This place sucked, got my order wrong, food was cold, tasted like it was sitting there all night and got reheated. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not hard to make a burger. Smh.

Came by today to get something quick for my husband and my son. The gentlemen who took our order through the drive-​thru was friendly and professional.
Our food was fresh, the cheese looked like it had recently been melted, no hard or cold food.
We were asked to park out front and that our food would be delivered to our car in a few minutes. We didn’t wait for too long until our food arrived. The person who assisted me in the drive thru mentioned that he had added ketchup and ranch just incase we needed any. That was actually going through my head when I parked. Thinking I had forgotten to ask for condiments but he had done so without me having to ask.
Good experience here at this location.

Just ordered a 3pc chicken strip and they weren’t even cooked nor hot! Barely like warm! Came at 12:03:35 8÷26÷2015 Order number: 232 825. Nasty just nasty. My famous star was the same was. The cheese was not melted!!! The whole burger was cold!!! Cold bread and hard. I stay 3 mins away and refused to waste my gas to go back. So much for driving hours from out of town and really needed a bite to eat. Never again will I come here!

Ordered a famous star with no cheese and no mayo… open the burger what does it have cheese and mayo… also my dessert look like someone bit it that’s just nasty… never again I’ll go to these location.

this has got to be one of the worst Carl’s I’ve ever been to. I dont know if it’s just this particular shift Wednesday 6pm, but all the employees are dragging their feet around this place. They look like they’re all so miserable to have a paying job. Poor girl at the reigter took forever to take our order. it seemed as if she was doing all the math in her head. Once we finally got our order we were not offered and ketchup or sauce so my boyfriend had to go ask for some. He litteraly stood at the front counter for over 3 minutes before someone finally acknowledged his «excuse me». He was ignored by three different employees before he was able to be helped. For the sake of this store and its patrons I really hope our bad experience was just a fluke.

I’ve been going through this Carl’s Jr for a long time and they are always very courteous and attentive customer service and outstanding the food is just like any other Carl’s Jr and the prices have gone up slightly.
I also want to add that it is one of the cleanest and well organized I’ve ever been to.

I love this place but they ALWAYS fail me in the fries. I order large, and it seems likethey put a size small into a large container. ALL THE TIME !

I have been a Carls fan since I can remember! Never in my life did I expect to write this… If you know me them you’d understand that I love Carls… But this time around they absolutely killed it. My entire order was cold and my soda was flat!!! I’m trying my very best not to be that one guy that makes a scene but damn… I couldn’t return the food anyways because I was so hungry!!! I couldn’t even order a shake because there waiting on a delivery!!! Boo for you Carls … Boo for you!!!

I must have been waiting in the same drive through line with the previous reviewer.
Line never moved for over 15 minutes.
The two cars that were waiting behind me reversed out, and I soon followed.
Took the 91 West, got off the next exit (Avalon), took a left turn… and went to the Carl’s Jr to the left. Was in and out of the drive through within 5 minutes.

Hell no I waited in line for 45 mins on some drunk mess and they tool for ever so mad

Like this place. Ordered Grilled Flautas. Food was great. The only thing I don’t like about carls jr is that they charge you a dollar for a debit transaction. Which is actually costing them less then that. It’s funny this big chain of food store and a charge for debit transaction which is more safe for a customer then credit. They should fix it I think. As far as fast food they are ok.

But I love coming here at times because the flautas are delicious especially with the guacamole!!! Yummy
Also for the sweet stuff I love it her because of the strawberry cheesecake. It’s so yummy!!!

I’ve been going to this Carl’s Jr for quite a while now and it has always exceeded my expectations, but recently everything has started to go downhill. I have always gone through the drive thru and received friendly and fast paced service. My last three visits have been very unpleasant though. On my first visit it was past midnight and my boyfriend and I pulled up to order, the lady took our oder for a couple meals and drinks. Then she asked if that completed our order and we said yes, then she gave us our total and told us pull up to the window. So we pull up to the window and I try to hand her a debit card and she said sorry we’re only taking cash. My boyfriend and I looked at each other kinda shocked because she never mentioned it before we placed our order. Had she told us before we would have never ordered anything because we did not have cash on us. The second visit was around 5pm it was just myself, I pulled up to the window after ordering to get my food. Finally after getting home I open up the bag only to find that my fries were missing. I did get charged for them however. My third visit was today at approximately 3:30pm. After ordering a Bacon Swiss Crispy Chicken Fillet Sandwich and getting my food through the drive thru I went and parked on the Carl’s Jr. parking lot to check my meal. Everything was there, but when I opened up the box where my chicken sandwich was I was surprised at how badly it was put together. First of all it was upside down, it was barely wrapped, the bottom bun was folded in half upwards, the bacon and lettuce were not even inside the the burger. It was a complete mess and after today i doubt i will be returning to this location.

It must be hard to run a Carl’s Jr because they usually suck. Luckily, for the sake of the franchise, this Carl’s exemplifies how a great fast food burger joint should function. As soon as I interacted with the staff, I felt a deep desire to Unilocal :) the staff was proffesional, friendly, neat. It almost appeared as if they took pride in their work, and I love that. My bag was perfectly folded and my burger was freshly cooked and actually hot. I don’t know if it’s just me, but this is the Carl’s Jr that I remember from long long ago. Kudos to the staff, keep up the good work.

I enjoy going to this Carl’s Jr. It is convenient and the service is always good. I went through the drive through for breakfast and they had only on biscuit sandwich left. Because of the inconvenience they throw in the sandwich with my offer. I appreciate to small things. It makes me keep coming back. Thank you for caring about my business.

The lady in drive through was energetic! She recommend the egg. And cheese burrito and my order was correct. I did not have to wait in the drive through to long either.

I don’t mind the prices, this is always better them any other fast food burger place.

Carl’s Jr. has the good burgers. You can find one everywhere nowadays.

I love this location! If I’m hungry in the morning, I usually stop here to buy breakfast. It’s convenient place to stop on the way to work. Get off of 91, drive into the drive-​thru, get my food, and right back on the 91 freeway.
I prefer this place over another Carl’s Jr. few miles down the road (at the corner of Artesia Blvd and Normandie) because the food is served quick, comes hot as if it was prepared fresh. Although I have never dined inside, I’ve been very happy with my drive through transactions here. This is one well managed Carl’s Jr. that’s for sure.
