We went to McDonald’s the other day and ordered some food and coffee and asked for a cup of water. The other employee gave us our order. I asked her if I could please get a cup of water thinking that maybe the cashier just forgot to tell her. She said that they don’t give away water. I have to buy it. I looked at their soda machine and I can’t believe that there’s no water or maybe a water fountain. this is the first time that I ever experience going to a fast food chain with no water available. I ‘m guessing that the cashier’s new but that was besides the point, My father had to take his medication at a certain time and I have to form back in line and buy water. That was so «RIDICULOUS» !!! I’m never going back to that McDonald’s ever again… The lady said that the owner doesn’t want to give away water.

Grabbed a quick bite for my kids on the way home from work two days prior to this review. My reason for waiting is because I was debating to not do so. But the more I looked at the photo, the more iritatted I got. And while it’s still a place that has low expectations anyways, it’s a direct result of either poor training or employees not giving a crap. I guess if you upgrade to a «Mac-Monster» burger, then you would expect more. However, the burger in the pic was supposed to be a(get this) Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese. I’m no Physicist, but this is just one swing and a miss. The second you ask? I hadn’t ordered the«Mac-Prison» burger. I say this because the toppings, aside from missing one burger and cheese, seemed to have been told that the customer(me) is on solitary confinement and being rationed food. Now onto the Filet O’Fish… I love what the’ve done to better this menu item! Everywhere(McDonalds) I went… The perfect sandwhich. No no no,. Not this time. Dry no Tarter Sauce and the patty was split in two… :( (off to the garbage you go) Think Wendy’s next door wins now.

As others have said they only serve meals after 10pm. They advertise everything being for sale on the menu board but will not sell any of it to you, only meals. This is also one of the slowest McDonalds around. The staff seems friendly and attentive although just not motivated or fast. Update: I stopped in yesterday(9⁄9) because my daughter wanted a happy meal. The food came out fast enough but I watched as a worker dropped have a sleeve of cups all over the dirty floor. She picked them back up and put them in the machine that dispenses cups. Very gross!!!

Neither the food nor service is ever bad. However, I do not like the false advertising of a 24 hour drive thru… I have come here multiple times past 11PM to see adolescents running around in their golden arch uniforms and giggling in the back, after they proceed to turn all of the lights off in the franchise. Have yet to call and complain, but it is irritating that I can’t get my chicken nuggets after I get out of work.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They are open till 1:00 am and decide to limit their menu at 10:00pm to meals only. I pulled up to drive thru at 10:10pm and wanted two double cheeseburgers off the value menu. They TD me sorry we have a LIMITED menu after 10. Since when does McDonalds have a limited menu? I will never go here again and it’s in my home town. I own two businesses and would never treaty customers the way they treated me. Horrible !!!

Chicken Nuggets without sauce? No drinks? I guess that’s standard service here. Ordered food to go at the counter inside. It wasn’t particularly busy. We didn’t realize the BBQ sauce was missing until we were on the highway. At least we realized our soda was missing before we left. They also didn’t give a receipt. Food quality was standard for this chain.

Always check your order before you leave the Drive Up. Stopped in twice, in a rush, got down the road and regretted it both times. Just ordered a Southwest Salad, I was given Italian dressing for my Southwest Salad. Chicken is not what I ordered and it’s covered in sweet sauce. Maybe it came off another person’s order. Had to throw the food away. This is the second time I’ve gone through their drive in. That’s two strikes. Best of Luck.
