The project was completed on time and NO hidden costs. The crew was on time, personable, true and honest craftsmen, and took pride at what their job. I am getting ready to have my kitchen counters and floors redone along with the couches cleaned — without a shadow of a doubt — Heirloom Flooring will be doing it all. This company earns our highest praise. We chose to re-​carpet our large two-​story home — a huge and overwhelming undertaking (to us). From the moment we met Florin (who assessed our home’s needs) and Heather (who helped us pick our carpet and pad at their showroom), we were extremely grateful that we had crossed paths. They are kind, ethical, efficient, and expert in what they do. Florin personally took on many pre-​installation tasks within our home, with a tremendous work ethic and an eye to quality control that were unbelievable (and rarely seen these days). He did exactly what he said he’d do: re-​carpeted our entire house in 2 ½ days before our very tight deadline (we were trying to get the work done while we were still on vacation); using an outstanding, dependable crew; with our home then restored exactly as they had found it. Wow. He even did a final walk-​through with us, which was almost laughable because we had absolutely nothing on our follow-​up checklist. Everything is perfect and we could not be happier. We will not use anyone else for anything flooring related in the future; they have earned a lifetime customer.
