Love this place. It’s not the BEST street tacos I’ve had, but pretty damn good for anywhere thats even remotely close to where I live. My fav is the Chicharron and Lengua tacos with extra cilantro, onion, and lime. Even though I’m used to raw white onions and cilantro, this place comes with both raw and grilled onions. A little different, but I can’t complain. The chicharron is always cooked perfectly in a beautiful green sauce. If it wasn’t so out of the way, I would get tacos here at least once a week.

I love it when Unilocal helps me find places like this. Very authentic Mexican taqueria. I had the grilled chicken salad. Greens were crisp and fresh, served with plenty of chicken. The dressing was a house mango dressing … light and tasty. Also ordered chicken tacos. They were like the tacos you get in Mexico. Prices were very good! Only 3 tables in the place, but hey, who needs a table?! It was really that good. I’ll be back.

Wonderful food. I didn’t expect much from this place. Just thought I’d give it a try cuz it’s relatively new and not that far from my house. I’ll be back!

The pastor tacos are great with the grilled onions, onions, cilantro and grilled jalapeño. I will definitely be back with a buddy or nobuddy Thursday. 20 for $ 20 challenge accepted. T-ravishing some tacos.

Love these tacos! Don’t know why I keep forgetting about this place. Great food all around, and the price is very reasonable.

I seriously LOVED these tacos. The meat was all juicy, hot and fresh with lots of flavor. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. They have a wide selection of other items I noticed including some I’ve never seen before I am excited to go back quite honestly. The man at the counter was friendly and the tacos were prepared with speed. One thing I liked is that they had chicken tinga & chicken fajita style tacos. I had chicken tinga, fajita beef, and pastor. All were lovely. Will be back for sure!

Well, I went back, and I do have to upgrade them a star. The reason their lot isn’t packed? It’s because people are getting takeout and leaving primarily. The tacos? They were better the last two times, just not as spiced as other places. Their barbacoa is better than the pastor. I like em’ just a little more spicy, and a little more greasy, but I did enjoy them, especially with the red sauce. Great red sauce with an earthy slow building low heat. The tortillas were good corn ones that you can taste the corniness in. The giodog? Nice, real nice. Best hotdog I’ve had in a long time. If they switched from a plain bun to a nice bolillo roll and added guacamole I would get one once a week. I tried a chile relleno as well, which was pretty good. One of the best I’ve had at a local place All in all, I’d say they get a solid three stars. I’ll probably eat here pretty often seeing how close it is, and I’ll be buying beer next door anyway. The food I’ve tried lately has been good, and I hope they keep it up consistently. But if I want tacos al pastor specifically, and I often do, I’ll look elsewhere.
