Chris is fantastic at his work! I had been feeding one feral cat… turned into 11 including 6 kittens over the months… UGH! Since there were kittens too, I could not stop for fear of them starving. Chris, HUMANELY trapped them(being quite creative) and took them to the Humane Society. Only have two more kittens to go. My fault that I broke down and put food into the traps so we also got two skunks. Since the kittens are so lightweight that they do not always trip the pressure plate in the traps, Chris is going to make a feather hanging thingie so that they jump around in the traps and trip the plate. Chris has been here almost every day for a week. It is a long drive from Carlsbad for him but he always shows up enthusiastic and ready to work. One morning he came right after catching a coyote. In a few days he is going to put up a lot of snake netting somewhere… he is truly diversified. I am going to have him put special netting around my BBQ rooom ceiling because that is where the cats live. Also, he said it is perfect for possums and, since I’ve seen possum tracks in months past, this will also stop them from living here. Heck, I’m in the busy city and have learned through Chris that all kinds of unwelcome ‘wild life’ visit my yard after dark. Since I cannot walk hardly at all, Chris has had all kinds of info for me about making my surroundings safer from ‘critters.’ Thank you so much to Chris. Dorothy Simpson

THANKYOUSOMUCH!!! Let me break my story down. I called 25 pest control places at 9pm on a Saturday night… no one… not 1 person called me back nor did they have an emergency contact. My emergency was that after spending the whole day out at an Earth Day event, I came home to my house smelling like death. The rancid smell was coming from my oven,/ wall area. I was hesitant to call so late to a pest control, but the smell of death was too much for my family. NOONE has emergency numbers. which is not good for business, since life doesn’t stop after business hours. The only pest control that had an emergency number was Pacific Coast Animal Control. Chris called me back immediately after I called him.(He was at another job at the time) He was genuine and understood how frustrated I was after calling everyone in San Diego County. He said he’d be able to come as soon as he was done at his job in San Diego. He found my place easily and came in ready to work. I warned him about my 5 dogs that were on the property, and was a ok with my fur babies. I told him where I thought the problem was and he went straight to work. As I having a nervous break down because I am thinking something died in my wall… he kept me well aware of the situation and notified me with all his progress. He started by taking the back of the oven off, and bam!!! A big rat had crawled in the back of my oven, and well… while I was cooking cinnamon rolls for my baby, fried his butt. Chris was so professional and fun. He took pictures for land lord and was able to get the dead fried rat out immediately. He put my nasty oven’s back on and he was on his way. Chris made my day! I truly couldn’t of asked for a better man to come out and attend to my nasty situation. He was so nice and understood that this situation couldn’t wait til Monday. PS…He even showed me how to put my screen on my window to my kitchen. Only amazing people like that give you customer service like that. If you choose any other person for your problems with pests… you are missing out on real dedicated loyal and compassion company. I thank you Chris… you are absolutely sent from above.
