A pleasant and welcoming spot. Excellent espresso, smoothies and yogurt treats. Yes, the staff needs to listen a bit more closely — when I order a small smoothie, I shouldn’t be asked what size — but give the young folks a chance — they are new and they’ll get better — and the quality of the drinks is top notch.

It’s coffee, its not that hard. A smile is usually accompanied by coffee or vice versa. Facebook is something you do in your off time. Not while customers are waiting in line or talking with their friends. If you think this is not not important, than find another job. Shut up serve the coffee!

Good coffee but clueless staff. The girl taking my order asked me three times what I wanted, which tells me either she doesn’t care or wasn’t paying attention to what was being said to her, plus her sourpuss attitude was not needed. A friendly greeting would have been nice, instead, as soon as I approached the counter the girl, who barely looks at me says wait a sec, and walks away. She really needs to work on her customer service skills!

These kids are clueless when it comes to making coffee. When asked to correct their mistake I was told«we don’t have time to fix your coffee». Too many better places to go where the coffee is better and cheaper
