Buffalo Wild Wings

Hands down probably the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. I am a loyal BWWW (yes thats 3 W’s since technically its called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck, I bet you didnt know that didnt you). Reason being is that the atmosphere and the people that go here are just alive and pure sport fans!
Now we’ve all been there… Inside a sports bar and there is always an obnoxious group who is drunk off their butts always starting a fight with opposing fans. But somehow in this BWWW, they’re non existent! My GF and I walked in and were rooting for the Cavs while 80% of people in attendance were Warriors. Safe to say we didnt feel threatened at all! I love this place and its people!

What a fun atmosphere. We came after a Galaxy game and they had great drinks, good service, and even a trivia and game pad where you could play games with people all around the restaurant! So cool!

I was skeptical about this location because of all the negative reviews, but I wanted to experience it for myself.
We sat at the bar area and there was plenty of tables to choose from. Our waitress greeted us promptly and even provided us with beer samples; because I didn’t know which beer to order. We ordered traditional wings and mozzarella sticks… they were perfect!
I’ll definitely return.

Something has to be done with the service. The food is already shitty frozen food. Those of you who really think this is good food needs an intervention, stop lying to yourself. I despise this place. Never my choice to come here (any location) when I do, I’ve resorted to chicken tenders. I don’t know what they need to do but they need to do something!

The story of BWW: Good wings. bad service. Sometimes you have to ask yourself do I want wings that bad that i’ll deal with the bad service?! I have been here 4x. last 2 times I had what everyone talk about-​horrible service. I walked in expecting to sit down and eat lunch-​no one at the host stand so I decide to do take out. Bad idea. The guy who helped me asked me 3x what wings I wanted I said my usual Caribbean Jerk. I waited 45 mins. When I get my order its lemon pepper. WTF. im on my lunch and need to get back. the female manager offered to replace my wings. She brought back the right order and gave me a free drink. They gotta do better! Not to mention, she asked to guy who took my order to apologize for messing it up and he never came over. I love BWW but they are starting to lose me. I might just buy the damn sauce and make my own wings. They’re opening up a Buffaloes Café down the street, I might have to mosy on ass over there because this shit right here garbage. Corporate needs to hire someone to come and re-​train staff at all their locations and work on re-​branding to get people back.

This would have definitely been one star if it wasn’t for the great food.
I came here since it was nearest to my location on Saturday. The BWW restaurants out there don’t really have good ratings, but I really wanted some great wings & a cold Modelo lol.
When I walked in the greeter was nice enough to direct me to a high table or the bar since I was by myself.
I got there the bartender said «I will be right with you.» She hadn’t come back to help so what I believe what might have been the manager helped me, he was wearing a black shirt and was wearing glasses.
So the time came to where the bartender finally took my order.
I don’t usually go to BWW and change up my order. I wanted to try something new this time so I was a little confused about the menu. When I asked a question the bartender was rude.
My food took about 15 min. Which I didn’t mind. I ended up asking for my beer in the mean time.
My food gets there and it looks amazing! lol My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it.
So the bartender did not check on me once & when it was time for her break she did not let me know. I did over hear her say it when she was talking to her friend, I guess she assumed that was sufficient enough as that is her job.
I asked for the check when I was done & DID NOT TIP HER. I also just left after signing the receipt.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Packed for the NBA playoffs and had great service. The Buffalo chicken wrap was great, could be better with spinach tortilla in my opinion. The habenero mango sauce it hot and juicy and perfect

This location is in over their head when it comes to service at the table and back of the house. When busy, they just can’t handle the volume and the food takes forever to come out. Food is average and not sure why we come back once a week with 10 plus people. Too many better options in the plaza.

I absolutely love BBW but this location sucks. It took an hour for me to get an order of onion rings and 7 wings. I can understand if they were busy maybe 30 minutes but that is just nuts. I would not recommend anyone to get take out or dine in at this location. Get it together.

I LOVEEEEEE BWW! It’s one of my fav locations to go and meet friends and or plain just have dinner and drinks. But this has been by far the worse location I’ve been to.
We were greeted by a young man very nicely and seated quickly, our waitress was awesome (can’t remember her name). Order was taken quickly and drinks brought to table within minutes of ordering (eventhou they didn’t have ingredients to make the Apple Jack Cider which is advertised ALL OVER RESTAURANT and menu) but the reason i give it a 2 stars is for the choice of music. Was there for more than an hr and all the music that played was narco corridos. If I wanted to have that choice of music I would’ve gone to my uncles backyard and cooked out and dranked all night, or just gone to a mexican restaurant. Felt pretty annoyed and we weren’t the only ones that complained about music.
PLS PLS CONSIDER THE CHOICE OF MUSIC.

