Starbucks

I love this Starbucks; I’m from Italy and it’s hard sometimes to speak in English but they always understand me and help me. Very efficient and friendly crew.

Staff is super friendly and coffee is always made right. Positive energy flows through this place, it’s really comfortable.

Once again, totally disappointed. I ordered a venti extra extra hot mocha. I got a lukewarm vente mocha without even any whipped cream on it. I reven repeated my order at the window and asked if they had made it extra extra hot because it didn’t feel warm in my hands.
About every 6 months I go to this place because I forget how horrible it is. I’ve gotten green tea lattes from there that were only half full because the other half was foam, and mochas that I swear had no coffee in them. I would rather go 5 blocks out of my way, get out of the car and go to the Starbucks at Safeway then go to this place.

The staff at this Starbucks are by far the sweetest I have encountered in a very long time. My drinks are always perfect and the service is fast. :) Apparently most people feel the same way about this Starbucks because there is rarely ever an available parking spot and the drive-​thru line is always super long. :) So my only reason for the minus one star is because sometimes it’s so busy I can’t stop. :)

Had the rudest guy help me in the drive thru! Made a joke about how thick I wanted my trap cause if I do t ask it’s super watery, and he was sarcastic with his response. Won’t return to this one.

I went to this Starbucks because it’s close to my work. I order a caramel frapp with extra caramel, ice and half and half. There obvious wasn’t extra caramel which I was charge for and I get this drink all the time and the taste is different meaning they didn’t use half and half instead of milk. Will never go to this Starbucks again.

I am a recent California transplant from Hawaii and I have to say I can walk into any Starbucks in any city and feel completely comfortable ordering any drink that I want. It’s not a snooty place. I have rarely come across a bad barista. Maybe someone who’s had ia bad day but nothing over the top.
All in all the coffee prices really aren’t that bad and the atmosphere is always fun and outgoing. It’s nice to see a place where people actually talk to other people in person.

Always receive great service. I always use the drive through and have never experienced a problem. They are quick and fast. I had my first pumpkin spice latte and I am a fan!

I love this Starbucks location as it is very close to home. The staff is excellent… and I pretty much know everyone from every shift. The coffee shop is always very clean and organized. Also, this location is usually quick; I know there are some Starbucks locations that are notorious for having slow service but, this is definitely not one of them.

I don’t know how the quality of a chain can be inconsistent since each shop should have the same procedures and standards but something this crew is doing is wrong. The drive thru is always backed up, through the parking lot and blocking traffic and the drinks are usually awful. That is the only constant at this location-​the service sucks. I’ve spent $ 15 on coffee and all the drinks were tasteless. I’ve also bought just one drink and they got it wrong. They repeat back your order so I don’t understand how it can be so complicated.
The young man who runs the drive thru most days is slow, rude, and careless.
Inside the store, it is crowded and if the line is long it can take 20 minutes to get your sub-​par beverage.
I live so close to this location and on Saturday morning, when my yoga pants are too comfortable to peel off, the thought of staying in my car while I pick up my delicious cup of addiction still sometimes makes me try, in vain. This location is slowly getting worse and I see no return to glory in sight.

This location is nice an laid back, they aren’t really ever too busy even during Happy Hour events. They have a drive thru here which is nice. I like to go in and hang out and sit awhile and get my free refill of tea so they have a few nice cushy seats that are usually available also they have some outside seating which looks nice but it is always my luck someone is smoking out there, which is a real BUMMER!

Consistently made drinks… never had a mix up on mine but then again I’m not one of those insecure people who has to make up their own version of the most complicated drink ever just to feel special. Its just coffee people.
Staff is always friendly and the location is convenient (right on Fair Oaks Blvd across from the park in the Chase parking lot).
I am taking off a star for the poor design of the direction of the drive thru. Had they switched the entry with the exit you could exit to the street instead of a side section of the parking lot where you are forced to wait behind the old lady who just walked out of Chase and is taking forever to back up her giant Cadillac. It would also be nice to sit outside and not hear everyone barking their drink order at the drive thru speaker.

Worst Starbucks in the country! AGAIN today they messed up the order. I ordered a no foam chai latte and got a coffee. This has happened over and over again. I’ve spoken to mangers of the store as well as the district director, yet there have been no changes. Their early morning crew is incapable of quality work. These are the things that have gone wrong over the past 5 months:
— chai latte has a sour taste — almost as though it is fermented — 5 times, at least
— wrong drink 4 times, at least
— the top level of the drink is an inch or more below the top of the cup
— so much water in the chai that there is almost no flavor
— managers who are condescending and/​or flipant when you call to let them know there is a problem as Chris was this morning.
I know that losing 1 customer will not bother them but I will never spend another penny in that place!

Same great product and same great service. People are always friendly when I come in here. At least 3 times a week I come here for a pumpkin spiced laté and a pumpkin loaf.

There are a few people at this location that make the experience AMAZING.
Nicole, Jackie, Ariana, and Bailey. They are not only fun to look at, but they really put effort into making your drink.
I love stopping by this location in particular on the way to my family’s house. God knows that I need coffee to keep up with those crazies.

Great place to study — wifi is free/​fast, good amount of outlets, music is usually calm jazzy stuff (although loud in some corners — beware and bring headphones!), bathrooms are clean (but kind of smell like hobo dens), and staff is not obnoxiously loud like some SBs… cough my old Houston SB on West Gray…
Always register/​reload your Starbucks card to pay so you can build up on perks (free coffee/​tea refills, free bday item, etc)!
I was sad that I got there too late to get the Blonde roast drip coffee, but the barista was friendly enough to offer a Blonde pour-​over (which is actually way fresher and tastier!) I didn’t even know that was an option at SB! Same price and 10 cents off if you get a «for here mug!» In my MANY SB study sessions, no one has EVER told me that!!! She totally could have just not told me that and I would have accepted — although reluctantly — drip Pike Place.
I love that even though its a very commercial and busy coffee place, staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, happy, and special!

Aside from this being a Starbucks, the coffee was good. I didn’t utilize the drive-​thru but I’m sure that is convenient in the morning. There is limited parking in the lot but there is lots of street parking on the side. The seating inside is mostly small tables but there is one small bench section if you plan to sit and sip a while. If the weather is nice, there’s plenty of outdoor seating as well. Usually, pretty busy but my holiday drinks came out fast. The pastries and sammiches are consistently good but they didn’t have one of the sandwiches here that I’ve gotten other places.
Overall, it’s not a bad spot to grab a cup of joe especially if you want to conversation you’re having with your partner to be brief. The bigger locations have better seating arrangements and more spots to plug in and camp out.

Like any other chain, Starbucks is plain and simple. You come here for a caffeine fix, or for me, a black team lemonade fix, but there are just some Starbucks’ out there that make you feel more welcomed, and do things RIGHT.
85% of the time that I do go here, the service is horrendous. You pretty much have to stare someone down or get ready to cause a scene before they notice that you’re alive and are willing to help you. (I’m big on customer service remember?) As mentioned in my previous reviews, I only order ONE thing, a SWEETENED black tea lemonade. They always forget to sweeten it, and they almost NEVER SHAKE IT! (BIG PET PEEVE!) One time I was ordering through the drive through and I saw the girl didn’t put the syrup in it. When I asked the girl at the window to make sure it was sweetened, she continued to give me an attitude and claimed that it was. LIAR!!!
Now, don’t get me wrong, the other 15% is good. There are days when I can go in there with someone smiling and making me BLT correctly, it’s just so rare, I decide it’s not worth it to go. There’s literally another Starbucks a little ways down, next to Citibank, and they are way nicer.
