Wendy’s

Manager was using cuss words being extremely rude to me as the customer and cashier, who looked new. My family and I waited 15 minutes to even order, then to sit down and hear the manager screaming while we are trying to enjoy our food. We will never return to this Wendy’s would rather drive a half hour than ever return here.

Complete dump. If I could give it negative five stars I would. Filthy from end to end. Nobody would fill the ice machine. Ketchup dispensers were empty. I was there at 2:45 on Saturday August 15. Manager should be fired or owner should have franchise ripped from under him

Place needs to be cleaned and fixed! Ladies room toilet clogged. The sink faucet broken. Ceiling in the dining room — filthy tiles. No ice in the soda machine. For a high traffic night should have been a bit more prepared. Best part of the experience was the sweet girl at the register! Wendy’s you need to do a lot better!

Not sure if the food is good or not. I walked out 5 seconds after being inside. It looks like something out of a horror flick. Isn’t there a health department around here? Filthy and falling apart.

This store is DISGUSTING. The bathrooms were filthy. There was congealed soft drinks? all over the floor around the drink machine, with lids stuck to it. We asked the manager what their sanitation rating is, she said she didn’t know what one is. BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID.

I’ve been to this location before and always enjoyed good food. But this review isn’t about the food. My card wouldn’t scan and the cash registers did not have a Manual input. I was pretty hungry and was sort of disappointed that I was not gonna be able to eat here. I started to drive away when they yelled «stop» and handed me my food. They said «Good deed of the day free food». I’ve never had this happen to me before but whoever the manager is must have a good heart. Will be returning here again!

Currently still waiting in my car for 1 sandwich, took 5 minutes to get my order at the drive thru, somehow they messed up a formulaic fast food chain.

A soul-​crushing experience in the middle of nowhere. Staff were laying about doing nothing, and didn’t seem to care. However, food was up to par with other Wendy’s and it seemed like cook in the back did well on our order.

A shout out and 5 stars to the Richmond RI Wendy’s. Not only was the food good and the service prompt, but when I left my wallet in the ladie’s room there by mistake, the manager Philip found it and got in touch with me to tell me it was safe and sound in his office. That’s what I call above and beyond service!

Congratulations Wyoming, RI – you just might have the worst Wendy’s in the world! We were on our way back from Maine, traveling on I-​95 in Rhode Island. We were famished and could not find a diner — so we settled for fast food. While the product was prepared as expected, the dining room looked like a frat party had just ended, minus the beer kegs and panties. There was trash all over the place — patrons stepping on bags and wrappers. Most of the tables had not been wiped down. The place was not real busy — and there was plenty of disorganized staff in the back. We did not dare to check out the restrooms and were very concerned the kitchen was likely as unkempt as the dining area. (We’ll repost if we get sick.) If you like stepping on mushed fries and ketchup — check this place out! The Worst Wendy’s in the World!

The food tasted fine at this Wendy’s.
The restaurant dining room was a disaster however. The tables were littered with left over meal trash, as were the floors. I walked on the carpet in the middle of the dining room. The carpet stuck to my foot when I was walking. I looked at the bottom of my sandal, and there was nothing on it (gum, foot, sticking substance). The carpet was that saturated with either condiments or soda. It was very off putting.
Also, the staff behind the counter seemed to not be able to coherently take an order or provide it accurately on the tray. A manager came from the back and brought things up to speed.

Hey Mark — I’m pretty sure this location is staying in business because of guys like you going to the Casinos and people like my boyfriend and I who stop here for some Wendy’s love on the way up to Foxborough for the Patriots games.
Wendy’s has really amped up their game in the last few years.
Screw McDonald’s I’m LOVING the new Wendy’s fries and the classic Wendy’s chili. Plus, their burgers taste like burger, not cardboard fried in fat.
… on the way home I even made my boyfriend stop here again to get a vanilla Frosty! Delicious!

This is a great place to get a good burger on your way down to the casinos in CT. It’s right off the Hope Valley exit off 95 they are quick and the food’s always been hot and tasty. I’m not really sure how they stay in bussiness everytime I“m in there I never have to wait in line more than 1 person at the counter already. This is a great place to stop and sit and eat too if you’re looking to break up some trip that you’re taking up 95.
