Best Donuts

I have never been treated so rudely before! It was the first time I had been to this place and as soon as I looked at the menu, the owner immediately started to berate me with questions about why I was looking at the prices (he asked several times) and whether I worked for another donut store! I politely said have a nice day and told him he did not have to be rude to customers. I also placed 66 cents I the tip jar and told him and the young woman working there that I was making a donation to their business cause it seemed like they were struggling. She apologized and said there were others who were price shopping them and I told her that is the cost of doing business and left. I will never return! I went across the street to Dunkin Donuts and probably paid a little more, but I was treated courteously and whatever extra I paid for good customer service was worth it!

I love Best Donuts I’ve been going here since I was like 10! The pig-​in-​a-​blankets were what got me out of bed in the morning! I also love the sweet lady behind the counter asking me
«Do you want to warm them up?»
«Yes ma’am I do!»
I don’t think they could’ve found a more suitable name!

This is my go-​to donut shop because it’s close by, they have great donuts, and they are super friendly no matter how early it is. The donuts here are light, airy and always fresh. The only downside is that they run out of donuts way too fast. Like even on the weekends. A donut shop shouldn’t be out of donuts at 9am when they don’t close until 12pm. If it weren’t for that, this place would definitely deserve 5 stars.

I woke late and we had guests from out of town so I found this place on Unilocal and ran to get donuts. The cinnamon role donuts are fluffy and hit the spot. My favorite was the apple fritter though. Since I was late they didn’t have any maple bars left. I recommend hitting this place early if you want a selection.

There’s a reason «Best Donuts» sells out everyday. Always fresh and fried to perfection. TIP: cinnamon rolls are to die for, jalapeño sausage rolls top notch for the money, Best Chocolate Glaze donuts I’ve ever had.
