I walked in walked up to the register waited my turn And then I was next and the man with the beard and heavy set with brown hair didn’t even say good morning how can I help you. Just gave me a really blank look. So I irdered and not even have a nice day

This location is probably one of my least fave in the area. The service has been fine, since my orders are just simple house coffee and room for cream. But the interior is super small, compared to other locations anyways and not a lot of places to sit. It can get very crowded in here with people waiting in line and doesn’t make for a nice relaxing time to sit and sip coffee. The internet work fine here, not super fast, but OK. Yeah, I got one of those controversial red«holiday» cups, not a big deal unless one feels the need to make it one. Me? I got other stuff to worry about. I will say, they can brew the coffee way stronger than I can at home using the same Starbucks beans, so I do like that… this stuff will gibe you a kick in the you know what soon as you drink it!

I assume Starbucks business model involves providing consistent quality, taste and service no matter which location you may visit. Unfortunately whenever I visit this location I am reminded how hard this is to achieve. First seems there is always new employees as never seem to see the same person twice. The employees are pleasant and try but always look so frazzled like they were only given 1 day of training before someone put them on the schedule and left! Due to this the drinks are not consistent. Also find this location is usually under staffed as only 2 employees working the last few times I visited, which means it takes a little longer for your order. The inside is a little smaller and not as well designed as some of the other CC locations so typically get everything to go. So while this is technically the closest location to our house we tend to make the slightly longer journey to the Williams location!

Since I’m back on Unilocal, and I hit this place every day, I thought I should give them a shout-out. As I said, I’m here almost every day. Always pleasant people, always quick. Anything I ask for is no problem. My favorite Starbucks in the area for sure! Thanks, guys!

Drink execution consistent with other Starbucks, service is friendly … But slow. I was the only one in drive through and place nearly empty inside. For a $ 5 takeaway beverage, doesn’t quite meet expectations.

This place is slow. The baristas are friendly and the coffee holds up to the usual Starbucks standard, but if you order anything more than a standard coffee, be prepared to wait a solid 5 minutes. Think you’re safe because no ones inside? You’re wrong. Still 5 minutes

Horrible worst service I have ever received!!! Will not be going back to this Starbucks. Our drinks were made and sitting on the counter at the drive thru window waited at the window for over 3 minutes with our drinks just sitting there getting cold. Finally some RUDE blond female came over and took my money. Like she was doing me a favor to take my money. To make her even ruder she just dropped my change down on the counter. HORRIBLESERVICE I would recommend going to any other Starbucks in Carson besides this one!

Come on Starbucks. If I’m paying $ 4 for a latte, at least get it right. I’m pregnant so my sense of taste is strong. My non-fat, decaf latte was definitely made with whole milk this morning. However, I’m more pissed that my latte was quite obviously NOT decaf. I am due in ten days — so, visibly pregnant — yet you still gave me a caffeinated drink? Thanks… (Note: Sometimes people order drinks with specifications beyond taste, like for medical reasons. That’s why it’s important to not just be lazy.)

Like any other Starbucks, you ll get pretty decent service. Now with this particular place here in Carson city, we seem to be the only customer for now. It’s not so busy. Not like the other Starbucks that I’ve been too. The people seem nice, I can’t complain

The barristas are very nice but the service was sooooooo slow. We went to the drive up and didn’t anything out of the ordinary. 2 frappes off the menu and it seemed like it took forever to get our orders. By the time we got our order there were 3 cars behind me waiting on theirs. Usually I don’t care because I don’t coffee a lot but figure people might want to be informed there will be a wait.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times. I’m trying hard to give it 4 stars, but it’s not quite there yet. I drink coffee, a lot of coffee and get to visit a lot of Starbucks. The folks here are friendly, professional(typical behavior of what I would expect of a barrista and not just some kids goofing around on the job). It’s conveniently located off of US50 and has a drive through. It’s next door to a Keva and there’s plenty of parking. Plus the restaurant across the way, Ming’s, looks like it has a decent following. It also doesn’t get cold or windy as the one on Topsy lane. But it’s difficult to get to. If you’re heading north, you can be waiting a very long time for traffic to make a turn to get here(no light). There’s not a lot of seating/tables which is good, as there’s not a lot of crowds either consuming the wifi bandwidth. Whenever I’ve come in, there has been seats available. But I could imagine it getting crowded if it got really popular. The other thing I like to do is people watch or just watch the world go by. There’s not much of a view and there isn’t that many«interesting» people who come by. So, if you want a quiet Starbucks, a little out of the way to study or sit down and enjoy some quiet time, this is the place. You will have a professional staff, comfy chairs and wifi w/o distractions to get what you need to get done. But if you want a «little» bit of distraction(even watching the traffic go by) then this may not be the spot for you. It may be a little too quiet.

This is a pretty darn good Starbucks. The baristas are fast and efficient and make a really good cup of coffee(or latte or whatever else you could want). Friendly folks too – I generally drive through at this location and always get friendly service. Can’t complain about anything here really.
