UPDATE: so I thought I’d give them another chance and just avoid ordering the chai tea latte so went through the drive thru yesterday and was barely at the order screen and she was ready to take my order but when I got to the pick up window she was grumpy moody and seemed annoyed by me being there. GREAT CUSTOMER skills I think I’m going to just go somewhere else
I have actually stopped going here coz for some reason they can’t make a chai tea latte the last three times it has tasted watered down you know how it’s suppose to have like a spice taste to it as of lately it tastes so watered down it just isn’t right for some reason this place just can’t do it I have had issues before wear I was basically getting a warm cup of milk that they were claiming to be a chai tea I am so sad I can’t get my drink right here coz it was convent to go here on the way to class

I wasn’t going to write a review but I am completely upset. It’s definitely the biggest let down every time I come here! Nothing has changed for months. They are ALWAYS out of something if not EVERYTHING! Who places the orders here? What’s gets me is that this location is near multiple churches & on a busy street of which people love to come here after services. No syrup, no cookies, no this, no that. How disappointing after waiting in a 30 minute line to be told they don’t have anything you want? It’s frustrating & a waste of time. Worst Starbucks ever!

I’ve always liked Coffee Bean over Starbucks, but this specific Starbucks has always been the spot to study for me. I’d suggest to come early to save a good spot and have access to plugs. but really, they’re everywhere! I like how convenient the location is for me too. It’s right by the 110 freeway, on my way to school in dtLA. To add on, they open so early (as early as 4:30am) which is great because I need to be on the freeway no later than 5:30am!
The drive-thru has always been quick and easy. I understand how it’d take longer during rush hours or when the weather isn’t all that nice outside so people get lazy to walk down. Morning baristas do a great job waking me up too! Always a smile and upbeat to set an awesome mood for the day.
I took off a star because the restroom and condiments table get messy. Also, parking can be tough because they share it with other businesses like Chile Verde and Mahina Hawaiian BBQ.

This is my neighborhood store, and they are wonderful neighbors. I can’t recall a time when they even blew an order, and I go in here nearly six times a week. They know me, they see me coming, they have my order ready — and correct, always — every time.

I come to this Starbucks because it close to my work and it has a drive through. The customer service is always great and there’s plenty of parking if you want to have a sit to enjoy your drink or treat. I would give four stars for their customer service.
I’ve never been disappointed with any drink or treat until today. I don’t mind paying a little bit more to go to Starbucks but I really feel ripped off with my purchase of the sourdough BBQ beef brisket sandwich. Less than half of the sandwich had meat as seen in the picture posted.
I hope they don’t serve all the sourdough BBQ beef brisket sandwiches this way. If I would had seen this before I got home I would had definitely has talked to a supervised or manager about this.

It was a horrible day. I had my eye poked by a damn branch while picking oranges. My sweet husband, on his way home from work, stopped by this Starbucks to get me a pick me up. He was in his military uniform and had ordered 2 drinks. As he was about to pay for them, a guy behind the cash wrap said something to the cashier. The cashier said to my husband, «The manager just paid for your drinks. Thanks for your service! »

Been in line at the drive thru for OVER 20 minutes and we haven’t even placed our drink order yet. It’s 4:45pm… So I can only imagine how it is during the morning rush?! What’s going on Starbucks?! I love you and all but this wait is NOT worth it!
– EDIT: Officially got our drinks at 5:10pm. Great. An hour of my life that I’ll never get back.

Came through the Drive-Thru, it took a while but its understandable because it was busy. I liked the customer service. They were very nice both the person who took my order and the person how game me the order. The quality of the drinks was awesome.

How did a strawberry and cream venti cost $ 11.90. Now I can’t dispute the charges because I don’t have the receipt that I requested to get but she didn’t give me one and I didn’t want to hold up the line. Pls get a receipt apparently this Starbucks rips people off too.

Im doing a personal coffee tour of local LA coffee shops and its been fun… BUT there is nothing like this starbucks its my cheers, where everybody knows your name Coffee is a super important part of my day… its really nice when u know the baristas, and they know you and ur drink!) Miles, Jessica, Robin, Geo, Will, Nate, just to name a few are truly key to helping provide this location w the customer service it provides! They are excellent! Having been a starbucks barista myself, I understand how hectic it can be… so ⁷⁄₁₀ I walk in rather than drive thru… just to say to these guys cuz the coffee is great and so are they!

Woohoo a drive thru!
The wait here is so unpredictable. I only come because it is on my way to work (it is in a bad area), but no matter the time you never know if the drive thru will take 5 – 15 min. I never know if the line will be super long or if I can drive right on up. Sometimes going inside is way faster.

This is honestly one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They have no sense of urgency and the drive thru is always slow, no matter what time of day, with a line or no line. I only go here as a last resort if I’m running extremely late.

Just had an OH SHIT moment and spilled my venti chai tea latte. Not only did Miguel help clean the mess I made but he gave me a free refill telling me that it happens! Awesome! And on another side note, usually internet speeds at Starbucks totally suck. The internet here is fast!

For whatever reason the drive thru line is absurdly long every time I pass by. Drive thru service is SLOW and as I type they’re having a staff meeting… during peak hours! –__–
The inside is lacking compared to other locations because they smaller tables

This location has run out of something each of the last three visits we’ve made.
Day 1 — no sleeves
Day 2 — no soy milk
Day 3 — no trays
Who is managing the inventory here, and why are they always out of supplies? Get it together man… It’s not the end of the world, but it’s annoying. Thankfully I order the simplest drink in the world (iced coffee) so it’s hard to mess up, but my co-worker who ordered the next simplest drink in the world (green tea lemonade) said her drink was terrible (hardly any green tea at all). The only saving grace of this location is its drive-thru.

I used to love this Starbucks and would drive out of my way to come here. But now the staff and work ethic has changed. Every time I come here my order is wrong. Today I ordered a grande iced soy latte with an add shot and they gave me an iced Americano decaf with soy. Every single time my order is wrong. The only plus is that their drive thru is speedier than most other starbucks. Of course it takes a little while to get your drink from the drive thru, they make your drinks to order. The problem is when you go inside. They have a majority of the workers servicing the drive thru, so it’s extremely slow to get your drink inside.

Freeway close is the positive part of this Starbucks. Located off Torrance Blvd/110 freeway in the KMart shopping plaza is this drive thru/sit down location.
I went through the drive thru, and gave him my order
— Black tea lemonade, 2 splendas
The barista said
— Black iced coffee with sweet and low
Whaaa!!!
I repeated my order and he told me to pull up to the front. He had to repeat my order (again) and I had to reconfirm the order.
Friendly guys, but they need a new intercom speaker or something to get the orders accurate.
Average Starbucks drive thru, with a bit of a wait.
