I come here pretty much every day to get lunch at work and they are OK not great but the sandwiches delicious every time they’re only getting four stars because they never look enthused to be helping you. But I still go here and fill my appetite

Horrible. The customer service was terrible, the lady(I think she’s maybe Russian or Romanian) really had no idea how to make a sandwich. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado. I got 4 pieces of turkey, and 3 pieces of bacon… On top of two handfuls of lettuce, literally handfuls. I also asked for bell pepper, which she insisted I get 6 pieces and only 3 slices of tomato, that didn’t even cover half the sandwich. And when I asked for ranch I guess I should have said«can I have a sandwich with my ranch» because my entire sandwich… Is ranch. My opinion, just don’t even pay any attention to this subway, and we can hope that they go out of business or get new owners

This is the SLOWEST Subway I’ve ever been to! I get a 30min lunch break, and the 2 times I’ve been here, I wasn’t able to eat. The most recent time I was there, there was 1 person in front of me who ordered 1 sandwich. It took the lady over 15min to make the sandwich. Then when ringing the customer up, took another 10min to process a coupon. So upon waiting 25min for 1 customer, I wasn’t even tended to. The worst part about it was that a fellow employee was too busy sitting on their phone to assist. The staff here has no sense of urgency or work ethic and I will not not be returning to this establishment.

I will never go back to this Subway. I was ripped off by not getting my change back for $ 5.68. I called the store the next day to speak to the owner and some young gal says, we can give you a free sandwich if you come back to the Subway store. Excuse me, I want my money back — not a free sandwich! Nor will I ever go back to your Subway. Found out this is a franchise owner who owns the Subway since I contacted the Property Management. I then wrote letter to the owner stating to mail a check in the amount of $ 5.68 no later than April 17th since I purchased a sandwich at the of March. Still no check in the mail; so now I contact corporate in Connecticut. They have emailed him not only once, but twice to resolve this issue. He has ignored not only the corporate office, but the customer, who is myself. I have now filed a «police report for theft» and wrote a strong worded letter to the CA Attorney General for his shady business practices. If you are ripping off customers like myself, how many others are being taken advantage of? The customer should come first, not ignoring the issue that needs to be resolved.

Very yummy sandwiches, but bad customer service. Two teen girls were there, both not the friendliest… the deal breaker for me was the fact that the girl at the register failed to let me know i could’ve gotten a drink and chips for only $.50 more. I didn’t notice this deal until AFTER i paid. BOTH of my jobs REQUIRE suggestive selling. It’s very alarming and confusing that this girl didn’t think to mention this deal. Perhaps she needs to receive more training?..

I’ve been to this subway many times. Never a bad experience and the new girls working here are quick and cheerful. I wish the parking in this location wasn’t such a disaster though. Like any other subway its best to avoid the lunch rush 12 – 2 crowd. I usually try to slip in around 1130.

I come here cause it’s close to my house, I come here every day for a 6 inch healthy sandwich because I’m doing a subway challenge. But every day they don’t have enough people working and their so slow! If it wasn’t for the cheap prices I wouldn’t come back.

The lettuce was brown and even though they had fresh lettuce covered they would not serve it. They also did not honor the the September any sub $ 5 deal and said they didn’t have to because they were privately owned. We will not go back here.

I usually get a sandwich from here every couple weeks because it’s close to my office. I ordered my usual Turkey/Bacon/Avo on Italian Herb and Cheese today. Today’s Sandwich Artist didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted it toasted, as has happened EVERYSINGLE time I order this sandwich. She portioned out just enough turkey, layered on a couple pieces of bacon, and then said«cheese» without inflection or even looking at me. I said Swiss, which she dropped on, and then she turned around and put it in the toaster without another word. While I was waiting for the toasting process to complete(new for me since I don’t ever order sandwiches toasted) she started another order. When the oven dinged she stopped paying attention to the other customer, pulled my now hot sandwich from the oven and, again without inflection or looking me, said«produce» and stuck her hand into the lettuce bin. I said Tomato, little bit of lettuce, and black olive. It wasn’t until after it was already on my hot sandwich that I noticed all the brown on the edges of each lettuce piece. I watched the artist cut a bruise from an avocado and set it on my hot sandwich. She then wrapped the hot mess up and asked if I wanted to make it a meal. I said no and handed her my credit card. I swear some smoke came out of her head at having to go to all the trouble of running a credit card. Anyway, I got my hot sandwich back to the office and unwrapped it. After I went and found a knife to finish the half assed cut, and after pulling off as much brown lettuce as I could without losing all the hot mayo, I took a bite. Hot lettuce is pretty gross. Hot rotted lettuce is WAY worse. Hot mayo is pretty nasty too. I spat the bite into the trash, ate the Doritos, and felt really bad that I just dropped $ 8.50 on a crap sandwich. I’ve seen the employees here take a lot of crap from people over the years and I didn’t want to be that guy that holds up the line complaining and making her re-do it the way I like it. Nice guy, or stupid guy, I still wasted time and money on this. Pretty hungry now but I’m not going back there again. Ever.

Picked up a sandwich for my Fiancé’ for lunch. It was about 10am and there wasn’t anyone in the place. The girl behind the counter was great and she loaded up his sandwich. I felt sorry for her at the end when a nasty old lady came in and started bossing her around and complaining about everything. After the lady left, I told the girl she was doing a great job and to keep up the good work.

My office is located next door for the next few months(the joys of an election year) and for the past month or so I’ve purchased breakfast or lunch from this Subway 6 out of 7days a week. That ends today. This morning I went in to get one of my regular items for breakfast. A 6in flatbread, egg whites, ham, pepper jack cheese, tomato, spinach, and a squeeze of honey mustard. Not complicated, pretty straight forward, hard to mess up and actually pretty delicious. Everything was going along as it does every single time, order — ask for two more slices of ham — wait for it to toast, ask for my produce, yada yada. That’s when it happened. It came time to add the spinach. This employee takes the lid off of the bucket and proceeds to move a pile of discarded avocado and onion peels, avocado pits and other questionable produce waste, pull spinach out from under it and place it on my sandwich. RIGHTINFRONTOFME. I was a little shocked. I paid, took my wrap next door, sat down and thought about it. Upon realizing that the thought of putting that garbage sullied sandwich anywhere near my mouth was making me nauseous and took it back. Upon explaining my reasoning for not wanting it anymore I was asked, «What? Do you want me to take it off?» «Um, no, I could have done that myself — I don’t want it anymore.» As she’s ringing back the order to give me my change, she snottily informs me, «It was just avocado.» No, it wasn’t. I know I’m only one customer, but I was a 6 times a week customer. Guess I’ll be hitting up Bel-Air for the duration. PS: Food for thought… if the employees are willing to put waste covered food on my sandwich in front of me, what are they doing when they can’t be seen?

they are real real stingy with the fixings… They are rude little teenie boppers working here and I can’t stand this location! To the store owner hire people who will listen to the cunsumers orders and not carry attitude along with it!

Came to get a veggie footlong, since you can’t beat the price $ 5.00. So the girl behind the counter ask what kind of bread I would like, I said wheat, she says there out, so I asked for italian herb, didn’t have anymore wtf! Why ask what I want if you don ‘t have it, just give whatever! So anyways, the girls making the sandwich and was real skimpy with the veggies, so when I asked for more veggies she gave me a fatty girl look, and proceeded to put more on it. Anyways the total experience was not suprising, the customer service she lacked in. But when your spending $ 5.00 what do you expect.
