Burl & Rick provided us guidance, patience then quality result. Was admittedly «blind sided» by cost of such effort for our home as we discussed economics with multiple landscape firms. Harlow though provided us ongoing options and truly listened to our communications as to desired style needs. Daily staff on hand incredibly polite and clean. Job site not ever left in disarray. With mutual need to invest a month of our life in this project was happy to have aligned with Harlow.
