I love this place! I go at least twice a week. The wings are the best and when you’re a regular you get your pick of TVs and games to watch

I normally don’t write many reviews but this was something I thought was outrageous. My friend and I went in for a few drinks and split an appetizer. After getting through half our meal we noticed there were black and white cat hairs in our cheese sauce or at least I believe it was cat hair. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and said she would take 2 dollars off our 40 dollar tab. I told her that’s great. I love paying 15 dollars for food with hair in it. I asked her if she would at least comp our food and that didn’t happen. I would avoid this bww unless you feel like eating zebra. Bartender was great and the drinks were good but I will not be going back.

I have been to many Buffalo Wildwings, but I have never received the absolutely pathetic treatment I got from this location. I don’t understand why it was so hard to simply get my small party seated, but apparently it needed an act of Congress. The manager here is not only incompetent, but rude. The worst combination of character flaws. It’s a shock anyone returns here after dealing with her. I’ve gotten better service from McDonald’s for crying out loud.
It’s a real shame that this location is so terrible compared to other locations nearby.
This was my third and final visit to this location. It should be noted that my previous two visits were merely substandard, as opposed to completely apalling.
This is the worst location.

I dropped by BWW in Carrollton on Saturday around 7:00 pm. My primary purpose was to play Buzztime Trivia’s «Playback» music trivia game and grab a beer and something to eat. I asked for a playmaker device and was told that they would not switch any of the 30+ TVs in the entire restaurant to trivia because of college football games on at the time. I could only play on the handheld device without the TV screen. I stayed because I wanted to play the game. Then after I ordered a beer and food, I found out that the trivia had not been working for a couple of days. I stayed because I had already ordered. In hindsight, I wish I had walked out. If you won’t change a single TV to Buzztime trivia, then don’t claim to have trivia available. I will never darken your door again.

Came in on sunday afternoon to watch 49ers vs packers with my husband and 4 month old baby. not that busy. amazing fried pickeles. and nice server bianca. i would definitely come back here again.

First time at the one in Carrollton. Food just wasn’t as good as I expected. Also the waitress asked my guest and I about 17 times if we were going to purchase an adult beverage. Food was ok, but the service was poor. Better service from the one in Addison.

The wings can be hit or miss because of the quality of the wing and how well they cook them. Some of the sauces are solid. I like the Thai.
My main gripe, however, is that they don’t put the number of wings for the sizes on their online menu (at least at this location.) The sizes are «snack, small, medium, and large.» Wtf… seriously? Why do this? (small was 10 last time I ordered)
I understand that it’s probably to subconsciously push people towards buying mediums/​larges. Very frustrating though. Drives me crazy when businesses hide important information.

I had great service and i would definitely recommend going here. Very polite and quick. I’m very satisfied!

I’ve been here 3 times and the service just gets worse and worse here. This last time was just so bad. Our waitress kept forgetting our drinks, sauce and food. I actually didn’t even bother her for my drink, she came back and remembered on her own. When my vodka/​water drink came out, it was was in a huge water cup and I knew that I wasn’t going to taste the vodka. But I didn’t ask her to bring it back. She asked us how everything was and I just made a comment that my drink just tasted like water because of the cup size. Then she had the audacity to roll her eyes and throw us an attitude when we said something. Definitely busy place, so be prepared to wait awhile for anything. Food is the same quality as any other buffalo wild wings. But the service here is definitely worse then any other BWW place I’ve been to. If service got better here then I think this would be an awesome place to hang out. It’s pretty spacious. Music isn’t that good neither. I’m sorry but there should be no reason why you have the song FROZEN — LET IT GO playing at a sports bar place. Lol. Its close to my house but I think I’ll drive a further way out to another location to spend money until this place has better service.

I understand that it is the World’s Womens Cup, lol might be big to some people, but that was on 3 big screens as well the TCU game. I noticed several people watching the Stanley Cup Finals on smaller TV’s. I asked one of the big screens to be changed to the Stanley Cup game. I think there were more than enough fans to justify this. I’m pretty sure 2 big screens could have sufficed for the World Cup. Especially seeing it isn’t even the Finals!!! I visit this store all the time as I live down the road. This experience leaves me with a very sour taste, I’d expect more from a sports bar to make sure a Final in any sport would get at least 1 big screen. Even though the Stars aren’t in it!
Plus the food quality and serving time has both decreased substantially since I’ve been coming here the past 3 years… finally was pushed over the edge with recent interactions. I’ll be taking friends and business elsewhere from now on. starts with a Fox and ends in a Hound!

