As a former BR employee, a loooong time ago, I may have high standards. I’ve only stopped here once, so this review is a bit biased. The customer service was quite lacking, and for the price frankly, I expect more. So, that is what I am reviewing, because, let’s face it, short of it being a pigsty, you know what you’re going to get when walking into a Baskin Robbins.

This place routinely closes it’s doors before the posted closing time. This evening makes the fourth visit that we’ve wasted our time(not to mention, gasoline) driving to the shop only to find the doors locked 30 minutes before posted closing time so that the bored employees could go home. Outrageous!

So my daughter, who is bright, clever and a genius, was presented with several B-R $ 2.00 gift certificates for her scholarly aptitude. We came here to redeem said gift certificates so she could have some ice cream in celebration of her mental prowess. We were told point blankly«We do not accept coupons, gift cards or gift certificates; these are invalid and I suspect they are fake. Go somewhere else and try to get away with it.» Well, we left quite embarrassed, disappointed and vowing never to return to this location ever again.(The exact same thing happened to us at the Scotts Valley Mt. Hermon Rd. B-R location so I assume that both B-R are under the same management.)

expensive but that’s no one but corporate’s fault… the kid helping em was nice and VERY personable! too bad it was 4 dollars for a single scoop… but their flavors are original and the ice-cream is smooth! but i’m gonna stick to thrifty’s @ riteaid.

Still hungry from my failed Tacos Moreno experience I convinced folks to come here. The two kids working the counter were hilarious but productive. They say stuff that my high school students would say that is totally left field and random. however they kept all the material PG. and they were all work when there was a line. As my friends and I were trying not to giggle at the workers conversations we ate our ice cream on clean tables in peaceful bliss. I settled on their vanilla frozen yogurt and mint oreo ice cream. others got a milkshake and various sprinkled ice cream in As helmets. Much better ending to what was going to be a tragic and hungry night

I went here to get an ice cream cake for my housemate’s 21st birthday. We picked out the Cookies ‘N Cream with Chocolate Cake. The cake was cute with the balloons on it. Even though it was only supposed to serve 4 – 6 people, it served 7 of us with extra(no wonder America is obese). My biggest complaint is that they didn’t write what I wanted on the cake. They even had me write it out on the back of the receipt. Sorry, «Happy Birthday, Ali» is not«Happy 21st, Ali.» The«21st» is the most important part! And the«Happy» was the same length as the«Birthday,» meaning that the longer word was cramped up. I was pretty mad about this, but I just left because there was no way they could’ve fixed that without messing up the rest of the decorations on the cake. Seriously, I’ve done a way better job icing a cake. Oh, and the staff is all smiles, but when asking this woman, part of a couple, what she wanted, she was holding onto the guy’s shake and scratching her temple with the straw. Sure, it was wrapped in plastic, but uhh… now it’s on the plastic. That’s not sanitary!
