You’ll get donuts but service is awful! Usha the cashier said«yes?!» After I said«good morning». I repeated my order three times and she still asked me if I wanted cream cheese on my bagel. I speak 4 languages including Hindi and Gujarati and I still couldn’t understand her. The white man who came after me got a big smile and a hello! After my order was ready I asked the heavyset girl for a fork and she looked at me like I was crazy! There’s no service! No stirrers, napkins anything offered to the customer. Don’t you think people are going to need this stuff to mix their coffee!!! I am an immigrant and I own businesses but if my employees acted like this, they would be retrained and if they refused they can work somewhere else. Awful, I won’t ever return here.

Mistake number 1. It takes them 5 minutes to tell me Angus breakfast is not available after taking the order. We order supreme omlette as a replacement. Mistake number 2. The ticket shows something else. I waited to correct. I spke to the manager. Mistake number 3. The manager says nothing is wrong because they provided supreme omlette even though the ticket says something else. She says I should be happy that they charged me less? What about the time I waited? Why would the workers rob from the owners by charging less? The owner should serious review the management.

Not only have I felt sick to my stomach since this morning, the customer service is awful. Also, they don’t even offer some of the current drinks that is being promoted in their store. There are other locations of Dunkin Donuts I will still go to, but I am never going back to this one.

Highly disappointed in this location. With one employee working, I waited quite a while in the drive-thru. My iced coffee barely had any ice in it and the bacon, egg & cheese bagel was so hot, I could’ve suffered third-degree burns on the roof of my mouth. Plus, I’m almost certain the bagel was a couple of days old, as the jaw and tooth pain I had from trying to gnaw through the stale bread was horrible. I’m thinking this is all a result because I visited shortly after they opened their doors at 5:30am, but it sounds like I’m not the only one who’s left unimpressed.

Let’s start out with the cashier Devanshi D. The whole time my boyfriend and I were ordering,(we only ordered two donuts) she had such a bad attitude, she rolled her eyes at us multiple times like if we were ordering something complicated. The donuts were cold and hard. I do not recommend this dunkin donuts, go elsewhere.

Worst service i have received in a long time. No customer service skills at all i tried asking a few questions as it was my first time there at both baskin robin and dunkin donuts and they were rude looked pist and bothered, and made me and my wife feel uncomfortable. The worst part is we were over charged, and when we tried questioning the lady at the register argued so much and we just said okay. Mostly because her accent was so heavy we couldnt understand. And she did not understand us either. Bald Caucasian guy was very unpleasant in the way he treated us.

I don’t usual go to dunkins often because I’m a really busy person and I can’t fine time, so finally I came in and had a great time. The guy named dequan taking my order was so reaspecful and it seemed as if he knew me. He was very prompt and made me feel very welcome. I will DEFINITELY come back just because of him.

Nothing can beat Duncan’s coffee. Always hot(sometimes too hot) and flavorful. The ladies(and gentlemen) behind the counter do seem over worked… But happy & having a good time. I don’t think I’d have the patience for dealing with some of the dough-head customers as graciously as they do. Keep up the good work… This person runs on Duncan!

I feel sorry for this poor little dunkin doughnuts. It could be great because it’s the only place nearby to get your ice cream fix. I cannot say anything about the coffee because I would never try it(yes I’m a coffee snob). A few times I’ve come in for ice cream and the staff are horrible. They don’t greet you or even make eye contact. It’s evidently clear they hate their jobs. Once I came in 30 minutes before closing and they had the lights off hoping to get out of there early and were not happy to see me. Simple solution would be to find a better staff and this place would be more successful.

Closest dunkin donuts to me, and it’s easy to come here on the way to work. I stopped in today for the free coffee and asked for an iced one instead, and they were happy to make his adjustment for me with no hassle! I could tell I had someone who was just starting off and in training and she was a bit nervous, but I told her to take her time and out came my delicious free iced coffee! I have used the drive thrus before too, and have had no trouble at all with their service. They will make your coffee exactly how you like it so stop by here when you are needing some java!

I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts last Saturday 8÷28÷15 at 11am. I went inside & I ordered a bagel sandwich & was told they were out of the original bagel, so I took wheat no big deal. The owner apologized & asked the person in charge of making more bagels to monitor their inventory of original bagels through out the morning. That was actually pretty tasty. The problem I had was with the large ice coffee I ordered. I never ordered one here & I had not been to a Dunkin Donut in years prior to this visit. I was asked if I wanted cream & sugar, I said sure.(I mean usually when I order an ice coffee somewhere I’m not asked that but it’s made with just the right balance of sweet & coffee. The girl made it & shook the cup around a little I guess to mix up the coffee/creamer. No bid deal. When I popped a straw in there I took a huge sip of CREAMER. Sickest thing ever. It was like liquid fat. I was so grossed out but I think the service was not so great to begin with they all seemed clueless behind the counter. I don’t plan to ever go back.

Dear god where do i begin? Came through the drive thru, ordered and iced coffee and a frozen coffee. Was given two brewed coffee’s on ice. Told the kid at the window it was incorrect. He proceeded to tell us that they were the same thing. NO creamer or flavor at all! Told him they weren’t and to fix the order. He had NO idea what we were talking about. Asked to talk to manager and he asked us, «How do you make a frozen coffee»? My boyfriend had to go inside, tell him that this was a completely incompetent place, demand our money back and still leave with half a** coffee. Will only time I will return is to see if the manager still has a job here.

