Fatburger

I was on my way to a soccer game at the stub hub center so I wanted to stop by for a quick bite. Everyone’s always talked so highly about fatburger, so I decided to give it a try! It’s just as delicious as everyone says it is (skinny fries are amazing & crunchy)! I was greeted and helped by Jose Hernandez, the store manager and he provided us with exceptional service! When we sat down to eat we saw people ordered shakes, & they looked sooo good, he overheard us tell each other they looked soo good (we didn’t even notice he was around when we said that) but Jose came out with two little cups with a little bit of milkshake in them to allow us to sample them since he overhead what we said. That was sooo nice of Jose! he did not have to do that, but he went out of his way to make sure his customers were well taken care of! Soon after I saw him engaging in conversation with customers who were waiting for their food, customers who were entering the restaurant, & people who were already eating making sure they didn’t need anything else. I was telling the group of friends I went in with that Jose looks like such a cool boss to work for, so friendly and easy to talk to & he seems to really care about his job and his customers! Before we left we made sure to thank Jose for his amazing service and his attention. My sister who has visited fatburger joints a few times before me, thanked him for the amazing service because she’s never received that type of service at any other fatburger joint. Thanks again Jose! & we will be back again soon when we’re in the area for more soccer games!

Wow this place is expensive for a very average burger and fries. Not at all impressed. I should have went to Carl’s Jr. Paid half as much and got s better meal!!! I don’t get it other than a great name for a burger chain!!!

Let me first start off by saying Jose is the best store manager I’ve ever met!!! Every time I come in he is working just as hard or harder than his staff. He lives by the rule the customer is ALWAYS right!
Aside from that the food is quality and delicious. It’s always clean and orderly inside. The menu is extensive now. I’m gonna try the new wings for the first time today so we’ll see… But I expect it will be just as good as the rest of their food. Although I shouldn’t frequent this place often (to avoid eating all this unhealthy food) I really like being treated like a valued customer, and for that alone I will visit more often then I should.

Nice size fat burger with ample parking in the lot and also some on the street. They have great customer service and now they offer Buffalo’s wings here with sixteen flavors to choose from. I had the chili cheese fries, which you can pick what type of fries you want they were very good. The Maui banana strawberry shake was excellent with chunks of strawberries in it, I would come back just for this.

Best Fatburger in California. Customer Service is awesome. Food is extremely fresh. This is my 2^nd time coming to this location and they greeted me like family. I literally only come to this Fatburger. Highly recommend this one if you’re looking for a good place to eat!

The establishment is clean and the employees are welcoming and friendly. The food however was not fresh or made to order. The buns were hard, the meat was precooked, and the fries were cold. I love Fatburger, but I will not return to this location.

Loved fat burger, the gm is really professional and has a good heart for his job. He loves his customers much enough that he don’t shine anyone off. The XXL BURGER was amazing along with the strawberry shake and cheese fries. Would definitely come here way more.

I visited this location just yesterday (Friday) to have a lunch date with my husband. The customer service is good, the cashier was super nice. What first caught my attention was that a shift supervisor (it said so on her shirt) was walking around in sandals with her feet exposed through the kitchen. That is so unsanitary and unhygienic. Even if she wasn’t on shift at the moment she should not be walking around with her feet exposed. Therefore it really makes me question the hygiene of this place because later that night my husband got food poisoning and threw up the burger. Be aware and be careful when eating here. I personally won’t be returning here and perhaps any of their locations.

This location smells like hospital soap and poop. The closer you get to the bathrooms. The stronger the smell.

I heart the turkey burger and this particular location serves beer. The staff is friendly and there are a lot of television screens positioned all over the restaurant… making it a good spot to watch a game. I’ll be back.

Staff is ehh, not rude not to friendly. Although manager is really friendly and talkative. Tried the chicken sandwich today, it was good but damn it was tiny! Expensive too. Paid around $ 13. Reminds my of kfc’s little bites

Best burgers ever. I make it a point to schedule lunch at Fat Burger when I’m never Carson.

Ordered a medium burger with everything except Mayo and had the onions grilled instead of raw. It came out just as I ordered! It was made fresh, hot and juicy. Also got the fried onion rings. They were breaded lightly and not greasy. What goes perfectly with a burger? Yep… a Chocolate shake! The lady at the counter was so nice and gave us samples to try. The pumpkin spice tastes just like pumpkin pie… but I still went with my favorite, the chocolate! She also asked us how our meal was, and if we needed anything and brought us extra ketchup.
The place was clean and the service was quick and friendly. It was a bit noisy outside, as there was a very large group of bikers there. However, it didn’t bother us since we stayed inside. I will come back to try the pumpkin shake… or perhaps I will get the peanut butter and chocolate next time!!!

I love fat burger they have some of the best burgers and the best turkey burger I’ve ever tasted. I love the location in Carson and the service was good. I will definitely be going back to try that triple burger challenge and get my picture on the wall lol

Love this place, been coming to this location a few years now. Food is great, only thing is they dont give you napkins unless you ask, with take out or dining in.

First time here, food took 20 minutes to come out. Definitely not fast food and not worth the wait in my opinion. However, the manager did apologize and give us a «fat ticket» for a free meal and a free ice cream. He was friendly and I felt bad for complaining about the long wait. This is why I decided to add a few stars.

Overpriced food. I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich, not to tasty and surely not special. The onion rings were burnt, dry and tasteless. The only good thing about my meal was the milkshake. To pay $ 20 for this I expected a better meal than this. It was empty when I came in but they still managed to give me blah food

Glorified fast-​food. Nothing out of the ordinary. Would rather take my business to better burger joints.
Staff and service are friendly but the food is meh.
Burgers, dogs, sandwiches, shakes, fries. That’s the menu. The upside is you can get a beer with your food. Still, not enough.

I don’t know what the bad reviews are about. This Fatburger has never disappointed me. The burgers are always delicious and the taste is always right for me. I’ve never received a wrong order and I love fries. I rate fries. And their skinny fries, drool. I want to try their veggie burger the next time I’m there!
And who doesn’t like a good beer with their burger?

Same great food, but the service here is amazing! Saw some of the disappointed posts. Fatburgers may have fixed the service issue?
Also, watched every customer after me get treated with awesomeness as well.
