Only place in the Carlsbad mall that fixes watches! Great work, friendly service for $ 16 total. 2 week return for free if it doesn’t work afterward.

Purchased a wedding band for my husband in May’11. We asked the sales person for a VERY durable band since my husband is a sales person in the plumbing industry. The band fell off his desk & shattered in 3pcs. Since when do wedding bands shatter?
Brought ring back and Mr. Stein (mngr) refused to exchange it for a new one. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. It was brought to my attention that he’s done exactly the same thing to many other customers in hope that they just walk away and do nothing about the situation.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to this jewely store!
