Came by the drive-​thru just wanting a bagel for my upset stomach. It was about 15 minutes to 5pm, which I thought was their closing time. Then I heard over the loudspeaker the automated recording that they were closed. I started cussing when I heard someone say, «No, we’re actually not closed» and told me to pull up to the window. Okay…
At the window, two employees said they could help me depending on what I wanted because they were VERY limited. They stressed limited several times. I inquired about a poppyseed bagel, which surprisingly they had. One employee proceeded to make it for me, while I observed the other 2 yelling loudly across the store, talking about personal things and giving free drinks to customers — somewhat inappropriate behavior with a customer sitting at the drive-​thru watching the entire thing. Plus, the drive thru window still hasn’t been cleaned since the last time I was here (almost 5 months ago) and looks disgusting. I think I’ll only be back here when I’m desperate. Still not clear on their actual hours of operation. Bagel was good though!

First of all… I love Einstein Brothers.
Second this Einstein is great. The staff takes the time to learn their regulars’ names (which always goes a long way for me in service). The food is prepared quickly, the coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is clever.
The bagel toppers are my new favorites. They come out looking just like the picture and aren’t horribly unhealthy for you. The Herbivore is my favorite!!!
