I tried calling a few different plumbers around town to get an idea of what a water heater was going to cost. Most of the companies were not very helpful in telling me how much the water heater would cost. It seems like there is some kind of sales game going on. They wanted to come out and tell me in person. Something about that just didn’t seem right. I called value water heaters and Robert helped me pick out a water heater and explained the function of all the different parts to me. He showed up at my house about 2 hours later with the water heater and all the parts we discussed. He installed the water heater and parts for the price we discussed over the phone. I am still wondering why other companies just couldn’t tell me what a rough cost. I would definitely recommend Value Water Heaters to anyone looking for quality work.

I commend this company for being totally up front about the price of the water heater and the break down for parts. I happened to be at work when calling around. I liked that the prices and details were on their website. They even agreed to do the work after I got off work. Rob, the installer, was really nice and spent extra time helping me understand how to use the water heater. The price was competitive and the service was refreshing. I wish more businesses treated their customers so well. Thumbs up!

Today was an unfortunate day. I woke up to squishy carpet in the garage. My 10 year old water heater leaked and created quite the mess. I called Value Water Heaters and was surprised to get a live person on the phone at 6:45am. I talked to Rob. He was extremely helpful and didn’t try and push me into anything. He gave me a few options and let me decide what I wanted. Start to finish the process was simple and effortless. Based on the knowledge of Rob I could tell these guys know what they are doing. Rob was able to come out the same day and replace my water heater. In the end, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality water heater.

Value Water Heaters! What can I say, it was an excellent choice. I called late friday night and to my surprise Sean answered the phone. My water heater had started to leak into my garage. Sean was knowledgeable and patient with my questions about repair VS replacement. In the end we decided that repairing the water heater would not really work for us. He offered to come out that very night to replace the water heater. I wanted to take them up on the immediate service but I felt bad about making someone work on a friday night at 7:15. I thanked them for the offer and scheduled the service for the next morning. I am a really handy guy and thought about going to home depot to pick up a heater and all the supplies. With any new project it takes a while to get the hang of the work. After watching Sean install this water heater I would never in a million years had the right tools or know-​how to do what he did. In the end, the price was reasonable and the process was completely painless. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
