I try to avoid this store at all costs because not only is there NO customer service, but the staff is entirely rude. How does management not try to get a handle on their employees? Don’t expect to ever be greeted or asked if you need assistance. The one time I did make a purchase here, I asked if they could give me a discount because a dress they had on a rack had a huge stain. I was only ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ sure I could get it out and didn’t want to take the risk on a $ 15 dress. The girl at the register acted like I had inconvenienced her and it left a bad taste in my mouth. She finally agreed and I said, «Thank you! It’s probably the only way you’ll be able to sell this dress.» I’m not kidding folks, this stain was big and brown. She then proceeded to tell me never mind and that she would not be giving me a discount. What crawled up her butt hole in died? I would venture to say that if they spent a little time working on customer service skills they would greatly increase sales. Without a friendly smile, the whole experience is either unmemorable or entirely unpleasant. I wouldn’t be surprised if the store closes soon.

They have really cute clothes and for a cheap price. It’s also never busy whenever I go in which is nice. The employees have an attitude and aren’t very friendly though.

I had no high hopes for Capitola Mall, but if I ever do go back to that mall, this would be the only store that’s worthy to go to.
I found two extremely classy and cute tops both that were under $ 15 dollars. They’re chiffon tops and their designs are what’s in fashion now!
I’m extremely pleased with what I found there.
The store is big and there’s a lot of selections.
They have a lot of dress rooms.
I didn’t notice many people working but I didn’t really need help.
There was only one cashier so there was a wait to purchase our items.
But overall, I had a good experience and would go back.

A-​Ok is a perfect rating for this place.
The Sales girls are snotty, dont greet or offer assistance.

20 $ for decent work slacks is good in my book.
Clothes are NOT high quality, what would you expect for 20 $, but they do fall apart faster compared to ross or similar places.
Its similar to Wetseal, Rue21, bla bla bla. They cater to the more younger dare I say sluttier crowd with their mini dresses n tube tops.
Also sizes seem to run small for most clothes, I am a skinny yet busty gal and I usually have to do a med/​Lg for shirts (most are cotton and shrink). Pants I do a sm/​med.
They do have great deal on cami’s and tops for going out, havent tried jeans yet or accessories. I think Ill skip on the accessories tho, cheap in the way youd get an ear infection or lice… they remind me of that place in the mall that no longer exists. Caio.

I checked this place out for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised! I needed some nice tops for work and the mannequins caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try.
I thought at first that the low prices would indicate cheap quality, but all of the tops that I tried on (5 assorted styles) were of good make. They were between $ 12 and $ 18, and there were also 3 for $ 10 camisoles, 15% off denim, low-​price leggings, and tons of cute accessories and makeup. They have a good variety of styles and sizes. I’m definitely going back here with my next paycheck!

I was super bummed with The Ann Taylor Loft leaving Capitola Mall. but this is an awesome replacement.
DeMasqe has tons of cute clothing in ALL sizes (xs-​large) that are a happy medium between trendy and professional. Open for less than a month this place is going to be my new go to for cute last minute finds. FINALLY a store that has my color palate minus the super crazy busy prints… and they have clothing for broad shouldered gals like myself.
More importantly the prices are decent and the ladies who work here are pleasant.
I ended up getting a cute top for under twenty bucks… If the BF was not with me I would have spent more time checking the stuff out.
