Balloon and Flower World

I was traveling from Washington State for a family funeral. I called this place and the lady was rude–
I had a request for a banner to be made for next day pick up for a wreath I made– she cut me off and said NO! I didn’t mind the NO, I was more annoyed that she had no customer service skills whatsoever!
Whoever owns this business should fire her, and if she owns this business she should go take a life skills class! Customer service is very important– save your time and a headache and go with another florist!

The worst customer service! The lady who took my call said I had to place an order for more than $ 80 to deliver to the local Hospital that is in walking distance! They would charge me 2 delivery fees because they would need 2 delivery personnel to go because of parking which I understand! I was willing to pay but after going on and on and making excuses for 15 minutes! She refused to deliver! It’s fine that it’s not as easy as delivering to a home but if you offer a service it shouldn’t matter! If it does say so right away! Don’t waste my time because my time is valuable as well!

I would give this place a 0 star if it was possible. Did she just hang up on me telling me she doesn’t want to stress out about my order of 2 dozen latex balloons? Wow.
And the fat lady sang.

My husband bought my first rose from here almost 7 years ago for our first date and continued to buy my arrangements from here since then. From every birthday, Valentine’s Day, graduation to «just because» days. Mai and Ronald have arranged nothing but thee most beautiful and amazing arrangements for me that made my heart fall in love with my husband all over again.
It was only right that when he proposed, we didn’t have to search for a florist because this company has already proven themselves to me over the course of 6 years.

Mai and Ronald has this gift to amplify your ideas and Pinterest boards and blow it out of the water. My meetings with them were the only meetings among my vendors that made me feel calm, secure, and confident in choosing them. They are reassuring, detail oriented, prompt and cater to your every need.
At the wedding, during the viewing of the reception before anyone else… I literally broke down in tears. Tears of such joy and pure happiness of how beautiful my reception was and how every flower detail made the room look gorgeous.
Not once did I have to worry about my florist vendor the day of my wedding. They dropped off all the flowers for the church and did set up themselves, brought over all the flowers for my bridal party, and did the set up and take down for the wedding reception.
For the brides that truly know how essential flowers are to their wedding, trust me… this flower shop will meet beyond your expectations. My proof are in the photos.

I always get my flowers from this small mom and pop flower shop. They always do a great job with my bouquets. Usually I give them my budget and tell them to make something really nice. They have never disappointed me.
