Usually the pizza here is very good. Service is efficient and if you order online, you can expect the pizza to be ready in about 12 minutes. I’ve only had one bad experience, which happened a month ago. I had to bring a pizza to a party and I ordered from Domino’s. When I got to the party I was extremely embarrassed because the pizza was dry, thin, tasteless, and cold. Of all the times this could happen, this was the worst. Only three slices were eaten. I wrote to corporate customer service, and they offered me a free pizza as an apology.

I was looking forward to a Dominos pizza. After paying $ 9.99 for a small carryout I noticed the window sign that said they had a special for a large carryout for $ 7.00. I guess that was my bad. When I got home and opened up the pizza it looked overdone and was dry. Guess I will try one of the local pizzerias next time.

Girl on the phone didn’t know about coupons, which was okay. But when we nonthreatiningly asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager. It went like«we don’t have a manager here at this time… Um, I’m the manager, and I can’t approve the coupon». So we ordered our pizzas online with the coupon she claimed didn’t exist. When our pizzas arrived they had the wrong toppings and were overcooked.

As much as I love dominos, recently the service has been so unprofessional and the Parmesan bread bites I got were completely burned! I’m so bummed. Please train your employees or get new people cause now I’m spending the extra money to go to rustys

Been eating at this location since 1994, but the service I received tonight means I will no longer be a customer. Tonight I used the iPhone app to order 2 pasta bowls. Mine was fine — just the chicken carbonara and it was good. But my wife«built her own» and asked for additional Parmesan. When we got the order mine tasted same as always but hers tasted sour and she couldn’t eat it. I called and the manager, Blake, said they use Asiago instead of Parmesan. Asiago is a much different cheese! It doesn’t belong on chicken Alfredo and my wife would never add that to her meal. So I asked Blake to replace the order only without the Asiago. She refused. And not only did she refuse to replace the order, she refused to give a refund. No offer to make it right in any way. I will never give this place another dime. UPDATE Long story short, got contacted by area mgr and Dominos rep and they told me as of the next day whole new crew was in place and would receive full training. Offered me free food etc. so I have to see if I want to chance it.

Worst costumer service ever. I ordered a large Philly cheese steak pizza with pepperoni and 8 piece of boneless wings. What I got was medium pizza with only pepperoni and regular wings. So I called to try to get my order resent, the staff just kept putting me on hold and saying the manager is to busy. I paid $ 32 for the wrong order. Still on hold, called from my friends phone and was basically told we don’t care. Let me tell you something Dominos I care and I’m not a Unilocal person but who ever is training your staff should be fired.

I hardly ever post reviews, but after sending in my feedback via the app last week and hearing nothing back, I felt inclined to do so. We ordered a pizza, stuffed breadsticks and 4 sides of dipping sauce. Pizza came with zero sauce. Literally none, cheese on crust. Dry, gross and inedible. The breadsticks were fine, but we didn’t get any of the side dipping sauces that we ordered. Since each one of those was like $ 1 or more, that was frustrating. We would normally have called the location right away to let them know the mistakes, but we had ordered this to take to a friends and were already late since the delivery guy was late. No time to wait for another order to be sent out. I sent in the feedback as requested on the Dominos app, and haven’t heard a word. This is not the first time that this location has messed up one of our orders. We won’t be ordering again.

Good pizza. Prompt service. Would have given 3 stars but they don’t give out Parmesan cheese or peppers no more. Would have given 4 stars if they at least gave me a ranch dipping sauce for my boneless wing order instead of charging extra.

Good pizza and good prices. I love their buffalo chicken pizza. If only they could remember the buffalo sauce every time, it would be perfect, hence the missing star. Would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to call and demand buffalo sauce be put on my buffalo chicken pizza every time I order it.

EXTRATOPPINGSATNOEXTRACOST! Yeah it sounds like a great deal, only the extra topping we got was a 12″ black hair literally WRAPPED around our canadian bacon and pineapple. Not being squeamish, and understanding that«things happen» I called Dominos to report the hair and ask for a refund. At this point, just sending a NEW pizza(after I had lost my appetite) and now knowing this place was in obvious need of HAIRNETS, I had no desire for ANYTHING but a FULLREFUND. I was FIRST told that would not be possible. Some kid named ANGEL was about as effective in handling the situation as water is on an oil fire. NOONE, not even the driver who picked up the pizza from my home to examine my claim, would acknowledge that the hair came from their store. HEINSISTED«There are no females working right now» Unfortunately he underestimated my ability(they usually do) to find out WHO was clocked in just an hour before. A young female with very long black hair named Ysenia. At one point I offered a DNA test and the driver actually said«YES I’D LIKETOSEETHAT» Now Im in customer service, and I happen to know that at least at my establishment, not only would this driver have been FIRED over his confrontational attitude toward the entire situation, but so would the QUALITYCHECK person who let the pizza go out the door like this. WHATHAPPENEDDOMINOES?! BADEMPLOYEES, NOQUALITYCHECK, the best part THEYKEPTTHE $ 5TIP! Good luck in the future. We posted the pic of the disgusting pizza and the experience on Facebook. CARPINTERIAIS A SMALLTOWN. Sorry to say we WONT be ordering from this location EVER again.

I am bumping this up one more star because they contacted by this location and they are letting me know they are tweeking the process and letting the employees to know to take it easy on the grease factor. Well done, my hat is off to you. If the time is taken to have concern for your customers, then you get a higher rating. Apparently we are not breaking up via text messaging, you actually came over to work things out. Most excellent!!! You DO care about my feelings, and glad my pizza virginity was lost to you!
