Manning’s

I came for lunch a couple of times and I’ve got to say I’m really impressed with the food. The burgers are delicious and you should deff try one of the mac and cheeses.
Recently I had a bacon burger. It was HUGE I couldn’t bite it hole. The fries are potato wedges and there’s bacon in the coleslaw ! Bacon on bacon! WOOO!
The bartenders are friendly but you do have to ask for what you need– napkins, forks, another drink… eventually.

Been here twice and both times the food everybody got was excellent. Everything you can tell was very fresh and that the cooks in the back take pride in their work! Will definitely be returning in the future

My co worker and I were at the holiday inn nearby to take a work related course and had a lunch break around 11:45, so we came here and it was empty but we were glad it was open, we were greeted with great service, I got manning’s burger which comes with a coors light draft beer, it comes with whatever cheese you like (I opted for swiss), coleslaw and thick cut fries, I must say it hit the spot and was cooked to my liking, most importantly we had a 45 min lunch and we were back to our course right in time, I would definitely come back, I don’t remember our waitresses name but she was really nice and helpful. q

This one star is soley based on the incounter of a bartender. Came to this location one day after work. Met my friend there who was highly intoxicated and not a clue why… WELL the bartender who was so drunk was feeding her shots, squirting the bar gun at her breasts and then reached over the bar to go into her shirt. I don’t drink, had sprite the whole time. When asking for a refill HE PUT MY STRAW IN HIS MOUTH!!! I told him how disgusting he was and how fucking rude. He didn’t care laughed and walked away. His name was Eddie. He was the worst bartender/​person i had ever came in contact with out of ALL the places i have ever been. I am a manager at a location and this was unacceptable. This guy was a person that you would not want in your establishment. He was rude, disgusting, disrespectful, and just turned my stomach. As a bartender you should make sure your customers are not wasted and are able to leave decent. He kept feeding my friend shots and giving her a lot to «loosen her up». when we left he asked her for a kiss otherwise she wouldn’t be welcomed back! Unbelievable!!! He didn’t get one needless to say because i wouldn’t allow it. He had choice words to say about me but i could care less, he was a pig! I wouldn’t mind returning knowing he was not an employee anymore. The atmosphere was really nice, the customers seemed to be a decent crowd. JUST A DRUNK PIG AS A BARTENDER!

Manning’s was very good., our waiter was very good he had red hair. My husband and I stopped in on Sat fen 13 food was delicious… I had lamb stew and my husband had a Reuben … Their French fries were delicious… I had two glasses of wine… Their Irish coffee was delicious … We enjoyed our visit., will tell our friends and family

Really good local bar. An immense selection of televisions make this a great spot for March madness or NFL Sundays. Enormously friendly and accommodating bar staff. The menu is full of hidden gems as well (though I might advise against the Juicy Lucy with tomato jam). Great apps and pub staples, decent choice of drafts

Went on a Friday night before band started playing
We were the only person in the restaurant
Portions were large
We had chili, pretzel, cheesesteak sandwich and fish chips
All hot tasty and served quickly
No reason why restaurant was slow
Will be back

Was pleasantly surprised. Food was outstanding. The service was great. I would recommend it highly. Looking forward to the next time I go.

Love this place! Food is delicious, drinks are reasonably priced, and the bartenders are all very personable. I go here frequently and i have never had a negative experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a friendly atmosphere and good drinks!

When you go in make sure Joe is working. He is one of the best bartenders they have. Always friendly with conversations and attentive in getting your drinks.

The beautiful big boobed bartenders are great to look at, but Joe is the best bartender by far…

Great place for food and drinks, bartenders are great and Joe with the Mohawk is hands down one of the best bar tenders on Long Island!!!

Went there on Friday night with 3 friends. We were pleased with everything we ordered. Burgers came with homemade potato fries and the meat portion was more than we could eat. Chicken Pot Pie was piping hot and delicious. Corned beef Sandwich was a large portion. Definitely will be back. Staff was very friendly. You could tell they take pride in what’s coming out of the kitchen. Well worth a visit.

Well I was happy with the way things started out but things kinda took a similar turn to some of the other reviews. Bartender was initially attentive, then started to hang in the other side of the bar while the new girl focused all of her attention on the two people that came in to visit her. The Wicklow Pizza was pretty good, very spicy but I like that. Some might not… Place has great potential. Need someone to whip the staff into shape.

I love this place, was first introduced to it on the night of the Mayweather Pacquiao fight. Was the only place that wasn’t charging a cover, just a minimum purchase of $ 35 which was less than most bars charged to get in the door.
I have been back a few times since. The food is always great.

The worst bartenders I have ever encounter they were rude & seemed to be annoyed every time we ordered a drink

I was in there a night of a storm and every single TV in the bar (dozens) were out of service because of the satellite television. They should consider switching cable services and making sure all of the TVs are working!

Great place great food friendly staff. They had a midget dressed as a leprechaun dancing on the bar feeding Jameson shots to the crowd n a huge bagpipe band marching around… I loved the Sheppard pie and burger was on spot

Crap fest.
Even worse than the girls in tiny shorts place that preceded it.
A bunch of us rolled in here and it was a large collection of d-​bags hanging out here –all age groups were represented to be fair, but it was just a shitty scene.
Bartenders were ok — and that is about the end of the good. Floor was disgustingly sticky; you had to keep moving so as not to become stuck… lovely.
Avoid. Shit location and no redeeming value whatsoever.
Parking front and back. Rear parking is less crazy than the front.

I usually wait a couple visits before reviewing a place, but being Mannings just opened less than a week ago, and my visit was so surprising, I’m not waiting. In an area not short on good Irish watering holes and good people, this one actually fits that BUT with good food! Wings are awesome. Crispy yet moist inside with a good slathering of sauce. The non-​tradition spin on a cheesesteak was surprising and delicious. If they can keep up this level of food and service in the coming weeks and months, it would be a great addition to the area!
