In the past, I hired Première Properties for property management. The CEO, George Piner, met with me personally to trouble shoot a problem tenant. I didn’t not have time to screen for A-​rated tenants. So, Première took on my existing C-​rated tenant. This tenant was late several times and was threatening to file bankruptcy. With George’s amazing negotiating skills, he was able to get the tenant and several household members to vacate without drama, destruction, and a lengthy court eviction.
Several months ago, one of the handyman from the company did a bait and switch tactic on the pricing of the paint job. I notified Première Properties of the bill that the guy was charging me. The awesome Office Manager, Julie, and Property Manager, Dustin Rosa, resolved the situation for me. Because of this handyman’s unethical business tactics, George terminated this individual and is now in the process of sorting out the mess.
Some comments here have been uncomplimentary. I venture to say that it’s challenge to control the individual actions of 80 plus agents and a in-​house staff. George trains and instills great customer service, integrity, and work ethics at Première Properties. If you are disappointed by a service or product, then let the company know about it. The owner of this company cares, so he will make a valiant effort to ensure that you are a satisfied client.

We rented a property for almost two years, and they raped us from our security deposit. The house was left in impeccable condition and they charged us close to $ 1,400 dollars that they took from our security deposit. Don’t deal with this property management company, what they charged us for were meaningless charges and it truly is a shady business for what they did to us. Absolutely unfair. There was no communication when they did a walk through to inform us of any problems that we could have fixed, which was nothing that a tenant would be responsible for. We moved to save money to buy a house and use their agent Victoria Hemple, but after this, she’s the last person we would intrust to buy a home from. This is not an honest or respectable agent or company.

If anyone is looking to rent, buy, or sell Première Properties is definitely the way to go. Speaking from experience this team will not let you down! :)

Just went over my year end report with Manager Piner. Once again, he delivers as he promises. He makes managing properties easy and efficient. His experience and knowledge on how to deal with unforeseen events is amazing. He has always just been a phone call away for me.

The WORST property management company I have ever dealt with.
If you are looking for a company that will not return phone calls or emails than this would be the company you’d like to work with. George Piner does NOT return emails or phone calls.
After one week of no responses I just let it go… then I get a call from a woman in their office asking if I was still interested in the property. I said yes i am and I’m actually in the area right now looking at properties (I live an hour and a half away — this phone call was great timing). She said give me 15 minutes at the most and I’ll have George Piner call you to show you the property… One hour passes… I called their office to see what was going on. This time a man answered and I told him a lady called me and was supposed to be calling me back to schedule a showing and I haven’t heard back… He said there are no women at this office. I said Yes there is because she called me from this number an hour ago… he then hung up on me.
One word to describe this office… DIGUSTING!!!
I just wish the owner of the property knew how this company handled the clients for their property.
