So, this is the corporate office. You can not get food here, as my very hungry tummy discovered. The correct address for the restaurant is 4610 Carpinteria Ave.

I’ve been to several Carls Jr & Hardee’s locations. this one is the cleanest and most professional of them all, they open the door for customers, remember your name (If your a regular) my order has NEVER been mixed up or mistaken unlike other locations. The staff will bring food to the table locations and actually follow up with you, ask about sauces and how the food came out. Not typical for this industry and makes me enjoy my guilty pleasure even more. Turkey burgers for life yo! Lol! Long story short You won’t find your western with the onion rings hanging off the side at this location, lol!

Honestly one of the best carls jr ! We stop here traveling on 101, easy exit. Super clean. Staff always great. Food great. We have stopped here 12x over last 5 years and consistently good. We appreciate you doing it right!

Carl’s Jr. has implemented a policy to charge a $ 1 transaction fee for debit card purchases. This is an outrageous policy. For food of such poor quality I am shocked they want to try and charge me an additional fee. To CKE management: congratulations, you will never see my cash, credit, or debit card ever again!!! Can you kindly pack up, leave Carpinteria and move to Atlanta where you belong? We don’t want you thieves here.

I like the $ 6 dollar burgers, fried zucchini, and drink. The western bacon cheeseburger with extra BBQ sauce rocks.

It is neat that Carls Jr. finally got a chance to open a store here, in the town where they have one of their corporate offices. Their sandwiches are in the cheaper — medium expensive column, but quality is top-​notch. This location also includes the ‘Green Burrito,’ which is their mexican food spinoff. For burgers, my parents favor the Santa Fe Chicken (with grilled chicken & a roasted anaheim pepper), the famous star (ever reliable), the spicy chicken (for the all the cheapwads out there, spicy fried chix sandwich for a buck), and the western bacon cheeseburger (it has onion rings & bbq sauce on it). The Green Burrito is pretty good usually (I almost always have the bean & cheese burrito, it has this tasty red sauce but is mild in flavor), I’ve had the enchilada plate before it’s alright, and the taco salad is also okay (served it its own fried bowl, wouldn’t cha know). However, as you are in Carpinteria, there is a darn good chance you’ll find some way more authentic mexican/​latin food at Delgados, Mi Fiesta Market, Taco Grande, Señor Frogs, Ruby’s or is it Rudy’s, or Taqueria Guadalajara; that is my not-​so-​humble opinion on that. Otherwise, Carls is pretty budget friendly, quick & tasty. Note: this location does not have a drive through, the lot is too small. The 101 South on-​ramp is directly off of the exit, which is simple in theory but more of a pain in practice. The end.
**** Sending just a small amount of anger rays for their new owner’s plan to move their corporate hq’s to TX! I know it’s cheaper tax-​wise than CA, but seriously the loss of that many jobs is gonna hurt my town, you ain’t gettin’ any respect for that move because it is not deserved. Over and out.

most of what makes this place good is personal and subjective; namely, it is close by and i can walk there. what can you really say about a fast food chain restaurant? well, this is a new joint. it is still very clean. the staff really seems intent on making their customers happy. however, sometimes, i can’t help but feel overwhelmed. they have somebody coming over to ask how you’re doing every fifteen minutes– sometimes, you just want to quietly enjoy your burger and not feel rushed.

Noooooooo!!! Bring back the old French fries!!! dammit =(
