I’m new to this Starbucks and I want to say the employee’s name Kelly, Sohmer, Brianna, Edwin, Danielle, Kyle and Nichole have excellent guest service. There very polite always smiling and very helpful. And this Starbucks has a lot space and nice atmosphere.

Tried to order an iced coffee through a phone… Wasn’t made the way I wanted after I came to pick it up asked them to add a whip cream with a flat lid, the girl who works there said they don’t do that, even though every starbucks does it… I asked her to do it, she was mad… Now she ruined my day… Very disappointed… Bad service…

The baristas in here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I consistently get great tasting teas and smoothies in here and they have a nice size store so there is plenty of different kind of seating. Comfy chairs and bar height tables and stools and regular tables also outside seating as well. Its conveniently located if you need to pick up something from grocery store or pick up dinner there are several options of fast food in the parking lot, a few banks and an Ace and Dollar store. They are open a little later than other ones around here too so thats nice as well.

I came for an informal business meeting. Right off the bat the main problem with this location is the parking… or lack of it!!! I think they have 7 or 8 spaces at most! And there isn’t anywhere else you can park and walk over to this place. Its right on the busy corner of Manzanita & Madison. Great for a drive thru but lousy for an informal business meeting! So the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the staff were nice, and Hey its a Starbucks; you already know what you’re getting. I really was frustrated about the parking. Oh, also the lounge/arm chairs were definitely needing to be retired! Cracked with too much bum wear! I’m sure I’ll hit this place again but they have to do something about the parking!

This location is not very good. There price says one thing but they charge a different price. There coffee is not good for the price and the line is always long. Not my favorite place.

I’m that guy who drinks hot coffee on a 90 degree late summer morning… Starbucks has never been a routine for me, but when I m in a hurry(in need of coffee) this is the location I tend to gravitate toward. I can’t say anything about Starbucks that hasn’t already been rammed down our throats by Starbucks fanatics, and I don’t want to come off as the overly-snobby coffee dude who tells you Starbucks coffee is of average quality(it is), but I will say this… I love their scones! Not a lot of people are into scones, but I love the fresh, flakey, yummy, goodness. Their blueberry scones are my favorite, but occasionally I will settle for the Cranberry Orange scone(when the blueberry is sold out). Delicious! A scone and a Grande Americano(hot) with room for cream is my typical order to go. Contrary to one previous review, there is NO drive-thru at this location, so you have to get your butt out of the car to get your Jo-fix. Inside it is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Behind the counter they are efficient and methodical, working together as a team, so the line moves quickly. Whenever I am there anyway… That being said, you can easily get in and out faster than going through a drive-thru at a different location. There is plenty of parking because it is in the Bel Air shopping center. Four stars for this Starbucks because it is my favorite location, and I always have a positive experience(knock on wood). It also reminds me of a corner-coffee house in East Anchorage I used to frequent, so maybe I am letting nostalgia dictate my rating a little. Ha! Enjoy your cup!

I have been going here for years as part of a Bel Air — Starbucks run. There is always someone on their computer, or a couple each other’s company. It seems like a popular choice for people finishing or prepping for their workouts. The barristas are super nice. The service is quick– at least in the mornings. The prices are typical Starbucks. Their WiFi is also fast. If you get there early enough on a Sunday(around 8am) there is a group of older gentlemen and their classic cars. It is also nice drop off point for toy drives or school supply drives. Also the first Sunday in December it is around the half-way mark of the California International Marathon. Buy a drink and your cowbell and go cheer those runners and walkers on. This place epitomizes Carmichael, low key, no need for makeup or to dress to impress, it is a comfortable place to chillax.

This location has very limited parking and the surrounding parking lots say you can’t park there either… Which I did anyway. Location was clean and staff was friendly. Not super fast but there is a drive thru. Not my favorite Starbucks I’ve been to.

I have been going to this Starbucks café for about four years. The baristas there have always been just outstanding during that time. As a result, this Starbucks has a definite friendly and inviting atmosphere … and the friendly morning regulars contribute to that, too. I have often lingered there for more than an hour. After the great people, I enjoy the quiet location that Aaron B. mentioned in his review, and I like that this Starbucks is larger than most. By the way, besides being friendly, the baristas are right on in making those exotic drinks, too … so no worries if you have a complex order. And as Ted S. mentioned in his review, it is easy to access the web there. In summary, this Starbucks is a wonderful place to go for a pleasant experience, some energy, and a lift in your spirits. Finally, I’ve been to so many Starbucks over the years … and this is my favorite.

Quiet location which is really nice, the inside is huge but there aren’t many tables which can make it difficult to do some work during busy peaks. Plenty of outlets if you need to charge up, but don’t hog the table please! Place closes at 8pm too

They finally decided to remodel this Starbucks and during the week it was closed I was anxiously awaiting their reopening to see the changes. Fail! Someone the décor of the store is even more sterile, uncomfortable and for some reason a community table was added where people would/should stand in line. What idiot did that floor plan?! I still adore the staff and the coffee is great!

Fast, efficient service of very standard Starbucks product. I was here recently and managed to leave my laptop bag complete with brand new notebook on the outside patio. I was sure it was a goner, but one thoughtful employee rescued it for me and held it for me until I figured it out and called them. I really cannot thank them enough it is really not in their job description and I am overwhelmingly appreciative. I wish I knew who found it.

4 employees 1 guy making coffee. Was out riding our bikes this day and decided to pop in for a quick bev. We needed one cool coffee and a cup of ice. Let the story begin… Lucius(sp?) was the self proclaimed«guy in charge» when we ordered a triple iced vente mocha and waited for it to be made. Upon receiving the mocha we realized we had forgotten to get the cup of ice. Our good friend Lucius made us go back through the line and 5 min later handed over the cup of ice with a smile like the Cheshire Cat. In short, coffee was great but the service could use a tweak.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Besides the crazy coots that live in Sacramento trying to become billionaires from their garage talking to «potential investors», this location is great. As per usual the employees are community college students either aspiring to become marine biologist or Hollywood script writers but they’re very very friendly. They have decent seating and about 4 tables where power outlets are available which is not too bad for a medium sized location. I can usually find myself a nice corner spot with an outlet. A lot of times homeless people come here because Carmichael has such a mixed socio-economic base of residents and there is always this one guy sitting on the couch smiling at everyone but he’s super nice too. Generally a spot for the retired and I kind of like that.
