Not happy with slow service and incompetent workers. They need to better train their associates and give their customers the benefit of the doubt. For example, don’t stop after each scoop and tell cashier what to charge while speaking in a different language. It conveys a distrustful feeling to customer. There are certainly other options in the area but I am disappointed that this location is not stepping up by providing good service to have business grow and flourish.

Zero stars! Very unfriendly staff. You get «unlimited» mixins, however they give you the smallest amount possible. My son got a total of three gummie bears in his. I asked for cookie dough, i received one dough ball that was cut into two. The ice cream lacked flavor and our cones were stale. I would never recommend this place!

It should not even be a 1 star. PLEASE drive farther to go to a good Marble Slab. Flower Mound and Frisco are incredible. Just DON’T go to the Carrollton one, the owner would only allow me to have 2 scoops of pecans even though the sign says unlimited mixins. He was going to charge me for any more. I walked out after telling him, «I’m sick of foreigners coming just to put the screws to America.

Closed. Windows are boarded up. Just as well. Terrible service, rude & cheap.

We came here on a Sunday evening. We came in and then a rush followed. The girls behind the counter were nice and patient. We got the vanilla cinnamon ice cream with a bunch of mix ins. It’s nice that they don’t charge you for each mix in. I just moved back to the area after living in Boston for 6 years. It’s nice to come back to an ice cream shop with decent prices and nice staff. Can’t wait to go back.

I love Marble Slab it brings me back good memories, but the old man that works here, which I assume is the owner, is incredibly rude and cheap. He kept slamming the ice cream windows and giving my girlfriend and I am annoyed look. He deserves to lose his business with the attitude he brings to his customers. If the people that keep your business running is annoying and bothersome to you, then go ahead and shut this place down.
I will never be back to support this scum.

This was my 1^st visit. I ordered a small cup of birthday cake ice cream with M & M’s. What I received was a small scoop of ice cream with 10 M & M’s mixed in which I then paid $ 4.64 for. WAY overpriced for what you get, the man was rude and I will never go back. Beware!!!

Let me start Off by Saying I love marble slab but this is my experience from this location. Soo, my bday was 2 days ago and I am a really huge fan of their sprinkles bday cake so found this location and ordered in advanced to pick up on 2 pm on my bday. So around 1:30 that day I called to check if my cake was ready and the manager called Alex just straight up told me he did not understand my order and hung up the phone!!! Called him back and said he read my order and didn’t understand and decided to just not make my cake…(literally just went on website and just choose flavor and size as appeared, nothing to NOT understand) by this point I was mad! Asked him why he didn’t call to ask or confirm my order and he just starts laughing!!! And offers me any other cake. So I am preggo and really wanted my sprinkle cake which is birthday cake flavored i.c. So told him no, that I wanted the cake I ordered, then he begins to tell me that cake doesn’t exist and he couldn’t make it (of course it does! I’ve been getting it for yrs!!) so just straight up tells me to just come in and he’ll just give me a large ice cream cone, anyways that’s all that should matter to you just the Ice cream! All this time laughing. Then tells me he will have it ready next yr for me. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing! This was a horrible experience. It doesn’t stop there but hope y’all got the point. I will never put a foot in this location! Worst customer service experience ever! Thanks to the marble slab on beltline that got me my cake (it still very much exists) and yes they called corporate on this location! Thanks!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, this old scum bag. I asked him could you add a brownie to my bowl and so he takes 1 brownie splits it in 6 pieces and adds one piece. Also he doesn’t even fill the whole bowl. And when I asked him for a bag, he shakes his head and gives me idiotic smile.
Go to another marble slab location, unless you want to visit this cheap ass

I mean what can I say the ice cream is so good but I have noticed the last 2 times the ice cream wasn’t as firm as usual so it was melting fast. but despite that it still satisfied my ice cream craving.

Why 2 stars, right? The guy was rude. The shop is super small which isn’t ideal for a group of 4+. The toppings are very limited or shall I say classic so can’t really make the experience fun. I asked for brownie in my creation and he place the left over brownie in the ice cream the size of my pinky– was not expecting a huge piece but a reasonable size to at least taste. I ask him to ask extra and he sagebrush the limit. I said I don’t miss nd paying the extra then he walks and get a brownie the size of a galaxy 3 and says «okay I will use this…» LOL– You guys I just wanted to crack up and told him nevermind. I wont be going back plus he’s old and I think he was the owner. Okay man I’m complaining but everyone had an eyebrow raised while going through the line. Oh and my ice cream was runny and ah-​ok

This creamery is clean and organized. They have tables for customers to sit at and enjoy a sweet treat. On a warm day a park bench is out front to relax and enjoy the sun. The ice cream is a little pricey and the price increases the more mixins you add.

1^st visit even though we’ve lived around the corner from this place for 2 years. The ice cream was great and the service was friendly and prompt (we were the only ones there). The kids and I tried a few flavors before making a decision. I had mango with coconut in a waffle bowl, my daughter had vanilla cinnamon w/​gummy bears in a waffle bowl & my son had cheesecake w/​chocolate sprinkles & a dipped waffle cone.
The only downfall are the prices. I wasn’t expecting to spend nearly $ 20 for 3 smalls. The small size itself was over $ 4 plus waffle cones and add ins. It was delicious but we won’t be rushing back soon.