We walked in and stood for over 5 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged or seated, with one employee standing within a few feet of us and several walking by until someone unenthusiastically pointed to a table were we could sit. The food was blah, our waitress was ok but far from exceptional. My boyfriend and I were glad we had a gift certificate because if the meal hadn’t been mostly free we would have been mad. But then the twist! We went to pay, and were told that they could not process gift certificates that day! As our waitress told us casually, they had been trying to fix it earlier in the day, but they got busy so they stopped worrying about it. We asked that she double check to see if there was anything they could do. A manager came back and informed us again we couldn’t use it, and reluctantly gave us money off our ticket after we continued to complain. She also gave us ten more dollars in coupons for next time.
If we had had a pleasant experience, not being able to use our gift card would be no big deal, but we had already decided we never wanted to go back, as we were disappointed by the service, atmosphere, and food. If you want to create a party atmosphere, at least one of your employees should look like they WANT to be there.

Made a mistake by choosing this place. I usually go for the one on the Belt Line. The day I make up my mind to try a different place, it disappoints me.
The baseball season was evident when I entered this place. And, yeah it was Happy hour too.
I got the Mozzarella sticks to start off. It wasn’t bad. And, as it was wing Tuesday, the wings were definitely on my menu.
But guess what, the appetite which I had when I ordered the wings was no more when I took a bite of the first wing. The wings weren’t cooked at all and it smelled bad as well. The worst wings I have ever had.
No, I’m not visiting this place again. NEVER EVER!

Cool place to watch march madness lots of people there the service was a little slow at first but it got better. Love their wings

Ventilation blowing stuff right off our table. The feeling of a continuous wind on you while eating cannot be comfortable for anyone but menopausal women. We had the chips and caso, the caso is not good bit this has been my experience at any BWW location. No WiFi, which seems unthinkable in 2015. Staff seemed friendly and service good. And as with any BWW, all the TVs you care to look at; but you won’t hear any of them. Country music playing instead.

Been here 6 times, really because this location is slightly closer to my apartment then the Addison location. Only ¹⁄₃ of the time I’ve had a good experience. The first time was for a pickup order and they gave my order to someone else by mistake, they gave me coupons for free wings and apologized for it.
The 2^nd time I did a web order and I was in and out. The 3^rd time I went I sat at the bar and service was slow but the waitress was very nice. The 4^th time I went with a friend and it was more of the same slow service. The 5^th time I did a web order and once again I was in out (easy transaction).
The 6^th time I went to this location (my LAST time going) was for a pickup order that I placed on the web, as I arrived a couple minutes after my pickup time I paid right away. And expected my food to be ready, it wasn’t. After the associate had told me my order wasn’t ready he then offered me a drink while I was waiting and had been very polite from that time forward.
So I stood patiently waiting for my food which took OVER an HOUR. On top of that I only asked about my food twice. The first time was to the associate that put my transaction through, the second time to his coworker who had given me an attitude. I did have a clear view of the Cowboys game while I was waiting. But what I really would have was for my food to have been ready at a decent time.
Overall I would say AVOID this place on Gameday and the weekends (if you’re sitting down or at the bar) and go to the Addison location which is just as busy but they’re more «with it» and not nearly as slow.

If you’re not familiar with this chain, they focus on wings, lots of TVs, and have lots of wing flavors. I prefer the spicy garlic and Parmesan garlic bone-​in.
I always sit at the bar and get pretty good service. Decent draft selection. Unfortunately, they tend to serve at least one or two wings per order with broken bones inside. Sort of a hassle.
Wings are good, beer is cold, service is solid.

Service was slow. We ordered wings and fries. The fries were good but the wings were room temperature. The celery and carrots were slimey, like they had been frozen or something. The medium wings had a good flavor.
Not sure I’ll go back to the location though. Bad service.

This is the BWW location I always come to for pickup orders. I honestly don’t like the bone-​in wings here– come just for the boneless. I think of all the chain wing places, BWW’s boneless wings are the best. They are more breaded than usual which gives it that slight crunch and crispiness– which is a very good thing when these get doused in sauce– strikes a great balance. Unlike Wing Stop’s boneless wings that are very mushy because they aren’t breaded a whole lot and the sauce takes away any crispiness.
Sauces here are the best in terms of flavor and selection. My go-​tos are:
Garlic parmesan– bursting with flavor, not spicy at all
Asian Zing– and nice sweet and slightly spicy kick, great flavor
Thai curry– spicy Indian flavor– definitely has a kick to it, really good sauce
Be warned though– on gamedays, this place gets extremely hectic, which can affect the service too– they’ve gotten my order wrong a few times when it gets that busy so just check it before you leave.

Cleanliness is not on this location’s agenda. Table was goopy and restroom a mess on the sides. Wings were tasty. French fries were the best. The fried pickles were few for the price… but the service was excellent.
