our waiter was OK, they had him just spread too thin. poor guy. it was the middle of January and the ac was on and everybody in our part of the restaurant were freezing their butts off. food doesn’t stay warm when you have cold air blowing on you. the manager did everything but blame the customers for the ac. it’s been a while since we visited a chili’s, and it will be a long while before we visit again. this is sad because I remember the original chili’s in Dallas forty years ago and it was a weekly favorite. so sad.

I have been to chilis many times and I have yet to have something on the menu that I don’t like there. I love that they have the 2 for 20 deal which I do a lot when I am on a date with the hubby. I have had some so-so waiters but the vast majority have been always been wonderful.

HOWRUDE&DISRESPECTFUL! HORRIBLESERVICE! HORRIBLEFOOD We have visited this location in the past and was not to bad. Lately it has gotten worse. EXTREMELY slow service even on a Wed night. 30 min wait and 1⁄3 of the tables empty. They clearly did not have enough servers schedule and the manager was not doing anything to help. I watched several groups leave tired of waiting… I wish we had left and avoided this nightmare. The server was very short and curt. We told her what appetizer we wanted and was about to tell her a second one when she turned her back and left. I still had the menu open an was talking. That just cost them line item there. We got out drinks and my cup was all ice and no beverage. I asked for a refill and requested just half ice. She had an attitude and said«what you want me to dump this out?» I said sure just half ice this time please. She brought it back and put down on the table sternly. Apparently they are tight on money and want to serve ice and not beverages. The food took forever to arrive and was not very good. My wife only eat a portion of her quesadilla salad. The quesadilla was dried out and not flavor. She state she had better ones at Taco Bell. The steak I ordered I knew they would mess it up so I ordered it a temp under what I really wanted and guess what. it worked. I ordered med rare and got a medium. No flavor on the steak no salt or anything just a big drop of garlic butter. The seared shrimp add on was COLD and under cooked. It was suppose to be a hot seared shrimp add on. The skillet mash potato was the only thing that tasted ok. We decided to order a dessert. We knew the cinnamon bun skillet was not good from a previous visit. So we decided to try the Triple Berry Crumble Cake. Sounds delicious right! The picture on the menu shows an amazing looking dessert with lots of berries all over it and nice crispy crumble top. Well let me tell you what we got was not even remotely like the picture. SEEPHOTOS I attached of ours an the menu picture. We call for the manager named Amber. We asked her what dessert this was. I then began to ask where the berries are and she interrupted me and said they are out of berries. I stated that would have been nice to know BEFORE we order a TRIPLEBERRY desert. She got defensive and said she didn’t take our order. I explained I know the server should have told us. She then told us, get this…“it only comes with 3 berries anyway” and«the berries don’t even make the dessert anyway» WHAT??? How do berries not make a triple berry dessert??? She then tried to convince us to eat it anyway. We told her no we did not want it as I showed her the pic from the table device. She got rude and said with some attitude«REALLY, you don’t want this over a couple of berries!?» We said no we don’t the whole point of ordering the dessert was we wanted the BERRIES in a triple berry crumble cake desert. She took the item with some attitude and left removing it from our bill. It great to see on our way out she made it back to her little booth in the bar area sitting down chit chatting with her friends. I would have to think her job might get in the way of her socializing because clearly we as customers did. One of the worst servers and worst manager I have ever interacted with in the service industry.

I recently visited this Chili’s and ordered a dish that I have ordered at least once a week for a few months. When the dish arrived, it was dramatically different from what I was used to, I was completely smothered in cheese, which is not usually the case. I took once bit and sent it back. A manager appeared and rather than discussing the issue, she immediately became confrontational and told me that the dish always comes out the same way, and that all ingredients are measured. This obviously wasn’t the case this time, so I insisted that they take it back and take it off the check. She reluctantly agreed. Both the food and this individual left me with a bad taste in my mouth. A few weeks later I came back for dinner(I chose a different dish this time). As I was sitting enjoying a post dinner drink, two black women decided that they didn’t like the dish they had ordered. A different manager came to discuss their concerns. It was evident that there was nothing wrong with the dish, they just didn’t like it. For me that’s just bad luck, get something different next time. Imagine my shock when the manager apologized profusely that they didn’t like it,(WHAT???) and offered them another dish free of charge, which they eagerly took. He went on to ask if they were being looked after by the bar staff and if they needed anything else, just to have the bar staff bring the matter to his attention. His sycophantic approach was almost nauseous, I thought at one point he was going to get on his knees and kiss their feet! It would have been nice if the manager who dealt my LEGITIMATE concern was a tenth as sycophantic as this guy, maybe I would be back more often, but from these two experiences, it seems that they value the white mans money less than a black women’s, even though the latter are notorious for not tipping the wait staff. No problem, I’ve found someone who not only wants my money, but respects me too.

