I can’t recommend this local business highly enough. They provide the full range of security setup for home or business, plus a very competitively priced monitoring service.
We have an older residential system that no longer worked. Several years ago I called around and got quotes and most the big chains (ADT, etc) simply wanted to reinstall all new. Sean at 5 Alarm, found a great solution for me with re-​conditioned panels and equipment which got the whole system working again. This past month I wanted to add additional security layers to my existing system… no problem with these guys, they added modern monitors and panels without trying to up sell me on all new equipment. they just made things work! Also, they kept to the original quote, even though a couple of unforeseen items had to be added. Best of all, is the friendly, family type service from the home office customer services to the installers… they employ some very fine people, and you can always talk to the «boss» if you need… no absentee ownership here!

When I bought my house, I had Five Alarm Security install my security system. I’ve had them for almost 3yrs and they have been great! Whenever I accidentally set off the alarm, they call to ensure everything is ok. Unfortunately, I’ve hit the panic button a few more times than I should have. They are good about calling the police and having them cancel the alarm. They are great, friendly and would recommend them to anyone.
