Horrible, horrible… The service is awful. I went today to return a couple of items, and at first the employee, named Samantha, said: «the system is down in all the Claire’s all over the Country and the we are unable to accept your return» then I asked… What should i do then? She says: Come back tomorrow. No apologies, no «I’m sorry» nothing. A couple of hours later it turns out I was in the area again, so I decided to give another shot to my return. May I do my return now? To the same employee, Samantha, and with a cocky attitude she took my items, without saying a word except when I gave her my debit card and she say: pleas leave your card in the table!!! What? What a ugly experience, just because I bought impulsively a couple of super expensive-ugly items to return… Don’t go there! Ever!

I went in to buy a couple of items. An employee was having a very loud, boisterous conversation with a friend while the manager stood and watched, both the employee carrying on with her friend, and me walking around trying to find what I was looking for. The manager did not say one word to me. When I asked for help, she pointed to what I was looking for and sort of grunted. I went to pay, but was told I had to wait since chatterbox employee was not done with the«transaction» she was carrying on with her friend. I walked out empty handed and purchased what I wanted for much less at Target.
