200th Review! I think it’s safe to say that I’m addicted to acai bowls after my very first time trying it from Beach Bowl Acai Café. Jamba Juice, on the other hand, has a lot of catching up to do in terms of perfecting their acai base. The overall bowl was decent portion and taste. The base wasn’t all that – even when Kim(in training) went out of her way to make it with chocolate instead of the regular soy it’s made with. I prefer the base to be thicker rather than runny, almost like melted ice cream status. The price was good. 3⁄5 Kudos to Kim for being such a sweetheart for putting her customers first! She was welcoming the moment I arrived(7am) and was very informative. When going to any Jamba, ask right away what ingredients they’re out of. It’s a habit of mine because it’s disappointing to order something off the menu and at the end, I’d have to pick something else because they forgot to tell me they’re out of stuff. Pet peeve alert! –Kim told me right away that they’re out of coconut. NBD I’m not a fan. 5⁄5 for her customer service! I occasionally stop in here for smoothies and today, I wanted something new. I noticed it before that they now serve acai bowls so why not?!! My experience was a thumbs up. Quality of the acai was ehhh. I’m down to try other bowls though.

Twenty minute wait for our drinks, unfriendly workers, one kept pouring blended drink back into blenders and reusing cups, and water/juices leak to front and drip down paneling where you can see mold growing from it. They also overcharged and gave wrong size drinks. I love Jamba Juice but avoid this location.

I only come to this Jamba Juice because it’s actually around the corner from my house, but I’m really tired of every time I come here their out of something. Last time it was the Almond Milk now this time it’s the coconut for my Acai bowl. Just so frustrated. wondering if their is a solution in sight.?? Not to mention it took forever to get my bowl

This would be the last time we are going to this location. The girl on staff on the early shift of Thursday, February 4th, 2016, was rude, very untidy and grouchy. I greeted her«good morning» three times and she was not responsive. And then, we ordered a bowl meal, and as she prepares them, we saw that she was cutting the bananas on the counter, which was really unsanitary. You don’t want this kind of service in a place where you’re supposed to get healthy nutrition.

I’ve always liked Jamba Juice. Sadly, this isn’t one of my favorite stores. The floors are often dirty and counters need wiping. The line is long and service is slow. When the line isn’t long, service is STILL slow! Ironically, the store looks well staffed each time I go in. I wish the businesses in this community can get it together when it comes to customer service. I’d rather drive farther out if it yields better service and products.

I do come to this location often because Im in the area a lot. They are pretty consistent in their drinks as well as the service. The staff is always nice and helpful when I can’t make up my mind and then decide to get the same thing I always get.(Yes, nightmare customer) Also, they give the customer the over mix, like whatever is too much to fit in your cup they give you the rest in a little cup. The other stores in the area don’t do it or they make too little and it doesn’t even fill the cup I ordered. If there are kids around in the store I’ll give it to them. I just like that they don’t waste it. What always seems to be the case at this location, is they are always… and I mean 8x out of 10 times when I come here, mopping the floor and it smells like bleach. So, I guess I can safely assume the place is sanitary. Its just the cleaning product smell may be a turn off. But who sits and drinks anyway, most of us get it and go. So you’ll only have to endure the smell for a few minutes. Another thing I noticed is. it is always FULLY staffed. And its a very small store. There is an employee for each task. 1 @ Register, 1 – 2 at least Smooty-ing, 1 in the back, I think they’re washing dishes and if not that, mopping the floor. Makes for an efficient running store. Its not the case at all Jamba’s thats for sure. And I frequent everyone in the South Bay. Parking sitch: Its at the SoBay Pavillion, and if you’ve read one of my reviews for the Mall, you’ll know that I HATE… ok, that’s a harsh word. I loathe the parking. It has to be THE worst parking lot ever.

Been here a couple of time and the floor is usually pretty dirty and trash cans are always pretty full, they need to spend more time to keep this location a bit cleaner.

Once I receive my order everything is great with this Jamba Juice, but there’s always a hassle ordering and then with the wait. They are almost always slow and unorganized. My first encounter the manager apologized for the wait and gave me a gift card for a free drink. But today they didn’t seem to care.