Horrible experience! I ordered a salad, then saw a hair in it right away. I brought it to our server’s attention. While most would just take the plate, our server Carlos kept looking and telling me «I don’t see it» even after I had pointed it out twice to him. Finally, I had to ask him to just take my plate and he seemed annoyed. The manager came out and took my order again. Food came back out. NOTONCE did our server or the manager come back to check on my table again, while we were there. I guess it was«busy», but I don’t see why you can’t at least walk by to ask if we need anything. We ordered a chocolate cake for dessert and that wasn’t brought to us until we had been waiting to leave for 10 minutes. Finally, we got the attention of another server who was busy and he had to check for us. Carlos finally came back with the cake, and we asked for a box which was right next to us, instead he took the plate back to box himself, and looked very angry. We didn’t take the cake, after all, and had to request it be taken out of the bill. Horrible service! At least make sure your customers know you are sincerely sorry for the service, instead of making them feel it’s their fault! RUDESERVICE and UNSANITARY! Might as well serve yourself.

The food here is the same as any Chili’s, but the service is HORRIBLE. After we were seated, it took several minutes before our waitress stopped by to take our drink order. When I ordered the Chicken Ranchero Tacos, a new menu item, she told me that I had to order that as part of a combo so I needed to pick something else with it. I had to show her on the menu where it showed as a meal by itself. My husband ordered the Dr. Pepper ribs. When the order came out, my husband was given beer ribs and I was brought quesadillas. My kids orders were ok and my husband took the ribs they gave him. I sent the quesadillas back since I really wanted the tacos. My husband and kids finished eating and I still didn’t have my tacos so I asked the waitress to just give them to me in a to go box when they were ready because I needed to get the kids home to get ready for bed. When my husband tried to pay the bill on the little kiosk thing at the table, we had been charged for the tacos AND the quesadillas. We asked the waitress and she removed the quesadillas. I probably should have asked them to comp my tacos but I really hate complaining at a restaurant. They should have automatically comped them.

Honestly every time I go to chili’s I think. it couldn’t be that bad… then I realize when I get my food how awful it really is… I used to love Chili’s, but now the food is just horrendous, and it never even looks good when you get it. They just slop food on a plate.

Just not as good as I’ve remembered. Size portions are smaller then the past. This location is always so busy too so make sure you get there early. We’ve left before and walked to dickeys just cause we didn’t want to wait 25 minutes on a weeknight

This place is disgusting. All of the ledges in this place have dust and crumbs sitting on them proving that they haven’t cleaned this place in weeks if not months.

I very rarely go to chill’s and this particular location is really busy, but that aside the service was great. We were seated immediately upon entering and our server took our drink order. After bringing our drinks she took our food order and shortly after our food arrived at the table hot and fresh. Triple appetizer: loaded potato skins were really good. Tilapia with mango salsa: sassy and fruity, pretty good. Steak fajitas: very good, came with 3 flour tortillas, and 6 sides that included guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Great service, fast food, will be back!

Love, it here my food is always awesome! !!and the staff just keeps you coming back this location runs as a team and that’s exactly what you need in order for your business to be successful! ! The only reason I did not rate them five stars is because they did get rid of the guacamole &grilled corn w/salsa and chips I came alot more when they had it it always complemented my food well you should consider putting it back on the menu and and give everyone an option.

Very clean and pleasant. As soon as we walked to the door, we were greeted and seated. Our waiter was phenomenal and our food was hot and delicious. I like this Chili’s location!

This place is very popular on the weekends during lunch time, so service may be not 100% at all the time. It’s located right off of George Bush and Josey, but parking is a pain. I do enjoy that you can pay at your table now, and don’t have to wait for the waiter to bring your check.

Just ate there. Service was good and our waitress was polite and friendly. I ordered the mango chile tilapia. I didn’t like the avocado that came on it and it was a little overcooked But its chillis so I wasn’t expecting anything great. Still very tasty and great for the price. Id recommend this place if you want an inexpensive bite to eat. I cant add to much more because reviewing a chain resturant kinda seems silly but here I am ranting untill the app tells me this post is epic. So umm eat here and have fun. Family friendly and such. Plus theres a target nearby if you feel the need to go shopping after wards. Oh yeah and the bar drinks are overpriced and not very strong. Just my experience though. Not sure if their kinder to their regulars. There you have it :-)

The only reason I am giving two stars is because the food was delicious, I had the tortilla echilada soup and a new item on the menu which was a bacon chicken avocado sandwich with fries. On another note, the waitress was horrible, we had to wait about 10 minutes for out initial drinks which were not alcoholic drinks, so you can imagine how long we waited for refills. I asked for silverware once we received our food and again it took another 5 minutes which by then our food was already getting cold. I asked her for ketchup several times until I finally gave up and asked another server who immediately brough it to me. The restaurant was not busy at all so it wasnt due to the high volume of customers at the time.

I go here often cause this place close to my home, pretty much an average, day-to-day restaurant with an average, menu. The one thing that mystifies me is why the seats are so low… I feel like I’m five years old when I sit in the seats in the booths. While the servers were nice, the service itself was slow, The food taste same as all other Chilis. Bar attenders are cool.

Placed a Togo order and was missing side items. Called back up and explained to nice girl over the phone what was missing. She got management and the guy was so nice and was able to take care of the situation is the most professional manner! Outside of that got 2 racks of Ribs. One baby back and one the Memphis Rubb!!! The memphis rub is a MUST try and the meet falls straight off the bone! I wish the half rack was on the lunch menu! Outside out that. Got to love chilis
