Terrible service. Rude people. Mess up everytime. Unfortunately there’s not a lot open at 4 am in Compton. Stay away.

I think it’s best to just not come to this location. Again they messed up my order. It clearly shows no tartar sauce on the ticket, they also didn’t give me cheese. Always make sure to check your order before you leave.

I bought a fruit and yogurt parfait and and it was expired. It tasted bad. Apparently this location doesn’t keep a good record over expired food.

I like the fact that they are drive thru is really fast, who does not want that. But you have to offer good customer service as well. I know especially the drive thru wants to get the customers out fast since they don’t want to have their time high and have the customers waiting but be courteous and have a smile at least. And that is all the time that I go. I keep coming here because my orders are accurate and fast

5 star for a McDonald’s? Well yes but more towards the drive thru process. Super fast and friendly ! Had a super long line and I was waiting to be sitting there for awhile but they got cars out of there like crazy. My food was literally in someone’s hand out the window as I pulled up and the workers were just as friendly and I didn’t feel like they were rushing me to leave. And my food was fresh. Nice system ! Wish all McDonald drive thrus were like this

Need to work on customer service. They messed up on my order and when brought up to their attention, the lady seemed mad like it was my fault! I wasnt making a huge deal of the situation either. Just wanted the correct order. I had to reorder at register and they did not give me a number so I just waited. They called out a number and set the food on the counter after about 5 minutes, the superviser or whoever the grouchy lady was looked at me with a angry look and said your food is ready! Im thinking, if you messed up in the first place and you knew im waiting, why couldnt you walk to me(im waiting on opposite side where food is) and hand me the bag instead of me walking around people/lines. Mistakes happen, but A SMILE and Apology goes a long way! Especially when It was not the customers fault.

Honestly it all depends on who takes your order. The last time I was there it was ridiculously obnoxious the lady gave me a vanilla iced coffee when I had asked for a Hazelnut one! When I brought it to her attention she got mad asked for my coffee and pretended it change it when really all she did was add hazelnut syrup. My coffee was disgusting and I haven’t gone back ever since and won’t go back

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there yesterday and the girl(Gaby) who was working the drive-thru was very rude. She got my order wrong, and decided to snatch my card on too of that slam the window in my face. I usually always go to this McDonald’s. After speaking with the manager it seems they all stick together and can care less. If I could say AVOIDTHISLOCATIONATALLTIMES!

It does the job when hungry. It is conveniently located by the gas station. Drive thru has always long lines.

The most non-user friendly McDonald’s west of the Pecos. Electrical plugs on the ceiling, only. No wifi. Leap into the nineties, Mickey D!

I’ve been here numerous times. Usually I go through the drive thru. Once they gave me the wrong change abd today she did not give me a receipts l and when I asked she ushered me to the next window and I didn’t get a receipt there either. Overall this place is popular because its local but the employees can step it up a bit

Stopped here on the way to Vegas. It’s right off the 91(get off the exit, grab your food and get back on). Only used the drive thru. McDonald’s seems to have invented and cornered the market on road trip travel food. Let’s talk global coverage: The first international franchise opened in 1967 in British Columbia, and was followed by another in Costa Rica later that year. From there, the chain spread steadily: over a six-month period in 1971, Golden Arches popped up on three new continents, as stores launched in Japan, Holland and a suburb of Sydney. A Brazilian McDonald’s opened in 1979, bringing Ronald McDonald to South America for the first time. McDonald’s reached its sixth(and, barring a sub-Arctic drive-thru, final) continent in 1992, with the opening of a restaurant in Casablanca, Morocco. Four years later, the company heralded the expansion into its 100th nation, Belarus, and claimed to be opening a new restaurant somewhere in the world every three hours. That’s a whole lotta Happy Meals!

FASTESTDRIVE-THRUEVER!(yes, that’s shouting) I come here often, so I get an idea of how fast their service is. Yes. they are fast! 2 – 3 minutes. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes and it has usually been to to the car in the front still deciding what to order while on the speaker(grr!) Overall, staff is nice and speedy! They almost always say«Have a great/nice day!»

Da da da da daaaaaa, I’m lovin’ it! I don’t consider breakfast fast food — having said that I am in love with the McGriddle anything. If I am not 15 minutes late for work, I’ll get my McGriddle with ice coffee fix. Since mornings are usually busy in this business district of Compton, some days they’ll have someone outside taking orders which helps speed the line of cars.

It gets really busy here even at 530 in the morning. There are tons of trucks parked here and parking lot can be mayhem. No surprise, since there are so many warehouses and industrial businesses in the area. My only gripe is that they still don’t put out the sweet tea so you can get refills. It is kept behind the counter. It makes me feel like I am buying condoms or something.

Back in my day it was a given that when you ordered french fries you would get Ketchup with your order(mind you i speak of drive thru orders). This place is extremely fast with the drive thru. However, they ALWAYS screw something up. Forgot ketchup, even after i told them i wanted some. Forgot part of the order. Charged me wrong. I tend to hit the spot up frequently since it’s the nearest McDonalds from work. But i need a little more focus from you people. I know your food is bad for me yet I still go back for more. Now you want to drive me away with bad service? Screw the ultra fast drive thru. Slow it down, get it right. Give me quality.

It’s true… this Mc Donald’s has one of the fastest drive-thru’s EVER! What is also cool about this one is that it’s combined with a Chevron, BUT… apparently, this Chevron’s gas prices are as high as some of the people(not all) around Stevenson’s Village(The neighborhood next to this place). The parking is awesome! I don’t know what else to say about this place, oh yeah… FUNNY, BUTTRUE: one time, I heared that one of their female managers flashed her associates and some of the customers saw it! It was this half black/half asian female, so if you see her, then that’s the person RUMORED to have done that crazy thing! HAHAHAHA! But yeah, I’ve been to better Mc Donald’s, this ones just OK, but GREAT for the DRIVETHRU!

Fastest drive-thru EVEEEERRRR! I was running late this morning, so I had to forgo my usual english muffin at home and went to plan b — a delicious sausage egg mcmuffin at McDonald’s. This location is located right off the 91 and there’s an entrance into the parking lot from the off ramp from the freeway, so it’s very convenient. Since there was no one else in the drive-thru, it took a total of 10 seconds from order to drive off. Seriously. I had my money ready and the bag as waiting for me at the 2nd window. I don’t know if they some special promotion going on, but when I got to work I discovered that they gave me two sausage egg mcmuffins along with two packets each of ketchup and strawberry preserves(kinda odd, but whatever). There’s no way I can eat both mcmuffins and in case you’re wondering, one has 450 calories, 27 grams of fat and 29 grams of carbs. 5 stars is for efficiency of this McDonald’s compared to other locations.
