Everytime we visit this location the cashiers are very rude and non-accommodating. We always call in and pick up and have been coming to this location for years. Also the chips are always stale like their from the day before. Today’s visit will be the last.

This is the best Chile Verde location period. It actually taste like authentic Mexican food. Like homemade. I’m so glad I came here. All the other location are horribly staffed and there service is terrible This location has the best enchiladas, best tacos, and the best wet burritos ever. No so greasy and well prepped plate. Gotta give this restaurant 5stars hands down. I’m a very picky eater and I love Mexican food. I have to admit, this exact location and this one only is #1

This food is okay. It didn’t wow me, but wasnt bad, either. Hard shell tacos were a bit overcooked. They could’ve used more tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese on top. Once I poured salsa in them, flavor was better. Beans and rice were tasty. The salsa was kept on ice and you could choose from mild and hot. Prices are average and the place is convenient to the 110 freeway.

Dropped by here recently seeing Chile Verde all over the place… apparently they’ve got around 14 locations to serve you… pretty cool! It’s not my typical Mexican food go-to place, but decided to give it a try… Here were the tastings(shared with friends) Hard shell Crispy Taco: Hmmm… freshly fried taco with chicken… top it off with their«HOT» salsa! Really delicious! Soft Shell Taco: Had the asada taco… it came with only tortilla and meat on the taco with lettuce and guacamole on the side… nice way to keep it dry before eating… flavors were pretty good as well! Tilapia Burrito: A little bit too much rice for me(I’m on a low carb diet), but the flavor was delicious as well… simple yet filling! Chicken Burrito: This is probably my least favorite item on the menu… great size burrito topped with sauce and cheese… but inside there were too much beans and rice… however, I guess it was my fault because technically I could of said something because they were pretty accommodating with the needs to your order… Next time I’l sub it out with lettuce instead… Finally, the Trio Fajita Plate combo: Super flavorful and delicious! Definitely recommend this dish as it has all the goodies from meat to shrimp… love the bell peppers and the onions for the fajitas and beans and rice were delicious! Drinks: They offer Pepsi products… So the usual pepsi suspects can be found here… Parking: Abundant and available! Easy in and out! Service: Very nice and accommodating team! Served quickly and efficiently! So your time is not being held up here… So next time if you are in a rush and want a tasty yet affordable Mexican food… give Chile Verde a try! I’m sure you will be pretty happy! I know I will be back! P. S. They’ve got many specials on their windows and in-store… but there is an exclusive special offer that if you download the free MOSE app(a local e-coupon app), you will be able to get FREE drinks every time you visit them in all of their locations! So take advantage of this cool deal while it’s available!

I order the same thing every time Steak Fajitas Salad, consistently delicious. Restaurant is clean and A/C is at a cool temp. There is also patio seating. Customer service is not bad at all.

First time here or any Chile Verde and I can say that I was well pleased. This particular location has black beans which were definitely a plus for me! I’ve always passed this place by and never thought twice to come here. I’m glad I did. I ordered the chicken soft tacos combination plate and everything came out quickly. The amount of shredded chicken on the tacos was incredible. Monstrous tacos and great taste. I will definitely be back!

I got their carne asada nachos. It was pretty good but I wish they gave more meat. Customer service was mediocre/average. What do you expect? I think I paid around $ 7 for the nachos. It was good, not THAT great. Just okay.

Most items on the menu are over priced and the carnitas is quite bland. I won’t be coming back.

I got sick within 2 hours of eating there, food poisoning. I has to go see the doctor the same day. Apparently the conclusion by the doctor was that the pork in the burrito was not kept hot and bacteria got in it or hands were not washed. Don’t go there.

I called the company and let them know what happened. They gave me voucher for a meal. I took it to the one in Manhattan Beach, and had a much better experience. I think that was fair. I enjoyed my meal there.

I really like the shredded beef hard shell tacos. I like the salsa, too. Chicken quesadilla was good and packed with chicken! Good fast food mexican restaurant with decent prices. I started eating here when I worked nearby but now I go out of my way for the tacos.

I must say the Shrimp burrito I had was really good. I didn’t dine in I ordered to go but the woman that took my order was very friendly and helpful when I asked what all came inside the burrito and asked her opinion on how the burrito tasted. She was right it was very good. I don’t live near this place but I definitely will stop by the next time I am on that side of town.

I like Chile Verde. Come here often since I work 2 minutes from this location. The carne asada is good. Tacos, Tortas, Burritos are good. However, the vegeterian burrito only consists of Rice, Tomatos, Green Bell Peppers & Onions. I expected vegetables not a meatless option.

I have to admit I thought it would be like Baja Fresh or something when I first drove by but it’s like an Albert’s/Alfredo’s. Solid service and the food tastes home made. I had the beef taquitos and the meat was good, the tortillas were flaky and crispy, and the guacamole was bright green and flavorful. The beans with cheese were perfectly seasoned and the cheese was topped above the beans like snow-capped mountain, I didn’t love the rice but it was still good and all the other flavors from the main dish and beans n cheese were enough to start to fill me up anyway. The price was accurate for the amount of food served as well as the plate of chips I was given and the salsa bar with a about 4 salsas and lemons, and giant chiles to choose from. I’d go back if I was in the area.

Ever have one of those moments where you realize you had a small piece of food hiding between molars several minutes after you’ve finished your meal? Sometimes it’s a cool — but gross — surprise, other times it’s just a stark reminder of a bad meal. Chile Verde neatly falls into the«shit you can’t pay me to eat» category. I naively saw the ‘Mexican Food’ banner and thought, «I’m Mexican, I like food — it’s perfect!» I noticed that I wasn’t the only brown-skinned brother here that had set unrealistic expectations. Those handful of Spanish-speaking families also looked up at the menu and were excited to see the names of food that we recognized, only to have to share our disappointment when our food came out of the kitchen. There’s plenty of great places in the area to get satisfying Mexican dishes, there’s no need to go here for dishes that are made with cheap ingredients(I don’t care how fresh it is, cheap is cheap) and prepared hastily with total disregard for flavor.

Well I actually just got back from this place, it’s kind of secluded in between some factories and businesses, its in a little plaza which seems like a new area. But anyways I ordered the shredded beef burrito which I have to say was not quite bad! I actually enjoyed it and I wasn’t starving, if not I probably would have just said that. The place wasn’t packed but it looked like a lot of suit and ties go there to grub. But the prices were pretty reasonable, the burrito was about five bucks which included a bag of chips to enjoy with there salsa, which was pretty darn good it was not watered down like other places. I would say if your locally around that area I would stop by to grab a quick bite it’s nothing to exaggerate about but, definitely a local lunch spot for you south of the border food lovers. Oh I forgot they also sell alcohol well actually just beer but that always makes things so much better on a lunch outing!
