LOVE LOVE LOVE living at Old Town on the Monon Apartments! By far the most amenities we’ve ever had in an apartment. There’s a 24 hour gym, secure entry to all of the apartments, off street parking, central air, garbage disposal, ice cube maker in the freezer… all little things but they make a giant difference. We also love having maintenance available to help us, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Can’t beat the location either — so much to do just outside our door and the dogs love the Monon Trail!

Old Town is an awesome place to live! I have lived in one of the townhouses for almost 2 years and absolutely love the floor plan. The location is wonderful and it is great to be able to walk through downtown Carmel and enjoy all it has to offer. The property staff is very responsive to any repair or anything I need. I’ve even seen the leasing manager letting dogs outside as a favor to the owners. My sidewalk was shoveled by 9am on a Sunday! I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering moving here! Great location, no maintainance and a great staff!

Old Town is great! We’ve been living here for about 6 months in one of the town homes. Our front door opens onto the Monon… if that wasn’t enough, we have tons of places to go within walking distances for food, drink, coffee, and arts. The farmers market is an easy walk, as well as the pool. Our place is spacious, with high ceilings and good lighting.
The staff is very responsive and the property is well managed — we are extremely happy with our choice!
