I can’t give it 0 stars, so I have to give it one. I’m across the parking lot staying at the super 8. Sign says they’re open till 9, I walk over at 8:40 and they have the front door locked, there’s an employee mopping looks at me and shrugs his shoulders. There are cars in the drive through… I can’t go through the drive up since I am a tow truck salesman and my truck is too big to fit… Completely unprofessional

I love Dunkin donuts but honestly this one sucks. A friend and I bought some glazed donuts & the donuts were barely covered. I bought a vanilla chai and my cup was 1⁄3 empty… I’m so disappointed in this Dunkin donuts

Breakfast sandwiches are incredibly disgusting. The doughnut holes I had were dry. My coffee was gritty. This place won’t last long. Seriously the worst service I’ve had.

Awful. Their breakfast sandwiches are rubbery like they were heated up in a microwave and not fresh. The toasted bagel I got the next visit was chewy. Takes forever to get waited on, which seems weird because they have plenty of staff working. All running around like chickens with there heads cut off. What a shame. I waited years for Carbondale to get one of these. Bad location, not big enough which it turns out for the above reasons doesn’t matter. Can’t even make a decent cup of coffee which they are known for. They should take a lesson from the Rhode Island locations which literally has one on every corner and they are consistently packed!
This location will soon go by way of the dodo dodo bird if they don’t get there act together. Sad really.