Every Friday, we have an employee lunch together at work, and this week the choice was BUFFALO WILD WINGS. I had chicken last night for dinner so instead of wings, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was thoroughly disappointing.
First cardinal sin. It was dry. There’s nothing I hate more than a dry burger, and this one came at the idea two different ways. The meat was overcooked and not juicy at all. And there was no dressing of any kind on the bun. No mayo, no ketchup, no mustard, and most especially, no honey BBQ sauce which was the «signature sauce» that I’d selected when I ordered.
Oh, also, the «extra cheese» I’d ordered was missing.
The French fries weren’t bad but they weren’t served hot.
I really hope the wings are better than the burgers.

Ordered online again for pick up. Pick up time 9:00 pm. It is 9:21pm. We’ve already paid told them our name twice and still have yet to be helped. They’ve been with the same customer since we got here and appear to be waiting on food or an error someone made. Regardless can we not be assisted while they wait for whatever needs to be done?
We scheduled a pick up time and expect it to be ready around that time, every single time this establishment has failed us. Come on bww, get it together. Consistently giving us wrong sides. Grilled instead of fried.

Maybe del amo mall is worth the 30 min. Drive to get better service. Extremely disappointed.

I came to this location with a friend since it was close to our house. But as I’m typing this I regret coming to this location. And where do I even begin with what to say.
FAIL #1– we ordered drinks since we came during happy hour. And we both ordered the Strawberry Kicken Coronita & Regular Coronita. The strawberry drink tasted like fruit punch & the regular Coronita tasted like lemonade even though they both had mini coronas in them. I had the waitress bring me a new drink and asked for a beer, and then that took another 15 min to bring out due them changing the keg.
FAIL #2– the time to get our order out. We ordered about 6:15 and the food came till 6:55. So it took 40 min to bring us a crispy chicken sandwich, fried pickles & 3 mini street tacos. The chicken sandwich was not great it had a funny taste to it. The mini tacos sure we’re mini, more like bite size. And they used the wrong tortillas try should have been corn. And they were not in my opinion street tacos. I was not aware that street tacos now come with ranch dressing.
FAIL #3– we asked for dessert and after waiting for like 25 min it never came. So we asked the waitress for the bill.
But I will say this, once we asked for the bill the waitress was quick to pick up and charge my card.

A lot of bad reviews but this one is going to be a positive experience.
We waited about 20 minutes to get seated but that’s okay because there’s a basketball game going on and tv’s galore so it went by quick.
We were seated and greeted by a very animated server named Jessica, Jessica is a great individual and very attentive covering a whole section. She made sure every thing was okay and kept our cups refilled. We didn’t have to ask for anything as she always made sure we had everything.
I like review customer service more than what they serve and they were great.

Since the place was really crowded and because of their reputation for bad service, we decided to order take out. Order was ready right on time and it was accurate. We had the beer battered onion rings and chicken wings. The Honey Bbq was my favorite, Garlic Parmesan had good flavor, and the Honey Bourbon Mustard was not good at all, it was too many flavors that did not go well. The wings could have been fried a little longer and could have been a little more tender. The onion rings were very good with the southwestern ranch dip. This was my first time trying them and I’m sure my last as there are too many better wing options out there.

I had been craving a certain daiquiri for a week. I came here and the bartender did not disappoint. She made it look really cute too. The fast break lunch was the perfect meal to pair with my drink. I want to go back for another daiquiri soon!

We’ve been here a few times. We seem to have bad luck with service. They keep us waiting a long time for our food, 30+ mins after being seated, and after everyone has received their food despite us being there first. However, the bone-​in wings are good (not as good as Wing Stop’s imo but they have good sauces). This last time I tried their spicy garlic. I loved it, very good. I don’t like coming here too often because of the wait and service, which is why I’ve given them 3 stars.

It took forever for our food to be brought out. After over 30mins of waiting, it was quite frustrating to see that my wings were cold and dried up as if they were sitting on the counter the whole time. I was hesitating to send them back since I was starving and didn’t want to wait some more but I decided to do so. I told the waitress and all she offered was more sauce then common sense kicked in and said she’ll bring me back a new batch. That was just my experience but my friends nacho’s came out cold as well and they forgot her iced tea which after an hour of waiting, turns out they «ran out.»
The service here honestly sucks and I believe we over tipped her with those $ 2. Maybe if our waitress wasn’t too busy flirting with the 3 guys on the table next to us she would of got a lot more than that.

It was first time at a BWW and I guess I get the hype. There’s like 40 choices of seasonings and sauces and a maze of deals depending upon the time of day. But if you love wings, this will seem like a whirlwind of fun. With that being said I, love wings and it was like a fantasy my beer lusting stomach dreamt up in a hunger induced haze!
Service was kinda lame to be honest, one of our party didn’t have their ID and the server was adamant that he couldn’t drink. Which is fine but tell my why another server served him without hesitation at the bar. Be consistent.
I’m hooked. It obviously has nothing on restaurant style wings, but as far as bar wings go. Touché!