Order is always slow. There is obvious chaos among the staff every time I go. Sausage kolache was not fully cooked! Cold in middle I saw her dump them in the bin then throw them in microwave quickly. Saw another employee lick icing from doughnuts off her finger. I’ll order let’s say a 7 that comes with hash browns then asked if I want hash browns. Doesn’t it come with a number 7? Staff needs training bad. Update, just got served burnt coffee 3 months after this review. This place sucks.

May 29 I came here and ordered five different items. A bday cake ice cream in a waffle cone, vanilla cone in a cake cone, cookie dough and Rocky road iced coffee and hot fudge sundae. The lady that took my order forgot to give me my vanilla cone so the guy had to go get me one. And the guy forgot to make the cookie dough iced coffee. We ordered a lot of items and I didn’t expect them to be perfect at getting everything I asked for. Overall they did a good job. I would still come back here because they have tons of ice cream flavored (February) I ordered a medium dunkachino and a glazed donut through the drive thru. The lady never told me the total so I went to the first window(patiently waiting) and the lady was rude to me. I didn’t see that there was a small screen at the first window that said the total and the lady angrily said that will be $ 4.20. I think she yelled at me because she thought I was searching for my money but i wasn’t I had the money in my hands. She probably thought I was taking forever to find my money but I was just waiting for her to give me the total. She acted as though she was in a hurry but there was no rush because there was no cars behind me. I would come back here only because they have good coffee.

Although my first encounter at dunkin doughnuts was not pleasant, I got in contact with the owner and he was apologetic for the encounter. I do visit this store once a week and I personally prefer their coffee over Starbucks.

I have been here several times and have been disappointed all but one of those times. My most recent experience, however, will be my last. I ordered a Iced Mocha Caramel Latte. About 10 minutes later, the woman gave me the coffee and stated, «We’re out of mocha so I just gave you double the caramel.» Then, when I asked what other flavors she could put into it for me because I did not want just double caramel, she suggested blueberry, cranberry, peach, or mango. What!!! When my friend ordered just plain coffee, she asked if he wanted cream and sugar. He said yes. When she gave him his coffee, she stated, «You wanted cream and caramel right? It’s in there.» Again… what?! THEN the clerk could not identify the types of donuts because«they aren’t labeled» so she didn’t know. My partner ordered a few anyways and they were all stale. Oh, and I’ve also had a clerk there ask me the difference between their Mocha and Jamocha flavors when they gave me the wrong one. Isn’t that HIS job?! Overall, it was a laughable experience and we will not be returning. I will definitely be going to the one on E Hebron Pkwy near Midway!

I didn’t experience the same customer service lapses during my visit that other Unilocalers have noted. The lady who took my latte order was glad to customize it with extra mocha flavor – and did it all with a smile. However, their donuts left much to be desired: I was looking forward to biting into the glazed blueberry donut I ordered, except it was extremely light on the sugary glaze, and the cake portion of the donut was dry and crumbly, signs of an old donut way past its prime. My man also expressed disappointment with his simple glazed donut – and expressed disgust that he wasted kcals on it. I’ll still visit for the ice cream(sharing the same space) and the occasional coffee, but I’d be very wary of the donut quality.

I don’t know if their customer service would make me want to come back. The lady pretty much gave off the«why are you here making me work» attitude for no reason. I mean, quit your job? Can I suggest you be fake it till you make it? She rang me up and didn’t even bother telling me the total of my transaction. Just threw her hand out for money. I was like uh, okay? would a 10 work? I’m assuming it should cover because 3 donuts can’t possibly cost more than $ 10. I definitely did not come in for good customer service. I was craving french crullers and dunking donuts is the only place that has them! They are delicious by the way! Fluffy goodness that taste like a piece of heaven! oh man… and that conclude any positive things I have to say about this place. There is nothing else good they got going on for them :)

Happy national coffee day caffeine addicts everywhere! I was super stoked to try out the Dunkin Donuts app on my phone and get an iced coffee today. C’mon, I’m a coffee addict, I can’t say no to free coffee especially when it’s national coffee day. I pulled up to the drive-thru and mentioned that I had the offer handy. I was greeted by a very off-putting sounding attendant who yelled at me to come up to the window. When I went up to the drive-thru window, I asked her if I could use the offer code and she said yes. When she was trying to scan my phone to redeem the offer, the scanner wasn’t scanning at all so she started to get very frustrated with me. She kept telling me to do something about my phone so I tried re-setting it and moving it around to get the scanner to finally beep. When it finally did, she thrust my coffee into my hand and closed the drive-thru window on me. I’m not one to take such things to heart but there was no reason for the attendant to be as rude as she was. I understand she was frustrated with the scanner and my phone but the situation could have been dealt with a lot more calmly. I’m a fan of Dunkin Donuts in general because you can’t really go terribly wrong with just a coffee and a donut. But I seriously doubt I will be coming to this location in particular, ever.
