Very disappointed with Shields Networking customer service. Built a brand new solid state drive machine for me but as soon as he installed it I started having problems with it. Ever since then it’s been crashing and soon after I started having problems he said he was going to show up to address these issues and then I never heard back from him. Never followed up up to see how the new machine was performing or never called to explain why he never showed up after he said he would. Pretty disappointing customer service.
