Almost 30 min wait on drive thru!!! Seriously omg!!! So unacceptable drive thru should fast and convenient not wait forever in your car.

I come here in the early mornings, they always have friendly staff with good vibes. They always make my chai latte the way I like it.

Very convenient Starbucks location with a drive-​thru for those who are trying to hop on the 91 but need a quick caffeine fix. I only ever order a venti unsweetened iced green tea with no water, a pretty simple drink that’s hard to mess up so I myself have not experienced anything bad at this location. If you’re a simple Starbucks drinker like myself then this location shouldn’t be a bad place for a pit stop.

I’ve only ordered from the drive-​thru and that is not a compliment. Customer service is dry as ever! No one is excited or friendly while taking orders or your money! If you go in the morning, have a huge cushion. I’ve waited longer than 20 minutes… EACH time.

Okay so I just got A chestnut latte and the dumb girl set my order on the counter and went and took care of something else, and didn’t tell me my order was ready, this is what I get for not going to my starbucks, POOR SERVICE !!

This is my preferred Starbucks. I stop here on my way to work because it’s conveniently off the freeway and I can get off and right back on. The drive through moves quickly and they know me and my drink. I’m always greeted with smiles and pleasant convo. Ruben and Kia are my favorites and make my morning when I see they’re happy faces!
In the rare occasion that something isn’t right or the wait is longer than usual, they go out of their way to make it right! My cinnamon dolce latte is always delicious!

If i could give no star i would. i usually never leave a Unilocal review but i have too for this. I work in a company near by so i come here very often. I had no trouble with any other worker except Andy. Andy was so rude and unprofessional. I gave him my 10dollar with my phone to reload money onto my account. He jst completely ignored me and asked me «What do u want to drink?“lol For a second i thought he was my friend. lool and then I handed him my money with my phone to load and he said «next time, tell me beforehand. It makes my job easier» with soo much attitude in his face. i don’t even think he likes to work there.
First of all, i did give u my money with my phone before i ordered my drink. You were the one being all full of shitt that you completely ignored me. and honestly i don’t give a fucken ass if wat makes ur job easier. how hard is it to delete the order and reload money and input the order again. the fucken scanner does every fucken job for u. did that shit take u fucken 2?3?min to fucken bitch about it? everyone‘s servers is good except Andy.

I mean Starbucks are all pretty much the same to me. Like you really need to suck for me to give you a bad review. ENJOY!

I love the location! Right off of the 91 freeway, so I’m able to get my favorite drink before a long day of work. The employees always make my drink to perfection, and delivers excellent customer service each time! This is now my favorite location.

Service is quicker and efficient. I don’t spend much time on drive thru comparing to the Starbucks on Albertoni.
Keep in mind that it’s after 7am.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I am forced to come here because it’s the only one near my job. The employees are immature and seem like they don’t actually care about doing their job well. They’re loud and they get my orders wrong consistently. They don’t care. Once I ordered a drink and was waiting long after the line of orders was done. I watched the employees fool around and laugh obnoxiously behind the counter, while they ignored me standing there waiting for my order. At the same time an employee came in (while off his shift– I recognized him), ordered a drink and got his drink long before I got mine (we BOTH ordered iced tea drinks.)
They’ve given me wrong food items too many times. I’m actually keeping tally because it’s just humorous at this point.
Someone re-​staff immediately please.

This Starbucks needs to get rid of Shay or move her to somewhere other than Drive thru because she slows the whole system down. Most mornings she is laughing and telling her stories and apparently this is more important than getting orders out in a timely manner during the morning rush. It’s so ridiculous the wait time and very unprofessional to pull up to the window and see an employee telling jokes loudly and laughing for 5 minutes before she takes your payment.

Just went through the drive through on my way to visit an account in the Long Beach area. Ordered a grande pike place no cream or sugar. I ended up taking a call before leaving the parking lot and went to take a drink. Luke warm at best. When I went in the girl was very short with me and said it’d be 30 minutes or they could make me an Americano and that it’s the same thing (it’s not). I said that was fine. They made it and told me to have a nice day. My time is valuable and your coffee is expensive. You pay for service, knowledge and quality. I feel none was received. Minus points SBucks.

All my coworkers and I come here literally everyday! The staff are all very hard-​working and make sure your drink is just the way you like it. Our favorite is of course reben!!! He is the sweetest and always says hi to you. He makes your drink perfectly and even knows what you want before you order it :)

I’m here pretty much every day during my lunch break and I’d never go anywhere else. Ruben is always friendly, very good with faces (not only with me, but with all his usual customers). and he’s always above par in making my drinks exactly the way I like it and the way it should taste. Many times I’ve had someone else make my drink and was utterly disappointed. I’m relieved and delighted to see Ruben when I walk in.

Drive Thru is hella weak, very slow, very unprofessional, they take forever, like do your job, I’m not a type of person to complain, I’m very nice but this Starbucks brings that other side of every time.

I ordered strawberry &cream frapp.
She said you want green tea? … always she told me I can’t hear you… I went to window.
I told her yoy always asked me several times. Not only today. I want to talk with other person.
Finally, Reben helped me my order. He is very nice guy. He is always kind to me.

Drive thru takes forever… Literally it takes more than thirty minutes… It’s better to go inside and just order !!!
I can’t complain about the staff in how they greet you or how they speak to you because they are amazing such a nice personality.

They have the most awkward customer service here…
I was so excited to get to work early enough to stop by for a grande skinny vanilla latte at my nearest Starbucks but they took care of killing that excitement QUICK.
Not only was I seating in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes (making me late to work) the dude taking my order would say nothing back to me so I kept saying «Hello?» to make sure he was still there! It was stupid.
I don’t mind waiting at Starbucks because it’s kinda expected but this was ridiculous. And to the guy taking orders at the drive thru, make sure you take a shot of espresso to wake yo ass up because it’s not fun talking to oneself when ordering. The end.
