Coffee is great! Food is good. On a rare occasion there will be a pleasant employee. Today was not one of those occasions. The person who took our order and our money was BLATANTLYHOSTILE. Customers seem to be more of an inconvenience to counting down the minutes. On most occasions the employees don’t seem to care about the customer, about service, quality, or the image they present to the public.

I am just amazed at how rude the staff is at this location. I have only been there twice and each time I truly felt like the people working there did not care what so ever about me or my business. Today while going through the drive thru we ordered 2 dozen bagels and 4 tubs of spread totaling over $ 26. When we paid for the food, we not only did not receive a warm welcome but she didn’t even say anything other than the total. Then when we paid, not even a thank you. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised considering that the person who took our money was a training manager. You got me twice, never again.

It’s good, as is any Panera. But it’s hit or miss as to whether the workers will be nice or not. Most of the time they act like they’re not impressed to be there. But the food is good.

Just had lunch here. Even when busy the food comes out quick! I had the pick two, a sandwich and soup. My soup was a large portion and the sandwich was spot on. I topped it off with a pumpkin muffin. I left here feeling full and satisfied. Well done on the cleanliness, it seems most places don’t know what that is anymore. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Love love love the Iced Green Tea here. I also enjoy the beautiful fireplace on cold fall evenings anong the ample mixture of seating. Overall a great place to chill and focus.
