I don’t eat McDonalds food anymore but I frequent the franchise for their coffees. Their coffee deserves a 5. Their service deserves a 5. Their establishment, although remodeled, is dirty in my view. Their are always atesst 3 – 4 flies flying around landing on everything behind the counter and cooking area. So for that I give this place a 2. Clear the flies, back to 5 for my purpose of patronizing this establishment.

Today I found myself stopping by what appears to be a recently remodeled McDonalds restaurant. This restaurant is beautiful and modern. The men’s room was fantastic as it reminded me of a Japanese hotel. I wouldn’t ordinarily use the baby changing station but it appeared to be state of the art. Anyways, I had a big breakfast and it was quite delicious. The wait staff were courteous and well trained. I will dine again.

I have eaten at many McDonald’s. This is the first one that has been consistent with the level of service and quality of product. I tend to visit in the mornings and hit the drive thru. Margaret is «always» there and is such a nice lady. That sets up the experience and then the food is always hot and seems to be fresh. I like it that I can count on a good experience. I live quite a ways from this location. I pass three others before it.

Great service. Very low order mistake rate, efficient workers who seem to have a decent routine. There’s always ketchup and sauce in the bag, key components of a successful drive through experience.

So no reviews since they had their makeover! Let me be the one to tell you… The place looks a lot better, really it looks great! Kudos to those construction workers & architects, you did great! You go in and it looks so brand new, Clean, & bright! The lighting is really bright! Overhead menu needs to dim down some it’s like staring into the sun! Ouch! Unfortunately this McDonald’s no longer accepts your phone app coupons. That part really stinks! But the dollar menu is still available! The staff are really polite and try to get people thru the line as quickly as possible! I didn’t visit the bathroom so no comments there!

Ok, my wife suggested we go and try the new McDonald’s in Carmel, after watching it go up since they tore down the old one. We went during lunch hour, which wasn’t very busy. I hope management reads this and does something to improve the place. The McD in Brewster(the hearest) has had their ice cream machine down FORAGES … so I had hoped this new one would be better run. First impression was … fly blown. I am sorry, but there’s just no other way to put it. While I had to wait for their rotating electronic menu(think of the annoying rotating billboards at baseball games, behind home plate) to cycle back to the menu portion I wanted to order from, I noticed that there were a lot of flies on it. And all around the place, inside windows, zooming around the kitchen area. We waited FOREVER for our order, a basic order at that — Q-pdr meal, large fries, and a McDub and small soda. When it came, it was cold. And since the nice lady working there didn’t give us cups to fill at the self-serve soda … we got to kill even more time … there were some senior ladies(2) at the soda/condiments area that were very slow … and the cold food got even colder. By the time we sat down to eat amidst the flies … the cold food was unappetizing in the exteme. Ok, pretty bad review. But the place just opened, and these problems can easily be solved by any management that cares to. While we’re at it – the place is way too NOISY. No sound deadening whatsover. Even without a crowd, it was very loud. Look, just because the old Wendy’s(before the fire) had roaches crawling up the walls in daylight — doesn’t mean this kind of ‘new’ McD’s is gonna get it done. Good luck, unless you want to relegate your customer base to seniors that are on foot, or transients, repeat business is not likely until you clean up your act.

It’s McDonald’s. Have you been to a McDonald’s before? Then you’ve been to this one too. Go to Cameron’s Deli instead. It’s closer to the exit from i84 and home of the famous Cluckin’ Russian. You wont regret it.

Today was my first visit to the newly refurbished McDonald’s. There are far fewer seats in it now. I can only assume that was meant to keep the retirees out. Service was friendly but the cashier was confused with a bogo coupon. Also, the QPC was stale, cold, and for all intents and purposes, inedible. The new façade hides the fact that serious work is nedeed inside.

Okay so, this McDonalds in serious need of a make over to look more modern BUT I have to give kudos to the young guy named Chris who took my order. I ordered a #1(Big Mac) for myself and a Cheeseburger Happy Meal for my daughter. As Chris was putting our order together I saw him look over the counter at my daughter so I assumed he was looking to see if she was a boy or girl for the toy. I quickly responded with ‘she’s a girl’ and he laughed and said ‘I know that but I was trying to guess her age to see which toy would be age appropriate for her’…(Since when does Mickey D’s make toys for different ages?! I remember years ago getting toys for a boy even though I’m a girl!) So I said she’s almost 2 and he gave her a toy for girls under 3… That left a big impression on me. I’m pleased with little things like that! Thumbs up Chris! :)

When I walked in here for the first time, I had a mediocre experience. Although the guy who ran the register had only worked there for 3 days, his service was slow. The experience was okay. The presentation of the food wasn’t as sloppy as some other McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, so it would be something I’d go back to, if I was ever in the area.(It was before a massive thunderstorm, so the skies did look a little dreary, so we didn’t have a chance to really experience much around the external area of the business.) They were, however, cleaning the windows of their greenhouse-seating with a squigee, and preparing for the impending storm.
