I’ve purchased two homes and sold one with help from Tracy and Kevin. I’ve had so many friends with horror stories with real estate transactions but I’m lucky enough to say that all of my transactions have been basically as easy as they possibly could be and we owe the majority of that credit to this team.
Working with these two is very easy. They are kind, informative, professional and take what they do very seriously. I love how straight forward and detail oriented everything has been. Whenever a potential issue has risen Tracy has been quick to inform us and walk is through possible scenarios.

They have connections to help you find reliable sources for basically any of your home needs from contractors, to gardeners and even House keepers. They check in with my family regularly and are active in giving back to the community. If I sell or buy again, they will have my business.

From that point on Tracy worked with us, our Mortgage Broker back in the Bay Area, and the escrow agent to enable us to close in less than a month.
On top of that she recommended trades people to us, helping us identify the experts we needed for the minor repairs and upgrades we’d decided on. Her philosophy is to build a community and well she has succeeded in spades. A superb realtor, business woman, and now, friend. Highly recommended!
