I went in and ordered four thighs original recipe and a large potato wedges to go. Easy enough right? Well I suppose this is suppose to be MYFAULT! I took my receipt and stood back waiting for the order. The woman who was readying it opened the boxes showing me(and I wondered about that as they NEVER did that before) the potato wedges first, «fine», then opened to show me the box with the chicken…“I ordered four thighs and you have two thighs and two drum sticks there.” I said. and she looked at them like they were from outer space! I looked over at the young lady who keyed in my order and she looked sort of odd. I had to repeat myself FOURTIMES to the one getting my order ready, Like she couldn’t hear me or something! I was saying with my voice low as I wasn’t trying to appear like one of these people who go bonkers when an order isn’t correct(«what is going on here.»). anyhow after that upon getting home… I was wondering why the confusion. The receipt said«four chicken pieces!» I hadn’t paid attention to that when I was there, as I was just waiting for the number to be called out. I figured the young lady it was her job to simply enter the correct order that I wanted. Anyhow to get to the end of this. This order manipulation HASHAPPENDTOMEBEFORETHERE, and I had gotten home and they had substitued thighs for drumsticks on my orders at least twice before. So either they are trying to save their thighs and«spread them out»(pun intended!) or they like playing these jokes on ‘gringos’ like me! The entire staff there(except for two ladies who are there quite a lot, but have to have some time off) are hispanic. They act just fine, but I do think they like messing around with ‘gringos’ heads! Just sayin. So I am not going back there for a long while and let them fool around with other ‘gringos.’!

Deborah is the sweetest person alive, and the main reason I continue to go here. Oh yeah, the food is hot and place is clean, too!

I love the fact that I can get KFC and A&W all in one place. Today I ordered a 5 $ fill up meal and the chicken was excellent as usual. Yesenia was very friendly and she even double checked my order as she handed it to me. I will for sure be coming back to eat here again. The cashier Debbie greeted me with a welcoming smile! The restaurant was also very clean.

Terrible. The gravy was as thin as water. The take out order was incomplete.

Why did I have to wait 15 minutes for an employee to run his card on the register to get $ 5 out of the cash drawer to buy scones from the crazy lady in sweat pants! There are 6 people waiting behind me for this non work related transaction to finish.

Food is good but… Today a tall man who worked there, maybe manager or owner? was sneezing all over without covering. It was totally disgusting!!!

Sorry but I’m not a fan of this location. I ordered a 2-piece original recipe meal. The wing was so small. I asked why it was so small and the lady behind the counter replaced it with a piece that was just as small. The chicken came out really fast but it’s nothing like the KFC chicken I’m used to. Theirs was dry and the skin was not even good. So next time, I think I’ll pass.

Stopped by this location on our way home from Big Basin Redwoods State Park. The girl who took my order was super patient, I felt bad for her having to deal with my inability to order. It’s been a while since I walked into a KFC to order, I usually just go to the drive-thru and pick up a bucket… It’s a different story when you’re getting meals on a plate. The girl who took my order was very patient in walking me through the different meal specials. In the end, I got two monday specials: 2 pieces of chicken, and two sides, for only $ 2.99 a plate. And then, I got 3 chicken strips for my little one. Add three medium sized drinks — everything for just a little over $ 16.00. KFC’s original recipe is always good, but the service at this location is top notch. So, whoever that blonde girl was at the counter — Thank you :)

This is a KFC/A&W and I came for the A&W being there is no In N Out in town and I used to think this was a close second. But I think A&W has gone way down hill, didn’t they use to make things to order so the burger as hot and fresh? Well not anymore, hell a big mac is about as good. Bummer. But the employees are cool here and it’s clean, so there is that.

Our local KFC has great service. We get an order of Original Recipe strips, which takes about five minutes, and requires a 6 strip minimum order. They’re piping hot and tasty. Potato wedges, cole slaw, biscuits are all great sides. The songs on the A&W jukebox are fun, too.

I don’t know what it is about KFC employees, but they are all so nice! It must be something in their chicken, because I find myself holding doors open for people and patiently sitting in traffic after eating a Snacker or two. Believe me… I’m no fan of KFC corporate especially after their Oprah Winfrey ordeal and all the PETA stuff out there… but the restaurants themselves entice me to return with their clean tables, friendly employees, and the scent of gravy! After KFC’s Santa Cruz location closed down, I was forced to swich to the Capitola location for some Colonel’s chicken… it’s better! This KFC/AW joint gives you lotsa fast food to choose from, if you’re into that sorta thing!

This is an A&W/ KFC restaurant. After the vacuum fiasco we had some time to kill before going to our friend’s Christening celebration. I had no idea what kind of food was going to be served, so I opted for having a mini meal. Those snacker bowls are a good deal hehehe. I was tempted to get a rootbeer float, but remember there was cake and other sugar stuff to be had at the party. Place is clean, service was quick… no food poisoning. winner winner snacker dinner.
