MISSHA is one of the more famous Korean beauty brands. Their claim to fame being their Time Revolution First Treatment Essence that performs just as well as SK-​II essence and their Time Revolution Night Repair Ampoule that performs as well as a popular Estee Lauder product. Overall, they offer some great quality products comparable to high end brands but at a more affordable price.
Today was my first time in the store. I spent quite a while just browsing all the products and swatching some of the lip and eye items.
It’s so nice to get a MISSHA store in Dallas so you can test anything you’re curious about since some of the products can be an invesetment.
The woman working today was so pleasant and welcoming! She was very accommodating towards me and another lady that had come in while I was perusing.
It’s part of Korean culture, a friend told me, to follow you around and assist you if you need any help. This by far has been my best experience with this kind of customer service. It was like I had a personal shopper lost in a world of so many great products I wanted to buy!
I ended up leaving with the MISSHA Time Revolution Essence, that I originally came in for, and got a free gift of a traveler size bottle since they had a special going on! I bought an eye shadow to test out as well. At this time of posting, they also offer gifts if you spend over a certain amount and like many other Korean cosmetics, you get samples with your purchase to try their other products out!
I want to go back to buy some of the beautiful lip glosses, balms, and tints.

I came here looking to get a few refills on some of my skincare products. Shipping is a bit pricey and takes too long and I was so glad to see this being opened I couldn’t wait to come see it. (Expect it to be a bit pricey as it is shipped from overseas.)
The service was amazing! Honestly the best service I’ve ever received anywhere. The women helping didn’t know english well but helped me with a few new products I was to try out. They worked wonderfully. Even the bb cream she suggested for my skin is amazing. The service here is excellent and I will definitely come back. It made my day brighter with how sweet and wonderful the worker was.

I was pretty excited to go there, expecting it to be a similar experience as I had with other Korean cosmetics stores. But I was disappointed Bc of the bad service. :/
When I walked in, the lady didn’t greet me or say hi to me. She was busy helping a Korean lady so it’s not too big of a deal to me. What bothered me is that I felt like I was invisible until the other customer left even though I was standing right in front of the employee lady. I had to wait like 10 minutes in line because she and the other customer were nonstop chatting in Korean. What made me dislike the service even more was when it was my turn to check out and the employee even took my item at the check out, she was still talking and looking at the other customer. So I couldn’t even get her attention when I wanted to ask her something. She didn’t even look at me once. So the service was not that good and even kind of awkward and I felt VERY NEGLECTED.

I love this place. They are super nice, helpful, and approachable. Loved my experience there. They have some really good products for both girls, ladies. They have great face washes and face lotions. I used their BB cream and face masks which work really well for my skin. Also they gave us samples. Definitely will be coming back Korean beauty skincare products know their stuff.
