We own several rentals and commercial properties and always get great service from the technicians, especially Jeff Pellegrino!

I only give one star when a company doesn’t even bother to call me. Not showing up is one thing, but not to call and tell a customer you can’t make it? Wow, they left an old man Freezing in the cold all weekend — couldn’t even bother to light a pilot light. SouthWest Gas Referred Big Hog Plumbing? Bad on SouthWest Gas too. crummy company for leaving customers to light there own gas.

Worst experience of my life! The people there were extremely rude, they wouldn’t even accept my bill. I traveled sixty miles(round trip) and I still had to find a different way to pay my bill. Horrible place.

If i could give a 0 i would. My service got turned off and they said they would come by the next day to turn it back on. Well i never had a knock on the door and all i had was a note saying we missed you. Well i was home all day and now they said sorry you weren’t home so you have to wait another day. I have a brand née baby and need heat in the house and hot water, we cant wash his clothes, cook dinner or take a shower let alone it being 45 degrees in the house and my baby is cold and my fiancé is sick. I hate south west gas!!!

1 star for sending a tech out to restore our service free of charge. Minus four stars for the agents and manager being disorganized(sending our payment to the wrong account number, then shutting off our service and saying we never paid in the first place) and cracking jokes at inappropriate moments(being without hot water and heat in the snow is not funny). Oh well. What can you expect from a utility company… sad.
