I used Wilson Heating through my home warranty Old Republic. The first company they assigned us to was so bad I gave up without even scheduling an appt. Ken answered the phone on the first call, and was very professional. We scheduled an appt for a few days later and he had the problem fixed in no time. Highly recommend.

Ken was very clear and professional on the phone. He came when promised. Diagnosed the issue — low freon, diagnosed where the leak was occurring, answered our many questions, completed the job and was on his way. Would definitely call him again if I had a heating or AC problem.

My husband has a medical condition that won’t allow him to «overheat.» As often happens in life, our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. We work at home, so there was no way to avoid the discomfort. Although his schedule was already packed, Mr. Wilson took the time to go out of his way to our home in Escondido and fix the compressor on one unit and add freon to another. He explained the procedure clearly throughout and stayed until he was satisfied the units were in perfect condition. He is a consummate professional, and I was pleased to invite him into my home.

After 5 years, and too many HVAC companies to name, Ken looked at my heating and cooling unit and he was the one who honed in on the problems. We have been told many different things about our unit but no one actually ever fixed anything. Finally I have hot and cold air in my bedroom and I am a very happy customer.