What a dirty shithole. Rude employees… was a employee ticking his teeth and after that caress is nappy hair and proceed to make our juice… no thanks… no gloves!!! What a shame on Jamba.

Here at 9pm and the customer service is lacking terribly. Walked in and no line. Cool. Got up to the register no wing what I wanted and one of the two employees looked at me and continued preparing smoothies without saying anything. I had to wait about 10 min before the other employee decided to take y order. The place was dirty. Trash and big puddles on the floor that looked like they had been there for a while. In the future I’ll try to avoid this place but don’t guarantee that I won’t be back.

My hubby and i passed by the area and decided to grab some fruits smoothies. Found this place on Unilocal and I swear to God, this is the worst Jamba juice that I have ever been to. I was not a native American so English is my second language. The juice maker(the darker skin one) was so sloth and most of the drinks he made wasn’t even close to the lids(inches away from the lids). I’m not being demanding but when u r paying for certain amount of money for something, you expected you got what you paid for, right. I tried telling him about that in a nice manner, he teased me by keep asking«what you are talking about? You got to tell me what you want. «I knew I don’t speak PERFECT English but I’m not the one who doesn’t freaking know English. I didn’t wanna continue the conversation but he just kept asking in order to embarrassing me. I will definitely report this to the corporate.

The kids here work very hard and they’re always letting you try new things here or have promotions for new drinks.

Jamba Juice almost always has cool workers. The staff here is pretty cool. One thing I didn’t like about this store is the ghetto customers! Anyways, my Tropical Greens Smoothie was good! Got a Mango smoothie for my grandma & she likes it. Yum :)

I’ve been to this JJ a few times but the last two times have been less than spectacular. A couple of weeks ago, I went in and the cashier was taking a large order. The juice-maker was just standing waiting. I was tempted to ask him to start making my drink but I didn’t want to be «rude». So, after waiting for 5 mins, I gave up and left. I figured if they weren’t efficient enough to start a drink for me, it would definitely take too long for them to make my drink. So, I decided to give it another try this morning. Bad decision. The cashier was nice and fast. The juice-maker moved slow like MOLASSES and he made the drinks wrong. I got a Strawberries Wild and it was very watery. The cashier remade the juice and it was still watery. So, after already waiting 15 minutes in the store(that was not crowded), I had to still wait for my pretzel. Geez. 20 mins in the store. Not very efficient for a morning crew. Tip for this location: get a faster, efficient morning crew. People gotta get to work!

Yes I agree with Unilocal on the three stars… the service is usually friendly and always pretty quick but their drinks are definitely watered down. The three stars are for service and that waffle I HAVE to get every time I go it gets better every time!

I wish I’d read the reviews BEFORE I ordered! This is the closest jamba location to my work, so I popped in on my lunch the other day as I had a terrible cold and all I wanted was a smoothie. It was pretty busy(lunchtime hour) and loud inside, as jambas usually are. I was feeling awful and unfocused, so I quickly chose something and ordered. The guy taking my order talked quietly, but fast and sounded like he maybe had a lisp so he was extra difficult to understand, but I eventually figured out that he was either suggesting a special or recommending something similar I might like in a «hey! try something new!» attempt. Either way, I was exhausted and just wanted him to stop talking and make me something fruity and blended to consume so I said ok, sure, whatever, paid and waited. It was pretty fast to get my smoothie and I didn’t taste it until I got in the car. Bleck! Everyone is right! Why are the smoothies so icy/watery here? I’ve NEVER had a jamba taste like this! I don’t think it was because I got something different than my original order, I think they might just being using more ice and less other stuff to keep costs down — either way, it sucked. I don’t even know where there is another smoothie place near my work, but I’ll keep looking for one because I won’t be going back here.

Convenient jamba close by that satisfies my smoothie craving whenever it pops up; next to my gym so it’s perfect for an after-workout recovery boost too. The staff is always friendly and gets my order done quickly; and when I call in my order, it’s already ready when I arrive. I only wish that when there’s a line, that the pickup orders would have it’s own line. Parking is pretty decent; there are several 20min temporary parking spots right in front. A definite«regular» spot for moi!
