This is the best Subway in Carlsbad! The manager, Thomas, and the entire staff are cheerful, professional and wonderfully accommodating.
I highly recommend this location; this Poinsettia Village Subway is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard with many tables, a fountain and lots of great shops.

I am often required to come here due to work
The employees talk loudly to each other in Spanish and that’s just rude. The tables are sticky and the floors are often wet. The sandwiches are not well made.

Worst subway. I waited in line for ten minutes to finally be told they were out of bread and could only make six inch sandwiches on garlic bread. Stupid people behind the counter see the long line and didnt have the decency to say: «hey, we are out of bread».
