This is one of the worst locations I have been to. Every time I call I’m on hold over 15 mins before my order is taken. When you walk in the male workers pants are hanging off their ass, undergarments exposed. Who wants to see that while they are eating? Very unprofessional. So on 6÷9÷16 I ordered a 10 piece bone in lemon pepper combo. I get home and begin eating in the dark when I’m down to 2 pieces left my daughter walks in my room, turns the light on and I realize I have been eating raw chicken.(see picture below). Look at all the red in the chicken… Yuck! I’m so grossed out from this. I was so hungry I didn’t realize the meat was not cook all the way through. I need to find a new Wing Stop and stop eating at any of them all together.

I gave this place a 1 star because it’s(in lack of better terms) horrible. I came in on a weekend with my family. There were 3 dudes working and one lady on the phone. Right off the bat the cashier was rude, we ordered a family meal as well as 5 separate strips. We paid for lemon pepper sauce and salt on the side. The whole time were in there the cashier is giving us a weird look. Our order takes about 20 min. My husband goes and picks up the tray. The tray is handed to him with no «thank you» or even a «here you go», dude wouldn’t even make eye contact. So once our order is on the table I realize the 5 additional strips are missing and so is the sauce and salt. I ask my husband if he can go ask if the rest is coming out. The cashier asked to see the receipt. He looked over it and then asked him to bring the whole tray back to make sure we weren’t lying. What the hell… My husband brought back the tray. The dude looked over it and told us to wait. Even asking for a refil was awkward. It was like the dude had a problem with us. I will never go here again, I am a manager for a store and I can say I would never allow for my staff to be that disrespectful to the customers.

I should of read the reviews before ordering from this wingstop. I placed my order at 4:50PM and said my order would be ready by 5:20PM. I placed a big order and that’s the reason I placed it online and this location since it’s closer to my house. I get there at 5:30PM, wait in line thinking my order is being finished up or already finished. I tell the cashier I placed an online and she pulls a PILEOFONLINEORDERS from the bottom and tells me «we just got your order»…um it’s in the pile with the rest of online orders I supposed haven’t been started on. Unacceptable, the staff doesn’t even check for online orders from the bottom and why lie to me saying we just got the order when I got the confirmation number from when it was placed. I won’t be coming back to this wingstop!

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. I waited in line forever. There was No phone order pick up line cashier. The cashier came from the back with dripping wet hands and left a puddle of water on my bag and change. Smh The food was bad! It was cold, like they had it sitting in the back even though I ordered in the parking lot and seasoning was terrible. The chicken strips were saltyyyyy and fries looked like they were made from rotten potatoes. The fries had no shake/seasoning and were mushy and very stale/cold when I picked them up(you have to eat one in the car. Bad idea this time). I will drive to another location next time. Yuck!!! Sad that I had to give it one star… We had a large order and wasted $ 65 for sure!!! Trashed it all and ordered Thai delivery.

0 start if I can give it to this place. Horrible place to order online for pick up! I placed my order at 9:13pm n got an email for pick up at 9:40pm. Went there n paid for the food. They didn’t make it until 10 after I was standing right there. I ask to check if they r ready. The lady told me they gunna make it right now. Didn’t get my food until 10pm. But that’s not the end. They also f#%k up the order. Never goin back to this place.

Why did we phone in an order at 9pm and when quoted a 20 minute wait, we are still waiting for our order at 9:46. The workers are not even engaged into helping out customers. Believe me we are not the only customers upset on how slow, and horrible their customer service is. Honestly, 1 star? That’s even too nice to give this restaurant after such a disappointment. Specific workers show how incompetent they can be by being on their cell phones while cooking and show more concern about going on break than to help out the worker that looks like he’s holding the fort down by himself by answering phones, taking orders, and reassuring us that the food will be coming out soon. He tried, but I felt sorry for him. Oh and top of that, our fries were either soggy or undercooked. Unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location in the future. We will rather drive out to the location at Torrance crossroads then to come back to this place.

Jesus Christ dude. This is the worst, unorganized, most ghetto ass wing stop in creation. This place is being ruined by poor management and workers. Waited 25 mins for boneless wings during slow business, but watched as the cooked batches and batches of wings and let them sit until people ordered. A crew of individuals that just seemed either lost or indifferent. Cooks not wearing hats or gloves. The place wasn’t dirty by any means, but attention to detail like you find at most Wingstops is absent here. I love Wingstop, I will never go to this location again.

This is the longest i have ever waited for an order i called in!!! Same order everytime… the cook noticed i was getting agitated and said it takes 15 to 20 mins, hellooooooo… From the time i called it in from 24 hr fitness and the time i got it was 39 mins!!!

Whoever is the owner(if franchise) or a district manager for this location should fire the crew they had last night except for Harold. Let me start with«terrence/«manager» per him. We ordered 70 wings at 10:45pm and harold was our cashier, he was helpful and nice, as we ordered he stated it would take 20 – 25 minutes and we waited. The order never came on time which we didnt mind but then at 11:00 «terrence — the said manager» stated that the wings isnt going to be ready till 20 more mins and that they are closing so he asked away if we still wanted to eat in «YES» is the obvious answer. On top of that we were waiting for more than 30 mins for you to point out that you didnt want us to eat in… On top of that: even if we stay you are open till 12am!!! Nevertheless, terrence refused a customer at 11:20pm to eat in the restaurant as they were closed he said. BULLCRAP — their sign said hours of operation is till midnight… So the customer complained and left with a refund. At 11:44pm «terrence» advised«as a reminder we close in 5 minutes. My husband then yelled dude we have 15 more minutes… He said nothing. Regardless, this complaint should reach to the uppers as this is not how you run a business and the hours is a false advertisement!!! You need to shut down or hire new managers. I have been a manager for years and we do not ask our customers to leave the restaurant– thats effin rude!!!

