According to the address and gps, this place is closed? It took us by some apartment complex and a vacant parking lot with a language school(empty). We should have called.

Korean cashier(who I assume may be the owner), does not have items on the menu labeled correctly. When we ordered BBQ pork buns she kept trying to tell us that is what we got. What we got were solely traditional pork buns yet was trying to convince me that that is how traditional BBQ pork buns are. I guess she failed to recognize that I’m actually Chinese and would know the difference. They were not very good, even if they were suppose to be just traditional pork buns. She and the rest of her staff are very friendly though. & She gave us complimentary tea. It’s been a bit of time since my visit and don’t quite remember what else we had ordered. I will update IF I return, which may not be likely.

Delicious fresh handmade dumplings in a variety of flavors await you here! They will gladly do half-and-half orders so you can try many flavors at once. One order is a dozen dumplings. Courteous service, delicious and varied types of dumplings available steamed or panfried at a reasonable price :) We have loved Asian dumplings for, like, EVER — and have relied on the bags of authentic frozen gyozas and Siu mais for years. We NEVER tire of eating these delicious, adorable, exotic packages of yum! We ordered two sets of dumplings today, one steamed and one panfried, both in half-and-half orders. The steamed order consisted of six chicken gyozas and six pork gyozas, which were deliciously moist and tender. They are served with a cup of hot tea and two dishes of soy dipping sauce, one mild with scallions and one spicy with sliced fresh jalapeños and a dash of Sriracha. I am stealing that idea for my dumplings at home! Our order of panfried dumplings consisted of a half dozen kimchi dumplings and half dozen vegetable dumplings. They were steamed then panfried in oil on both sides, which produced a lovely crispy crust on their outsides that contrasted nicely with the tender fillings inside. This would make a nice vegetarian meal. We took an order of sweet red bean dumplings to go – these beauties have been coloured and shaped to resemble peaches. They are delicious! We will DEFINITELY be back!

First time here and the dumplings are delicious. Honestly the best I’ve ever had. The lady was very accommodating. I told her it was my first time and she was very sweet about showing me the popular veggie options. After ordering my dumplings and waiting, the same lady came up to my table and gave me a cup of jasmine tea that was very sweet. I’ll definitely be back, and I recommend this to anyone wanting to try this place out.

Love it. Nice and fresh. Service is good. Only problem is seating gets crowded since it is in a food court and so many restaurants there. H mart should consider expending seating

A stop at hmart always means a stop in their food court. We decided to stop at the dumpling shop on a recent visit and it was great. They give you an option of spicy or regular soy sauce. I recommend the spicy soy sauce because they add fresh jalapeños. The king dumplings are pork based. There’s also kimchi and veggie dumplings. Definitely give this place a try.

This is not American-style dim sum. This is straight up, legit, authentic Chinese food. It’s inside the H-Mart, so you know it’s really really Asian. The fried dumplings were really really good, but the soup dumplings are not for me, and what we thought were char siu bao was, um, not? But the owner lady is SUPER nice, gives you tea, comes and serves you in the food court, takes the empties away for you

Good dumplings! Tried the steamed chicken dumplings. They are not from frozen for sure. Even the sauce was great. Didn’t want to try the xiao long Vao because the skin looked very thick and I didn’t think I will enjoy it as much as dumplings. I will try other choices next time and let you know if they are great;)

yas. Probably the most affordable and best dumplings I have had in a while. I don’t know why it is so hard to find cheap dumplings in Richardson/Dallas. I stumbled into this place when I was in Carrollton on time. If only it was closer I would probably come by very often. My brother really likes the pan seared dumplings. I tried the vegetable dumplings and of course the peach buns. The peach buns were like mini red bean buns. I mean who wouldn’t want butt buns? The dumplings were good and not overly greasy and oily. I’ll definitely return and hopefully try everything one day. one day.

I absolutely love this place! They have a variety of dumplings but I normally get the steamed king dumplings. The buns are so soft and you can definitely tell they’re homemade. If you want a healthier version, they also have veggie steamed King dumplings which are also delicious! I’ve had their steamed chicken dumplings and their veggie dumplings. Both are a great meal! You also get a choice of spicy or mild sauce to go with your dumplings. The owner of this place is so kind. She knows her regulars and always offers hot tea to customers who are waiting in the food court area. The tea definitely goes well with any meal. After you’re done, I always return my tray back to the counter instead of the cart that all the other businesses use. I definitely recommend this place if you’re craving dumplings!

It would be nice to mention that it is located inside of H-Mart because it was a touch confusing finding the place. Once inside though it was well worth the confusion. Ordered three things: — pork steam buns — fried pork dumplings — fried chicken dumplings The steam bun was wonderful. It had just the right amount of dough and the filling was flavorful and juicy. The fried dumplings were both delicious. They weren’t oily and they had just the right amount of filling. I did prefer the pork over the chicken though. Meals are served with homemade soy sauce which comes in spicy or regular. I found the regular a touch stout but the spicy was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes.

My mom loves this place. Whenever I come to this area she always make me bring some back home. The dumplings here I made fresh daily and handmade by the owner himself. I lived in Korea most my life and I can tell you this is pretty spot on.

The dumplings are okay… The spicy soy sauce is good. The lady is nice, but there are a lot of other appealing places in the Hmart food court. It’s really competitive. Just depends what you’re in the mood for. The lady also brings hot tea for you.

Inside H Mart you have so many choices of eateries to choose ranging from Japanese, Chinese to of course, Korean. Although most of the dishes definitely have a Korean spin to it, it’s nice to branch out every once in awhile. I ordered the Xiao Long Bao, or soup dumpling. The flavor was completely on point, but it honestly didn’t have a lot of soup and was a little cold in the middle. I think if they left it in the steamer just for another minute or so, it would have been better. It gets four stars because the dumpling skin was perfectly thin, the little bit of soup I did get was great and again, the flavor was great. Also, while small, the price is about 6 bucks for these freshly made dumplings, making it affordable.

I tried the Veg Dumplings and it was just ok, nothing special, felt like lacking in condiments. It had 10 good sized dumplings served right out of the bamboo steamer with soy sauce that had spring onions, sesame seeds and hot sauce. It also came with pickle which didn’t have any flavor and a nice hot jasmine tea. I would have preferred the longitudinal fold to be intact, instead the ends were joined. Anyway, they do have lots of other option with meat which might be better.

The variety of dumplings here are pretty tasty for a food court. I tried a bunch of their dumplings and all taste good :)

This is by far one of the best dumpling that I ever tasted. The owner is from Shandong Province and he makes over 2000 each and every day at this little joint. His wife will come out and filled Jasmine tea for their customers. Since this is an appetizer restaurant, most people bypass it. I almost did but had a hunger for it. Don’t miss it. The craftmanship of their dumpling is master level by Chinese standard. It will melt in your mouth like truffles. I got to talk to the head chef and he is well known by master Taiwanese chefs. It was delightful to know him personally.
