ chicken salad(half). $ 4.99 — Chicken BLT w/avocado on baguette(half). $ 6.49 This sandwich was decent, but the quality of the ingredients were pretty bad. I lost my appetite after 1 bite and just left it. I feel the food quality here is very low for the price. Half a sandwich cost $ 5 – 6 and they’re only 4 – 5 inches long. The macaroni and cheese we ordered cost $ 4.89 and only came with half a cup worth of pasta. Prices are high, food quality is bad. The only thing they have going is decent and nice customer service.

10AM on Saturday and 14 deep in line, not a good start. Need coffee! A lot of tables are empty but dirty. Two people working counter. WiFi was slow and they were out of a lot of bagels.

I was just across the way at Staples getting some book repair tape, and thought I’d walk over here to get some food Fully expecting a ridiculously unhealthy meal for Thanksgiving, I decided to eat a somewhat healthy meal to lessen the effects. Because totally that’s how that works. I went with a half sandwich and half soup combo, looking up at the menu, that really seems to have evolved into the main theme. I went with the classic salad, and Italian combo sandwich with a cup of water, the total was about ten dollars. Again, I did not ‘win’ anything with my Panera Card. Big Surprise there. With my reciept, I was given a number on a stand and found my way to a table. Upon sitting, I hooked my ipad up to their network quite easily, and began to surf the web for various assorted reasons. Before too long, my sandwich and salad were brought to me. Every now and again, my body just wants green, and there was a good deal of it on the tray that was slid towards me. Both the salad and the sandwich had a decent amount of cold and crispy green to them. After the obligatory Unilocal photo, I dug in. It was tasty, and as good as I have come to expect from the people at Panera Bread. As I ate my lunch, I looked around the place. The place was clean. Also, it’s usually pretty empty here at this location. This time was no exception. Apparently the whole of Santa Clarita doesn’t know this location exists yet. There were more employees than customers this particular visit. I thought about my day, and mentally made a checklist of the things I had to do. After I finished, somebody came to take my tray, and I thanked them for the help. I then got up to leave and take care of more items on my brain checklist. Good Job Panera Bread, Good Job. I’ll most definitely be back.

I visit this location all the time to get breakfast. It is a very spacious location with outdoor seating and plenty of parking. The service is always great here. If you come one hour before closing, the pastries are 50% off.