It’s been quite some time since I last had wings from Wingstop! If I’m not mistaken, 2 or 3 years, give or take. Why, you ask?! I actually boycotted the place entirely because it wasn’t that crackin’ && customer service any location I went to, suck’d – for lack of a better word. The family decided on something quick & convenient for take-out && Wingstop came to mind. It was 5 against 1 so I didn’t really have a choice. I do recall liking Lemon Pepper, so that should suffice for tonight. We ordered the 40 pieces Classic Wings Family Pack combo; Extra Crispy/Well Done: which also came with a Large Side(Seasoned Fries) & veggies(carrots and celery). As for flavors, 40 pieces gave us up to 4 different options. We picked 3: Hawaiian BBQ, Lemon Pepper & Hickory Smoked BBQ. We didn’t ask for anything extra or special orders so it summed up to $ 38.29 plus tax. Not too bad. It fed a family of 6 and still had leftovers. We ordered via online & I have to say, it’s super easy & straightforward. I prefer it over calling in the order, TBH. This way, we don’t have to deal with unwanted sarcastic remarks. Quality & Flavor: Surprisingly, all 3 flavors did not get any complaints. We were very pleased to have received EXTRACRISPY wings, still temperature hot when we started eating at home! Good job. The lemon pepper wings were a bit too salty but other than that, everything was great. I guess I’m okay again with Wingstop. I do like that the hours are 10am ’til midnight, everyday. It’s down the street from home but I still wouldn’t have Wingstop as my first pick for any meal. It’s just another fallback.

Alright Wingstop, let’s have a little chat, shall we? Now I’ve been to several locations over the past few years, and they’ve for the most part have not disappointed me. This time, though, you made me actually think about not coming back to this location. Why, you might ask? First of all, the employees seemed a little … lethargic? They just seemed unmotivated and really gave off the vibe that they didn’t want to be there. That exhibited laziness carried over in to the food preparation. Now I know that the average Wingstop order takes about 9 – 10 minutes to prepare and be served. I get that. But today’s order took almost 20 minutes, and it wasn’t a big order, just 8 boneless wings and fries. It shouldn’t have taken that long, especially given that it wasn’t busy. Now let’s talk about the food quality. The wings were a bit chewy, as if they not only had been slightly over cooked, but also left out for a little while. You know that feeling of when something that is breaded and fried and then left out for a bit? That’s the texture that I was getting from it. Since the sauces are pretty standard, they tasted alright, but the texture and temperature was a little off putting. Oh, and the fries weren’t cooked all the way through and had a HEAP of the seasoning salt on top. Now don’t get me wrong, I really, really like their fry salt, but this was to a point of no return that made them unappetizing. Sorry, Wingstop, I really like your stuff overall, across the many locations you have, but this one just left a bad taste in my mouth…

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for a while but lately it has been unpleasant. The last time we came here my girlfriend and I were eating comfortably until one of the employees told us we had to go because they close at 12am. We still had 11 minutes! We had to pack our stuff and leave. My girlfriend ate in the car. I lost my appetite, I couldn’t eat anymore. I’ve never been kicked out from a restaurant during a meal because they have to count the money. The time before that we ordered for pick-up and while we were there waiting for our wings we noticed that the employees there were telling customers they were closed before closing time. It seems like they are always in a hurry to close the store earlier than advertised. Also, their wait time on the phone is very long. The employees are busy talking to each other even when customers are there in person waiting to order. I wonder if they even have a manager at this location. Don’t waste your time coming here. I give the food 5 stars. Yes, there is a minor wait. Food needs to be cooked. Have never used the phone to order but I’ve never had an issue with showing, ordering, and getting it. Again, there is always a wait involved when waiting on food. It takes time but I’d rather have my food done well than to receive it quick and poorly done. Last time I was there they gave me the fries well done without even having to ask — score!

They actually close at 11:30 not midnight(midnight is what their hours say) and stop answering their phone at 11:30 also, so they don’t tell you they close at 11:30. If you can’t even get the time you close right, how the heck are you going to cook raw chicken right?

First time here ! For the 45 minute wait that I did waiting for the wings ! It should of been much better. To much salt in the fries ! To much spice on the lemon pepper –_– the garlic Parmesan was awful both the traditional and boneless.(they were to happy will the seasons) couldn’t finish eating any of the orders ! By the reviews I was hoping this place was going to be great ! But only ate it because we waited for ever n we were very hungry !

It’s a hit or miss with this location. Not consistent with the customer service. You can expect to be on the phone for quite awhile if you’re trying to place an order. Sometimes not. You can expect to walk in to rude employees who have no care at all. Sometimes not. Management should be reading these Unilocal reviews and see how they can be more consistent with their service.

This was my first time actually going into a Wingstop I’ve had it many times just never stepped foot in one before till now lol Well it was a typical Thursday at work trying to change up my routine I know Panera is missing me lol so I was trying to decide what to get as I was driving along Avalon by the Carson Mall I all of a sudden had a craving for Jamba Juice so I went to get it then still debating on what to get for lunch I see Wingstop next door thinking hmm that kinda sounds good well next thing you know I went to see so since I’ve had the wings before I decided to try the tenders and I was happy I did I liked them I think I added another place to get lunch from lol.
